Boogeyman is injured, he hyperextended his knees or something. I want him to debut before I say the angle is crap. WWE has turned crap into gold before (Honky Tonk Man, Undertaker, heel Doink, Eugene, and lately the Mexicools are really getting over). It might still work, and even if it doesn't it will provide us all with a good laugh. I have a feeling his look will be retooled anyway since a plant laughed at him in OVW.

hardy won. edge almost won with a spear then hardy kicked out and hardy tried to climb the cage edge climbed up tried to get him and got knocked off hardy did the guillotine leg drop from the top of the cage and hardy pinned him and he won!

What I was trying to say there was, the right person can get a bad gimmick over. Eugene was a horrible idea, but it could have been a lot worse. They could have played the character for laughs, and set him up to where the fans jeered him, but instead he was, at least for a while, a major crowd favorite. Anyway, that was bad judgment on the part of the bookers. The worker himself should be credited with doing a good job. If anyone other than Nick Dinsmore had portrayed him, it would have been a disaster, and probably would have won the 2004 Gooker Award. Dinsmore ran damage control on the character, and got a lot of crowd support behind him.

 

I don't know if you saw Velocity last week, but the crowd was overwhelmingly behind the Mexicools, despite their outrageous gimmicks. They were incredibly over as faces, and Nunzio and Vito, who I don't recall ever formally turning heel (this was before the Batista match) were booed out of the building. The safe style sucks, but these three luchadores actually rally people behind a Mexican janitor gimmick.

 

I'm not saying the Boogeyman will do the same. He sounds like a crap worker who is injury-prone. I am very critical of anyone new, but I'm not going to pooh-pooh anyone before I even see them. And if he does turn out to suck, he will at least provide moments we can fondly laugh about years from now, and little things like this.

Well my thoughts on Unforgiven were so so. I was pretty happy with the turn out because these 1 show PPVs arent always the greatest and especially full of a card that Ive been seeing over and over and over for the past 3 months....I wasnt expecting much.

 

My favorite match Flair/Carlito. Seeing Flair hit the flying clothesline....absolutly great. The match was very entertaining and watching Flair party through out the whole night was hilarious.

 

Hardy/Edge stole the show. Match of the night. It was awesome. I think Hardy is really cementing his place in this company for a long while.

 

The Diva tag match was decent only because Trish was absolutly amazing. Some of her best wrestling Ive seen in a long time. Ashley reall knows how to sell a beating. She really took one last night, but wow shes a bad wrestler. She looked so lost.

 

HBK/Masters was pretty good. I liked it.

 

WWE Title match. I was suprised, because Angle didnt win the title. I went to WWE.com and saw a poll for the best match ironically Cena/Angle was the best match by voted by the people. Cena is still hot. I suppose you keep em goin....

 

The WWE Homecoming is really going to be cool. All the returns and of course there will be huge matches. The WWE Legans present will be very cool to see. Im excited to see Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Hillbilly Jim, The Iron Sheik, and Rowdy Roddy Piper, but I got a question. Wheres Ted DiBiase? Ricky Steamboat? Dusty Rhodes? Arn Andersen?

 

Ive got to assume that Edge or Hardy is going to Smackdown after the Homecoming. Could go either way. Im leaning towards Edge.

 

Very cool promo with Cena, HBK, Show, and Hardy. Why? Its just cool to see the top performers mixing together on camera. You never see the top guys on camera at the same time like that unless theyre in a match. Cant steal each others light yah know....bah. Its something fresh to see and they produced a great promo. Why would you do it more? Sheesh...WWE doin something cool like that? haha.

Ricky was hired as an agent. He does work with a lot of the wrestlers. I just want to see him on camera again....as well as Ted DiBiase. Those are my big ones. With Jake Roberts new DVD collection.....wheres he at? He would make a great suprise.

I think Jake was supposed to do some sort of on-screen stuff after his pre-Mania incident with Orton, but then had hip replacement surgery. He also apparently is working on a legends deal. Meanwhile, they did work out such a deal with Vader, and are currently negotiating one for Razor Ramon.

Right now, they're just working on getting licensing deals for an action figure, and possibly an appearance in a video game. Hopefully he will clean up. When he was sober and at his prime, he was absolutely great.

Hassan got fired. Apparently it was some what deserving. The word backstage is that he wasnt very liked as he came accross that he was just using WWE to get to other things as well as turning down a lot of story line ideas. He also decided not to go to OVW to keep his skills up while out of the picture. I think Hassan couldve really been something and at first glance I thought this was Johnny Ace at his politicing and all that bull sh*t but apparently it wasnt.

Actually from what Ive heard he's been doin really well in OVW. He's really becoming a wrestler. He's only like 19 too. Which is amazing. I hope he makes his way up.

Are you insinuating Rey's a crappy wrestler? He's past his prime, but still better than 95% of the Smackdown roster. Anyway, yeah, he and Kennedy had great chemistry, and Mr. Kennedy..................................................................................................................................................Kennedy is just outdoing himself week after week. I can't wait till he debuts on a ppv.

 

I've heard of this Lashley guy before. Hell of an amateur wrestler. He looks to be pretty agile as well as having incredible strength. I just wish Simon Dean could go over at least once in a while.

 

Christian/Booker was alright, but I've seen those two better. There were a lot of "spots that should have been" that would have made the match a lot more entertaining.

 

Heidenreich now looks like one of the Innocentz hunters from Manhunt.

Rey..crappy?..heck no...he is unbeleivable.But he is a hard guy to wrestle because of his "style".It takes talent to go with him and not look like a complete fool.I thought Kennedy did a great job in that match.
