It was all the old school music and stuff, but im just dissapointed it wasnt the deadman again. After the buildup to SS I was sure that this time he would return as the old school deadman.

Monty Brown is the biggest loser in wrestling. But funny enough, the only TNA I watched in the last couple weeks was me flipping through the channels and seeing Christian absolutaly sell the sh*t outta that Pounce move.

Up to know RAW has been good so far.

As much as i love Shane o Mac , i don't wanna see Bischoff go.

And although Cena does not have a submission , neither did The Rock when he fought Chris Benoit in a Submission match a few years ago, but he suddenly became a sharpshooter master after that match so i wouldn't count Cena out just yet.

HBK/Carlito wasn't quite as good as their Taboo Tuesday qualifying match, but Carlito's definitely coming onto his own as a wrestler.

 

So now all of a sudden Daivari can speak perfect English? Up until halfway through tonight, he could only speak Arabic (or is it Persian? Daivari is really Persian).

 

Two weeks in a row Murdoch wrestled a singles match. Is Cade injured or something? And why do the announcers keep referring to them as Texans? They're from Nashville...The announcers have just announced Cade and Murdoch have split. Damn, the Raw tag scene keeps looking like it has potential, then it gets decimated. I mean, Snitsky and Tomko? The two worst wrestlers on the roster might be tag champs? More to come when this match happens. Let's see where this goes, I have a plan.

 

Well, the tag straps stay on the Chokeslam Chums. Still, my idea would definitely work. Have London and Kendrick team full time and switch them over to Raw. They've been tearing the house down on Velocity, but need real air time. They'll never get that as individual cruisers. Give them the official name of Insult 2 Injury, and make them a permanent team for Raw. Smackdown has the tag ranks covered with Animal and Heidenreich and the Mexicools as faces and MNM, the Dicks, and Regal and Burchill as heels. Raw needs a real face team.

 

Bisch has been a constant basically since the roster split first happened. I hope he sticks around as an on-screen character. It looks like Vince and Shane are back to faces. Too bad, I enjoyed seeing the return of the Corporate McMahons.

I can't believe WWE would disonnor Eddie like that ,using his lowrider as some weapon in trhe Orton/Taker Rivalry.

Up to the part where Kane interfered the match was awsome, i liked seeing Undertaker slam Kane but i just felt dissrespect for Eddie Guerrero.

I mean, why would you explode his car just for a stupid rivalry and stop the match which was dedicated to Guerrero!

WWE has done some sick things, but this is the sickest.

i had that same feeling of disrespect as soon as i saw big show looking at the car, from there you know something bad was gonna go down. also that feeling that you'll see eddie running down the ramp was present all the time for me, i guess if was the audience still chanting his name. and i mean has it even been 3 weeks since eddie past away? but they still choose to disrespect eddie's fans by blowing up his low rider.

Cade and Murdoch split? Thats dumb. Theyre a GREAT tag team. Ill keep the rant going. The art of tag team wrestling is lost. WWE knows damn well that they cant make it as singles, and they wont. They wont even push them as singles. I agree with them losing to Kane and Big Show like that because its not very believable to beat those two the first time around with out some devious master heel plan. Smackdown has great tag teams but....its smackdown so....yah.

 

London and Spanky as a tag team??? WOOOOOW. I bet thats a damn fine show right there.

 

 

I think some sh*ts goin down with Cena next week. The way they played Vince and Shane as saying "its time to take out the trash" just seems fishy. Some of the wrestling sites I read made the same judgment. They didnt directly call Eric trash, and I think theyre going to try to get Cena some fan support by turning him into a 'bad ass Stone Cold' like character. Did you notice Cena's new way of carrying himself after the match? Pissed off...and everything. It would make sense. McMahons try screwing Cena and they can carry out their plan of having Cena carry the belt through '06.

Speaking of taking out the trash, I've heard they're bringing back Duke "The Dumpster" Droese for next week's Raw.

 

They've been trying that Austin thing with Cena and Bischoff for quite some time. The simple fact is, Cena's not Austin, and Bischoff isn't McMahon. Fans are starting to really come down on Angle's side for now.

 

Another idea to boost the heel tag ranks on Raw: instead of Funaki slumming it in a nowhere team with Scotty 2 Hotty, move him over to Raw, turn him and Tajiri heel, and make them the new kaientai. Speaking of Scotty, he should turn heel to to maybe freshen his character up somewhat.

 

I'm glad the Dicks are on Smackdown. If they were on Raw, and they did exceptionally well points-wise for fantasy, the caption would read, "Were the Dicks in your Raw Fantasy?"

Also I agree with you on the Cena/Biscoff fued. Its now where near the Austin/McMahon fued. Never will be either.

Back in the 80's, during what I like to call wrestling's First Golden Age, SNME was huge, and it would pre-empt Saturday Night Live, which was one of the most popular shows on TV at the time. I was too young to remember most of the early shows (I got into wrestling towards the end of 1990), but some of the most memorable moments throughout its history include Hogan and Andre vs. Studd and Bundy (back when size was everything, this was a dream match); Savage/Honky that saw the interference from the Hart Foundation and Savage's first face turn; Hogan vs. Orndorff in a great cage match; Andre having a "heart attack" upon seeing Jake's snake Damien; the Brainbusters ending Demolition's first tag title run; the stage being set for Hogan/Warrior at Wrestlemania VI; the infamous "Oktoberfest" holiday special that saw Lord Alfred Hayes smashed, the Bushwackers cutting the cheese (literally) and the Orient Express defeating the Hart Foundation...in a Sausage Stuffing Contest; Sid Justice turning heel; Undertaker turning face; the blowoff to the awesome Savage/Jake feud; and Shawn Michaels' first IC Title win.

 

For many of us, this will be quite the nostalgia rush.

Saturday Night's Main Event is returning!?...allright!

 

These shows were quite a deal when they were on.It was before the Monday Night wars and SNME's were the only "free" place to see "big" matches.

 

Greatest one was the Halloween special.Introduced the music video Land of a 1000 Dances.All the greats of the day were there.Heenan,Lauper,Hogan.Moola,Mean Gene,Hot Rod,Andre,Big John Studd,Volkoff and the Sheik,The Bulldogs....ok NOW I am am getting nostalgic.I have it on tape somewhere.....

 

I hope they have the original "Obssession" theme music

That Halloween special was just posted on Wrestlecrap not too long ago. It looked like a lot of fun, with the face and heel teams competing against each other, Piper trying to steal candy from the kids, and Elizabeth looking hot as hell in her jungle girl costume-and her top was barely staying on! King Kong Bundy dressed as Abraham Lincoln was absolutely hilarious, as were Sheik and Volkoff as Batman and Robin.

 

No word if the new SNME will be Raw, Smackdown, or both.

Why are Scotty and Funaki in there? Regal and Burchill would have made much more sense.

 

Insult 2 Injury should use Kendrick's theme instead of London's. That's one of my current favorites.

 

That blood looked incredibly fake. Still, I love how they're playing up the Boogeyman's debut.

 

Booker was really funny on commentary tonight. I like him so much better as a heel. I bet he goes up 3-0, then Benoit takes the next 4.

 

Best. In. Ring. Debut. Ever. No ring skills, but that whole thing speaks for itself. I must now dash to the wrestlecrap boards to be the first to put my hometown as "the bottomless pit."

Randy Orton acted the whole 'Undertaker' thing out badly, it was like watching a elementary show . Although, I did like Boogeyman. Does anyone know how old he is? He has no front teeth, but built very well.

Finally got to watch me some SmackDown! this morning. Any idea on who this Boogeyman guy is? He seems a bit familiar, you know. Hell In A Cell, that'll go down a treat I say, and knowing Orton, he will pull something off, for a decent match and Taker is usually up for anything. Just have to hope they go outside.

 

I switched on, and the bells rung and Orton wa sin the ring. Then I watched. That was 12 minutes of my life I'm never getting back.

 

 

The end of Rey's match, was very good. Two 619's and then it all gets countered. It's good when you got very big strong men agaisnt high flyers because they can do some exceptional stuff.

Damn, Ken Kennedy got the same injury that Batista got, he'll be out for at least 6 months , this sucks.

He was just getting started i hope he gets a push when he comes back, he's a great superstar.
