I have mixed feelings about Scott Hall. When the guy was clean, he was pretty talented. But he and Jake the Snake are two living, breathing reasons why I will never touch drugs and have like 1.5 beers a year. I really hope they don't try the nWo again. I never really got into it, just couldn't cope with Hogan as a bad guy. And with both Hogan and Nash gone, the nWo really wouldn't make sense. Also, just like Goldberg ended Bret Hart's career, I'm kind of pissed at Hall for ending DiBiase's career. If they do bring him back, he should come back as Razor Ramon, that's when he did all his best stuff.

I know. Its well a bit Odd.

Its also a bit off and insulting to other Wrestlers.

On WWE.Com there was The Rock plastered all over the Website promoting it. Its all much of a con in my opinion.

What do you hav against that....the Rock easily belongs in the top 15 at least...hes definatly in my top ten of the best performers, wrestlers, a entertainers that the business will ever see...people like Sammartino and the Patterson's and the Briscoes all have thier place in history but none of them could ever imagine reaching the level the rock reached.....have you not seen what he's done in the ring??

The last thing that the WWE up and comers need is the kliq.

Just because Hall would be back doesnt mean the Kliq would run rampant....It hasnt since its heyday, and it wont ever again...Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash, no matter what any website says, have no impact on what happens....they can only hope....everything goes thru writers, then mcmahon....the 'kliq' is just four buddies, no more, no less.

No matter what happend, Scott Hall was a proven wrestler, a good one too....not the greatest but damn good...Goldberg has NEVER been a good wrestler....and Goldbergs safety record is a joke, where as Scott Hall may have gone his whole career only injuring Ted Dibiase by accident....i find them too hard to compare.

id like to see him back...the crowd loves him....in a heel/face kinda way like jericho...and he is good at all aspects....the only problem is his personal life, which only he knows if it will be a problem again.

Just because Jake the Snake is an addict, and scott hall has a drinking problem doesnt mean you will if you drink....people casually drink all the time without problems....everyone is different....you might be able to do all the drugs you want without ever getting addicted.

Look at Eddie Guerrero....after coming back NUMEROUS times from personal problems and alcohal abuse....and he is on top of his game.

Nothing. He is a great Wrestler, one of my all time Favourites.

Ediie Guerrero is amazing. I mean those problems he had and he battled them greatly. I loved reading Interviews with him about that.

Eddie is one of the best wrestlers to ever grace the smackdown ring. He needs a huge push....maybe not the title just yet, but Chavo is just slowing him down. He needs to feud with people like Benoit, they can have an awesome feud.

Speaking of Benoit.....why the hell is Benoit feuding with the FBI!? He got beat down...I mean what did Benoit do to deserve such a demotion in his character. The FBI has minimal talent, and Benoit is so much better.

i find that quite humerous and Hogan and HHH will go down as two of the most entertaining hard working wrestlers of all time, yet all these morons voted them over people like Bill Goldberg, and Lex Luger....two of the worst to grace a ring of any kind.

btw i think for even a couple of those years for HHH and Hogan, they won 'pwi wrestler of the year' at the same time....thats odd.

@kev-i dont think benoit will have a lasting feud against them....itll probably be very short lived as he has a title to try and get...obviously from the 'benoit cant have a title shot' storyline...its clear thats what he'll get eventually.

Yep, the 'No title shot for Benoit' also obviously highlights the fact that Heyman will have to lose his job sooner or later. wink.gif

So, after seeing Smackdown! today, I'd say it was pretty average. There's a lot of people out at the moment; with no Angle, 'Taker or Edge, it's Team Lesnar and Hardcore Holly carrying the show. Not too great. confused.gif

Hardcore's comeback match wasn't too entertaining either, predictable outcome and average match.

Columbia Records issued a press release this afternoon announcing an

exciting "groundbreaking" new project with the World Wrestling

Entertainment.

Columbia Records & World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. Join Forces to

Unleash WWE Originals

Groundbreaking Album Showcases WWE Superstars Performing Newly-Penned

Original Material

In Stores Tuesday, January 13, 2004

NEW YORK, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbia Records and World

Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. have joined forces to unleash WWE

Originals, the groundbreaking album of new music performed by the

WWE's foremost superstars. WWE Originals will be in stores on January

13, 2004.

Though music has always played an integral role in the WWE global

phenomenon, WWE Originals is the first WWE album to showcase the

superstar wrestlers themselves performing material written

specifically for them. Artists include Stone Cold Steve Austin,

Dudley Boyz, Trish Stratus, Rey Mysterio, Booker T, Kurt Angle, Lita,

Lillian Garcia, Eddie & Chavo Guerrero, Chris Jericho, Rikishi, and

Stacy Keibler. WWE Originals features an exclusive value-added DVD

with behind-the-scenes footage of the making of the album, candid

glimpses of the WWE superstars in unguarded moments and much more.

Produced by James A. Johnston, whose credits include penning the

unforgettable body-slamming "themes" of the WWE superstars, WWE

Originals is the latest in a series of highly-successful WWE albums

and the first WWE/Columbia Records album since the RIAA gold-

certified WWF Forceable Entry, which debuted at #3 on the Billboard

the week of its release in 2002.

"These are authentic no-b.s. performances by everybody's favorite WWE

superstars," said Mr. Johnston, who also composed most of the album's

music. "Fans are going to be amazed by the talent level and the

musical sensitivity from people that do something so ostensibly rough

and tough. The goal of this is to not be a gimmick record. It's to be

genuinely entertaining and have good songs that are true to the

nature of the characters that people have grown to love on

television. It gives fans an opportunity to get one step closer to

these people in the same way that you get a little bit closer to your

favorite musical artist when they come out with a new record. WWE

Originals lets fans peek behind the curtain a little bit."

"It's great to get back in the ring with Columbia Records, the

greatest musical tag-team partner in the world," said WWE chairman

Vince McMahon. "With WWE Originals, we're delivering a heart-pounding

new experience that will leave the fans breathless and begging for

more. These are the WWE superstars like you've never seen, or heard,

them before."

Well, It appears that WWE is planning to bring Bret Hart back, but just in a different way. The top story on PW.com is Bret Hart returning in the hall of fame Thus making WWE bring back the Hall of fame and honor such people as Bret Hart., Billy Graham, Hulk Hogan, and others.

Anyways, ya, but it could jsut be a whole internet rumor. Its not actually confirmed that the WWE is thinking of bringing back the hall of fame. But ya, I'd expect them to do something like that just for the publicity of Bret Hart coming back.

f*ck YOU GOLDBERG, YOU ARE THE sh*tTIEST WRESTLER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE... retire please....then die.

brets had a poll on his site basically just saying "do u want to see bret on wwe tv" its about 97% yes votes...i vote on it quite often.....the poll has been up almost as long as the site.

Well, since his motorcycle accident and his stroke he's in no good shape to wrestle.Unless he Bret came back at some sort of permanent position I wouldent be mad if he didn't come back. Not even for an appearance....

insane wrestling fans like me have been dying to see him on tv one last time for years.....he's only the greatest professional wrestler of all time.

and he's stated a few times that the stroke has nothing to do with not being able to wrestle....its all from post concussion syndrome due to the kick in the head from gayberg, the worst wrestler of all time.

Jesus....why does he get title shots ant anything other than the women's title, that stupid ass should desrve a career ending injury.......from Chris Jericho, once, just once, Jericho should use the real Lion Tamer and snap Goldberg's back in half.

Goldberg Throws Another Fit, WWE Future In Huge Doubt

Story By: Ben Johnson

December 21, 2003

The following comes from the Torch Newsletter:

As an update to Goldberg being very upset at Armageddon and then at RAW this week, we have some more details.

Apparently, Goldberg threw a fit after his match at the PPV. One source told this reporter that he went as far as to throw a table. Most were under the impression that he felt that Kane and HHH were trying to make him look weak, although after being so dominant early in WCW, any time he wrestles down at a normal level is going to seem like that.

Some say that his actions at the PPV were strike two in terms of WWE releasing him, and with Goldberg unhappy, most don't feel he'll be with WWE for WrestleMania. In fact, there is already lockerroom speculation that he may not even negotiate for a renewal, let alone sign a deal.

WWE officials will be sitting down with Goldberg after the holidays to reevaluate his future. But, right now, his future with WWE seriously is in jeopardy

This is the best month in all of this year, Goldberg is outta here!

This is my take on Gilberg...I mean Goldburg......When he was in WCW I thought he was OK.....I remember everyone thinking he was a Stone Cold Wannabe...you know with the same color trunks and all black gear...bald head.I even thought he was a WCW created character to battle the WWFs stone cold...his winning streak i thought was a little cheesy but some shows it was kinda tight to see him murder fools in the ring.Fast foward to now.............now that hes in WWE I think the match everyones forgot they wanted to see is Stone Cold Vs. Goldburg......hopefully that will happen and Stone Cold will show him who the real bald head bad ass is....thats only if Steves neck is ok to come back for that one last match......oh yah.....Goldburg wasent that bad in Universial Soldier....

Pfft, about time Goldberg goes. I seem to recall they actually debated releasing him after just a few short months after signing him. Thinking back did remind me of one thing though, that got a laugh from me:

yeah goldberg wasnt bad in that movie, he was utterly terrible, worst wrestler/actor ever, FAR worse than hulk hogan....at least hulk hogan was worldwide successfull

they made goldberg because they are morons, and i dont even want to see austin/goldberg.....to make goldberg look good in a ring in ANY type of way, you need someone amazing wrestling him......like angle/lesnar...austin was amazing in his heydey but he is basically done besides a couple more matches....id rather see him fight 3 or 4 other guys.

when goldberg beat the rock i felt like spitting on my tv...the rock is a good guy, willing to job ad do what he's told....i just wish they didnt tell him hed have to lose to such a f*cking loser like goldberg.

they had such a great wrestler trying his hardest to make this bastard look legit, yet he has to lose to him....the sooner goldberg leaves, the sooner good guys wont have to lose to his no-wrestling ass.

Exactly. Goldberg is only making the WWE talent look worse because he wants to get an even bigger push than he is already getting, one that he doesnt deserve at all. Thanks to Turner/Bischoff, whichever one decided on his character, they've turned him into a complete cocky bastard. Winning 200 matches in a row in WCW is like losing to Barry Harrowitz in WWF. I despise Goldberg, him dying would be going too far, but at least make him end up like Christopher Reeves or something.

No Doubt.

It just kills me to see that there are still certain cities in the states with Goldberg fans.....lots of the cities are smart and dont buy his played out schtick but some are still falling for it.....but man 6 or 7 years in the buisness and youve learned nothing, get a hint.

random wrestler that could whip goldbergs ass....hey look what i found!
