No, Angle's not in yet, though I'm sure he will be someday. Right now, they're going as old-school as possible. They seem to be concentrating mostly on people form the territorial days right now, and only do one or two from the Mania Era every year. Anyway, I was absolutely floored when I realized that they still have yet to induct Captain Lou Albano in the Manager/Non Participant category.

Well here is a little bit of good news:

 

 

Charlie Haas is apparently being brought back in to WWE at this time for another shot as is Aaron Aguilera who played Jesus in 2004. It should be noted that Aguilera was highly regarded backstage in terms of work ethic but was just a product of horrible timing.

 

Also, Chuck Palumbo is most likely slated to return as WWE has gotten some press off his brother Chris being a war hero. To confirm the rumor, JBL mentioned Chris Palumbo on a recent TV slot and said he is the brother of one of "our wrestlers."

 

Nick Dinsmore was seen recently at Deep South Wrestling which confirms that "Eugene" is out of rehab for now. No one knows yet if Dinsmore is fully clean as this may be the first of many rehab trips he makes. It should be noted that Guerrero and Regal both were not clean right after rehab, but still recovered so there is still hope for him.

 

For those wondering, Dinsmore is still under WWE contract but is on a short leash with management.

I've heard rumors of Sting signing on with TNA.They mentioned something on their show as well.

 

TNA is becoming a sort of retirement home for wrestlers.Alot of recognizable faces doesn't change the sh*t product unfortunately.

Wrestling-wise, TNA is getting a little better. My big beef with the X-Division is, for all the highspots they do, nobody takes the time to sell them properly. This is improving somewhat, but is still a problem they have to address. Other than that, it's a bad venue, it looks like a cheap indy product, and they are forced to take lame names if they ever wrestled for WWE in the past.

 

There was a lot of conflict on whether the guys had signed. Haas was said to have left on bad terms, but since Dave Meltzer says it's true, it most likely is. This is a good sign that WWE is coming around. About Jesus and Palumbo, there were much better guys that could have been signed. Kidman, Gangrel, Jannetty (how's he for a Raw GM?), even Mordecai was an interesting character. Palumbo can possibly rejoin the FBI with Nunzio and Vito, but I don't see them having anything Jesus could do.

It's funny who they will disapear, but we wont notice. Mordecai, used to scar the sh*t out of me to. I wanted to see Taker and Mordecai fight.

So, they kill the Mexicools' push to give the tag titles to two guys with no chemistry so a week later they can lose them back to start a Batista/Mark Henry feud? Makes sense to me. Some of you are starting to mope about Batista/Kane at No Way Out. I'll still take it over Batista/Henry.

 

A cruiserweight actually got mic time tonight? And it's the return of the old-school intro stage. Cool.

 

Booker would actually make a good heel commentator. Once he retires, WWE should think about bringing him in to do play by play. He was good tonight showing his heel tendancies while also doing a good job of calling the match.

 

Finley almost has to feud with Regal and Birchill once they bring him in.

My friend says Micheals is going to win the Chamber. I want to see Bar B Q sauce win, beacue he'll end up being the youngest champ. But on the other hand, Micheals needs a title, but Kane has been in every chamber match, I think. So he deserve it. It's been about damn time. Taker needs to win a title also, make it a perfect five.

I read a rumor that John Cena would keep his title until past Wrestlemania, and Batista would lose his title to Randy Orton at Wrestlemania, after Randy wins the Royal Rumble.

 

I also read another rumor that Kurt Angle would win the Elimination Chamber, and Cena would get it back at Royal Rumble, which is pretty stupid because Angle would've only had the title for about 3 weeks.

Juvi's been released. It's not surprising, as everyone hated him. He was good in the ring, but a total cancer backstage. Why Super Crazy didn't get the singles push to begin with is beyond me. Anyway, I'd keep him and Psicosis as a tag team, as cruiserweights barely get any screen time as it is (the last straw was his match with Kid Kash exceeded the alloted time). Maybe bring in La Parka to replace him?

That was a botched promo by Henry. "What if it was me?" Eeeewwww. And Batista didn't do much better. "Unless you want to make this the time." I'm also amazed that Henry somehow got up to the top of the cage. Still, he didn't get over the first 8,000 times, so why is this going to be any different?

 

Kennedy rules. He's not exactly your regular play by play guy, but he was definitely entertaining tonight, and it looks like he's taking over Palmer Canon's role.

 

So London and Kendrick are called the Hooliganz, not Insult 2 Injury as I (and Rajah) have been saying. That's an interesting look, except for London's mini-goatee. That's not working, Paul. Still like the gold masks and black uniforms. Was that Ron and Don Harris they jobbed to tonight? Are they bringing them back for failed gimmick #713?

 

For such a dominating looking guy and with those intense eyes, Lashley has a pretty easy-going demeanor during his promos. Him vs. Batista isn't at the top of my Wrestlemania main-event list, tho.

Yeah, but is Edge the way to go? He is definitely 10000000x's better as a heel than a face, but after the crap he pulled last year, Matt should take the belt from him at Mania. That'll never happen, tho. So who will it be? I doubt they'll put it back on Cena that fast. Maybe HBK, but it looked like he was on his way to facing Vince.
