You shouldnt host files without the authors permission, and I know you didnt ask for my permission to host my releases. I know that there is atleast 1 out-dated file there and its my old version of my power plant.

Also dont worry about massivesoft just yet, im finishing it for Delfi and im making rapid strides in my work on it. Then ill submit it to Delfi to make sure it meets his specifications and then if it does release it as a final product

alright so here is my idea!

 

I have another version of my escalator seen below, its a xlt version which has a rear truck bed and is similar to the columbian mafia truck from gta3 which imo looks good

 

this version will be the stock rancher replacement and the full suv version that you've been seeing progress pics of will be the fbi rancher version cuz I know you wouldn't see this version being an fbi version so it gives 2 distanct looks but still keeping the same style body just one has a truck bed! I loves it! and ill have both released tommorow night as its almost 4 in the morning and I have to work tommorow! so exspect a release later tommorow night

It depends on what mods you have installed if you won't bother to delete it.

 

Manually installing is simply following the instructions in the readme and doing everything manually.

Yes, you can install Myriad perfectly with other cars.

I agree with jasonB on this one its best to get permission to host the files first. Most of teh files which im hosting are mirror files and people have asked for them or they are updates which ive contributed to so they are hosted. I would recommend getting permission to host the files...........

 

 

Forgot to say my site is back well where I have some files hosted so I will get the links corrected in teh near future hopefully today if I get some time so they will no longer be down anymore.

I think making extremely detailed interior mesh isn't a good idea. I ended up with 24k when just one room was done, that means the room is 9 f*cking k, and the hotel has thirthy empty rooms

[email protected] before i start love the building and the effort that has been put into it but i have a few questions and maybe tips:-

 

1. why thirty rooms, do we need that many?

If you just made the corridor imagine how many polys would be lost.

 

2. the doors in your screenshot look like they have just been placed in with sketchup (imo) if that is so dont they average somethin like 150 faces alone.

If this is so draw them manually against a corridor wall will drop by about a hundred

 

3. if you are making a reception or foyer and a swimming pool then we definately dont need all those rooms just 1 on each floor would do.

 

4. and finally is there no chance of seeing your whole model in a wireframe shot pllllleeeeeeeaaaasssseeee

Anyways i have now dicided that my boardwalk will try and be the same design and size as the san andreas version, which extends out into the water in which it is meant to. So expect to see some new screens once i get myriad running again, i installed thos DXT textures and well PING!

hey I have a problem with my escalator...now my problem occurs when I export it and put it back into game after fixing bugs...I added a extra onto it which consists of super duper low poly tvs built into the seats, a bed cover, chrome bars that extende from the roof to the middle of the truck bed which are poked into the bed cover and step bars.

 

my problem is that only the step bars show up in game none of the other goodies show up and my rear window only shows the seats and tommy, doesn't show the doors or any of the interior paneling

 

also my car only comes in 1 colour which is green but the car has prim assigned to the body texture and theres is about 7 or 8 different colour schemes in the car cols editor could this be because the rancher alone was multi colours? I should make both colours side by side the same?

 

if somone could help this would speed up the process of me releasing this
