How do you add music from audio CD's into Vice Cit

I do not have Vice City, but in GTA3, there was a folder in your main directory which was entitled 'mp3'. There may not be a folder like this in Vice City, I do not know. You can put MP3 audio files into this directory. Once you add files into this directory, Start your game, and change the radio station until you see 'MP3 Player'

 

If you are wondering how to extract audio files off of CD's...In most Windows OS installation's, there is a Windows Media Player program. To 'rip' audio files from a compact disc, onto your hard drive, you must first start the program. Next, insert your compact disc into the disc tray. I do not have Windows Media Player anymore, so I can not guide you throught the full process.

There is no need to download third-party-software. Windows Media Player is a standard program availible on all Windows based OS's.
