Hey very nice capitol building RK, now i have a quick question for the Council people: If it would be alright, i could make a limosuine version of any of the cars to replace the stretch,

somehow i think i have already seen that one, however still a nice shot altogether, also guys i thought i might just mention, that if you take the timecyc.dat from the GTA: LC mod and use it in MI the screens it will make are like sex in the sky, literally lol... also it suits the MI enviroment alot beter!

 

(Sory if this effects anyone in anyway for anymatter, but tis true it is beutiful!

A skyscraping carpark? Jesus, why? I get bored driving up even 3 floors in GTA3 and Vice Also, you could slice that polycount down to 1/4 if you removed that stupid curvy bit.

Oh, that's pretty nice, RK, I'm also surprised you're using Sketchup.

 

But keep in mind blue = invisible face and gold = visible face, reverse the faces invisible faces that you want to make visible when you're building and creating lines, otherwise you'll have to do it after, and it very annoying. Especially when you're wasting so much polys on these.. you know.

Yeah I thought that i'd give sketchup a try. But now that I have used it, I've found it to be gay. And i've given up on the interior. What a waste of time.

You're right about the boringness of driving up there. I didn't thought of that. And those curves are just to make it less boxy..

I've never had any lagging at all with Myriad. sh*t, I wish there were more HI detailed interiors.

I started on a new car! I originally was going to do a knock off jag for the limo replacement but wasn't interested in the model anymore as it was ugly imo so I started this

I call it 'BENTRYCE' a mix between BENTLY and ROLLS ROYCE

 

I made it as low poly as possible while still keeping the round shape, anyways I need to finish the front grill area, the rear bumper area then do the underbody, interior engine and trunk and so far so good I did what you see in the pics in 45 min

Nah, I'm just going to finish of my hotel. It's a waste of time, I just got to finish what I started on. I may re-use some of the parts.

 

The hotel will likely have two different versions. Low poly and high poly.

Just my two cents, but why should there be "offical" billboards? Its up to the people building lots to regulate what textures they put in their txds, right? So as long as they are not copyrighted or something it shouldn't matter what billboards they use. I understand if your trying to keep the feel of myraid but I dont know about this. I might just be talking out my arse. They are nice signs though...

finally someone has mentioned SA again, all my building's are designed around the fact (read the SA release info's) that the SA game engine can actually handle an average of 30% more polies than the VC engine, and it has been mentioned here that the intention is to convert Myriad to the SA engine in the future................
