i am liking batista a little more than i used to....it sorta has to happen, i like the rest of evolution....he isnt special but hes pretty good....ric flair is the man though.

 

kindy sh*tty matt hardy had to job, but hey at least they are in a good crowd, goldberg can suck in an odd reaction...having to wrestle someone that can sell so well, f*cker.

royal rumble seems to be looking very well....im liking how jerichos story is the biggest story in wrestling right now....its been going for almost 4 months or so...and its only in its beginning stages

Angle is equally good as a face and a heel, he's just one of those guys like Bret, Flair, or Shawn that can do either one great. I say keep him as a face for now, since he still probably gets the biggest pops of anyone on either brand. Austin's done, and this sheriff nonsense is killing his character, Rock has only limited appearances nowadays, so yeah, Angle was the overall WWE MVP of last year, especially given his injury that would've ended anyone else's career. Though Eddie is definitely due for a push. The only thing keeping him back is he's not big enough (read: roid freak), and thus Vince doesn't think he can draw. With Eddie, Angle, Benoit, and Cena, Smackdown is wide open.

 

Kickass IC match on Raw, RVD may eventually win the belt again, not much else going on in IC land. As for the US Title, has Big Show even defended the thing once since winning it?

The Steiner-Goldberg confrontation on Raw was the worst thing ive ever seen. Both have sh*tty mic skill and cut that promo worse than the people on tough enough do in their auditions.

 

Big Props to HHH/HBK promo. That was done with a hell of emotion and they kept in character too. Jesus, that was just awesome, then outta nowhere WAM right in Coach's face. Thats the best SCM i've ever seen. So quick, and Micheals didnt miss, beauty.

 

IC match was killer. It really shows what Orton can do by himself without any help. But his blade job was visible on the replay. Right after he hit the ring post you could see his hand scraping across his forehead. I was like wtf. But he sold it really well. What a match too, I never thought Orton could be a submission man. Great finish, one of the best DDT's ever. RVD was awesome too, doing springboard moonsaults, his acrobatic sh*t. Both of them were just amazing and should headline more RAW's.

 

Did anyone happen to catch Velocity on Saturday? If you did, did you see Paul London!?!?! He was insane, doing springboard moves, landing perfect bumps and hurrancanranas. Its a shame that WWE was actually thinking of cutting him(roster cuts taking place). He truly deserves to be Cruiserweight Champion soon.

 

Damn Mark Henry, why is WWE giving him a push? He may be the strongest in the buisness but he cant wrestle worth sh*t, the only move that he does good is the worlds strongest slam. Why must Jericho job to him? But this Jericho/Trish thing is really getting interesting. Its going to end up like such a great memorable thing on RAW. Hell, did you hear his face pop this week! Way bigger than Goldberg's. Even had Lets go Jericho chants! In my opinion, and probobly half the world's opinoin, Jericho already is a face. I cant wait to see how this one plans out, its obvious Jericho is getting back with Trish, but there will be so many twists. Cant wait to see it unfold. Jericho is the main story on RAW and hes finally getting an interesting story that no one knows where its headed.

nah. Last year was Lesnar's year, and possibly Eddie Guerreros.....this next year could be either Lesnar's again, Angles, Ortons, Guerrero's, Benoit's or hopefully even Jericho's.....this is gonna be a damn good year of wrestling....i just dont think Angle has quite stolen a whole year yet.

 

The ic match was awesome...the only spots that got messed were fixed, midmove thanks to rvd....and the fact that he can sell absolutaly anything....he will probably get sqaushed by goldberg once before goldberg leaves.

 

the finish was killer, all rvd, but orton had that craziest look on his face...mint....i like how the foley story is progressing too, raw is getting better every week.....smackdown is dull but once royal rumble is through all the good stories over there will restart

 

I knew Jericho was gonna job, but its all good, its only a matter of time now.

 

and i dont know about everyone else, but although scott steiner sucks, he's still 80x better than Goldberg....well maybe not 80...maybe like 20x....but anyway steiner will always be a good heel, and he is moderatly good on the mic...nothing special thats for sure...and at least he has some cred from back in the day....and he holds victories over that losers ass:D

Hm, in the RVD Orton match RVD missed a kick off the ropes.

yeah that was one, he f*cked up the springboard part, but still managed to wield his legs close enough for Orton to sell....so it turned out okay.

 

Honestly, i know that other people have done the turnbuckle ddt before, but i think orton should clame that as his finisher...the rko is okay but its just not a spectacular move at all anymore unless you vary it..

 

..other people wouldnt sell it like an austin or something with bad necks but the majority of good wrestlers could sell that move quite easily....rvd is just nuts that why his sell will always look that much better....lots of guys have tried to copy his ddt sell but he always spins his up a lil different everytime.

 

my personal fav rvd ddt sell is that exact one he did on raw, the deap heap sell...his body looks like it goes completely limp

Yes, Orton should definitely use that DDT as his finisher. Or at least his second finisher, since he hasnt had the RKO for that long. But that DDT was just great, just a beuatiful ending. He'll probobly name it the RKO #2 or something. Still, I guarantee its not the last time hes going to use it.

Hmm, the last few MVP's have looked like this:

 

2001: Rock-broke Hogan and Bret's record for most titles won, between his matches with HHH, Angle and Booker T, carried the entire company and helped the fans retain interest.

 

2002: RVD-this really began back around late 2001, with his Hardcore Ladder matches with Jeff Hardy during the Invasion angle. In the Survivor Series merger match, had by far the best performance of the Alliance team. But when he was turned face in 02 and allowed to run wild in the IC division, I could tell this guy would be something special. His ladder match with Eddie may be my favorite IC match of all time, and he had another masterpiece with Benoit at Summerslam.

 

2003: Angle and Lesnar share the co-MVP this year. I'm pushing for Angle especially since he suffered the injury that was traditionally the kiss of death for any wrestling career. The fact that he came back so quickly and hadn't lost a step shows you something about his skills and commitment. While he can carry anyone to a really good match, Lesnar set the tone for a classic rivalry starting at Wrestlemania. If you had had any two other guys out there do that match blow-by-blow, it would have been good but not great, but between the storyline and the fact that Angle was wrestling with a broken neck and Lesnar almost broke his during the match, the fact that they could put that on with that kind of injury truly deserves that kind of recognition. They had an even better match at Summerslam with the one-legged F5's, Vince's role, and Lesnar eventually tapping out. Of course the feud was capped with the awesome Ironman match, which brought ppv-level intensity to a regular show. Angle won his 4th world title, and in my book, once you get there you're in elite company. Lesnar-twice in a few months, and is still the youngest Champ in history, both have a chance at breaking Rock's record.

 

2004: I can only speculate, but as of now, Benoit seems a prime candidate.

Rvd has been around for ages, anyone could tell he was special ten years ago in ECW....he's lost alot of his original moveset, which is understanable.....but the only thing he seems to do the same is sell.

 

he sorta lost alot of his 'smash mouth in your face' temper that he used to have too when he was allowed to wear the 42o on his tights .....still an awesome wrestler though...i just dont think he did more than 3 or 4 other top name guys.

 

and dude, have you seen bret hart vs british bulldog from wembley stadium??

 

or perhaps Bret Hart vs Mr Perfect....both matches have no gimmick and still manage to wipe teh pervervial 'floor' with greatness.

 

i think 2002 is another than could have slightly gone to lesnar, he came half way thru but made the biggest impact for sure in the last half of the year, winning the title from the rock which was IMO easily MATCH OF THE YEAR.

 

but more than him, people like HHH, and of course we cant forget who carried the wagon for the first few months of the year, y2j!!....he carried those two huge belts around and defended them like crazy....which honor too....i dont think people knew how much it meant to him to win those belts, after he won in dec 2001 he would never have to think of all the sh*t he went thru as a wcw cruiserwieght/middleweight ever again, he had truly made it any nobody! saw it coming when he won but everyone up here

Yes when he was in the alliance with Shane and Steph against WWE. He was a heel then, but the crowd still loved him because of the bumps and how he sold his moves so well. But Wrestler of 2002? No....I dont think so.

Id say they'd have to have made a little bigger of an impact....he's definatly up there though....he was great at the last house show i saw..

but yeah its road to wrestlemania once again so Lesnar should be doing matches involving whatever sweet feud he will be in.....same with angle and eddie....no jericho or flair though...they were the two best on the raw house shows.

And as for 2002 MVP.. I wouldn't give it to RVD. I would say that Lesnar wasn't recognised as a huge star until 2003; in my opinion that was when it kicked as him being one of, if not the best in the industry.

 

Come to think of it, I don't think anyone really stood out as the best in '02.

How much more exp do i need to update my two characters? Edge has 28 i think, and kane has 26. I think ill go for the lowest stats, such as kanes speed, like update it to about 8 or something. (When they have enough exp)

No Problemo...i thought it was neat....Cena is a pretty good actor.

 

btw did anyone ever see that paintball show from awhile back that had wwe ties??....i coulda sworn john cena was the main character from the bad guys or whoever they were....terrible show...but i think it might have been cena....althought it was from his upw days...who knows..

 

about sd....man it was pretty good this week...the eddie/chavo/angle thing is gonna be awesome pretty soon....and cena is still getting bigger with the crowd.
