I want HHH to come back.. I didn't like him, but Raw's not the same without him. Feels like it's missing something.. I'm not sure there's anyone at Raw atm who's at his level. Besides HBK, Flair and Angle. Cena sure as hell isn't. Even if he was I can't see any way to get those two fighting.

 

I couldn't tell whether or not that sh*t with the Edge/Hardy match was real or not, then they replayed it and there was no wiring over the part where they fell.

 

Seems like they might be getting Angle ready for a run at the title. Don't think he'll win at Unforgiven. They need to do some minor tweaking to his current character first.

 

Haven't watched Smackdown yet, will tomorrow. The Eddie/Rey thing's gone on a bit long, but I reckon Eddie's proving how good he is, if he had too. Eyyy holmes?

 

And lawl @ Jericho's tantrum last week, great acting.. He seemed so pathetic.

Sounds like in the US, the Friday premier of Smackdown will be cut to an hour at best and cancelled outright at worst because UPN is showing some benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina.

 

There's a rumor going around Vader was signed to a legends contract. Anybody else hear anything about this?

Smackdowns ratings will go down hill now. No one really watches TV on Friday Nights, I know I dont. Im normally out and about on Fridays.

Just watched Smackdown today and yeah, Batista was funny with Simon's drink. He should've taken that Simon Machine thing.

 

Kennedy's gonna break someone's ribs with that finisher.

 

I'm waiting to see how Fox is gonna organise our viewing times of Smackdown.. Friday night is when we get Thursday night Smackdown. US Friday night is Saturday morning here. We get replays of Smackdown and Heat on Sundays though. Raw, Velocity and Experience on Saturdays.

 

Anybody know what the go is with Lesnar? I was told the info was removed from the WWE site, can't be arsed to go look myself.

I watched RAW and it was OK. Wasn't the greatest.

 

I would like to know, does anyone else get a really messy show while watching RAW? When I watch it, it is all fuzzy and looks like there is another show playing at the same time. Does this happen for anyone else. It seems to be Spike TV and not WWE.

Why was HE out there interfering? The last thing we need is to give away the fact that Angle is going to lose and then hype Cena/Tomko. Maybe Tomko will be Angle's new problem solver. This could bring him back to his only acceptable role: stand on the outside of the ring and occasionally grab the other guy's foot.

 

Nice to see Venis go over for once.

 

If they job Matt to Snitsky...bleh. At least Conway is a decent enough wrestler where no heat gets lost...there better be a big payoff after Unforgiven. I wonder if this was punishment for Matt missing some house shows or something.

 

They're really making Ashley pay her dues. She's basically mastered the hair pull, stomp, and 2-hand shove. Hopefully, she'll get better. Unfortunately, they're not doing anything to build her up. Torrie's pretty hot, but she's not exactly a master ring technician.

 

Was that Sinatra Kerwin has for his music? That rules. Great expression on Shelton's face after the match. They want to build Conway up, but 2 matches in a row, he's gone over due to outside interference.

 

Cade and Murdoch seem decent. Maybe there is hope for the tag division after all. Smackdown just needs at least one more face and one more heel team.

Yes, they are moving to USA. IMO that is great. That way I can watch it on a clear screen.

 

Assley, that was gold by Carlito. They need to work on her bouncing into the ropes and turnbuckle. That was the worst I have ever seen anyone come off the ropes. I know she is new, but they should work on that before they go irish whipping her.

That's a little harsh. Cena's not that bad. In fact, when he was an up and coming heel, I was the first to say, "Watch this guy, he's gonna be good." I just don't think his character is particularly exciting, and he's still a midcarder and not a main eventer.

That was an awesome top rope bulldog by Murdoch.That saved them I think.I mean they looked like...well...nothing special.Murdoch looked gassed early on but that finisher was great.

 

Poor Ashley.She can't do an offensive move if her life depended on it.She is pretty good at taking stuff though.I see her becoming a decent rassler..if she doesn't get her neck broken in the meantime.

 

Hot dam Torre looks good.She is buffed up abit and can actually do a move or 2.ALONG way from the girl that did those late night "call me for 3.99 a minute" infomericals....

 

As I suspected,Carlito and Flair for IC at the next PPV.This will fill in Flair's numerous titles...if they have him win.....I'm not so sure anymore...guess the Flair/HBK thing is on hold

He broke the hands apart, but was still in the hold. Just because his hands broke apart dosn't mean that the pain stops. Then when he broke it himself, that dosn't count as someone breaking it. he let it go. I don't know why HBK can't just Job to Masters.

He's a roid monkey who can barely lift people over his head, he's a geezer that couldn't pull off a move other than a spinebuster or powerbomb if his life depended on it, and don't make me get started on how bad he is on the mic. Terrible, terrible champion, I'd say the worst ever, but then I remember that David Arquette won that exact title....as well as Goldberg.

 

Cena really does suck in the ring, not like, terrible, but he hasn't improved in a a really long time. Can't wait for Angle to beat him.

RAW is coming home to USA

 

A “Night of Champions” is scheduled for Monday Night RAW’s homecoming to the USA Network on Oct. 3.

 

Many former WWE Champions will be making their return to RAW on Oct. 3, including Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mick Foley and Triple H. Even Mr. McMahon himself will make an appearance.

 

All of this is in addition to current WWE Champion John Cena and former WWE Champions Shawn Michaels, Big Show, Kurt Angle and Ric Flair being a part of the historic, star-studded evening.

 

RAW flourished during its seven-year run on USA network, establishing cable rating records as WWE fans flocked to the television each and every Monday night. And it’s happening all over again, so don’t miss RAW on Oct. 3 for this televised homecoming.

I wouldnt say Batista is a roid monster. He's a body builder turned wrestler. He's got the look and was lucky enough to be graced with one of the greatest story lines in the past decade. 'The Rise and Fall of Evolution'.

 

I hope Flair wins the IC title. Id like to see him have a run with it as well.

 

Chavo and Shelton goin at it? That could be a phenominal match if you ask me. Id really like to see that at Unforgiven.

 

Im a big supporter of Cena but I think its time that Angle gets the title. I think he's a good replacment. He'll put on some bomb matches too. I think it'll be a pretty good match.

That's right, Goldberg did win it in the WWE. I almost successfully blocked that out of my mind. Arquette was the worst WCW world champion. But the World Title took on a separate entity once Triple H took it for the first time. WWE.com has accomodated their title history page to reflect this. That belt has one of the most complicated histories ever. That even depends if you count that title as starting with Flair in 91, or the NWA lineage dating back to Orville Brown in 1949 (the NWA even had a fictitious history before that, and I believe they "traced" the title back to Abraham Lincoln as their first champion). Anyway, on another board, we were discussing WWE and WCW's worst champions for all their belts. Here's who I chose:

Yeah, I am a fan of Mick Folley. I think any wrestling fan should be! I also like HHH. I just hate when he has the title for years, but I love his promos. I loved the promo he did with Batista. "Dave, you and I are going to hell. And only one of us is coming back. and i'm coming back *voice changes to whisper* with the world heavyweight championship."

 

I am also glad to see Vince there. I used to hate him as a kid because he was feuding with Stone Cold, but I have learned to love him over the years.

 

But Stone Cold will be the highlight of the night. That is why they have his pic on WWE.com!

Yes, London is great, I have always been a fan of his. It's good to see WWE keeps some talent in their camps and that he is not just used as a contracted jobber. Always hated when they done that to amazing talent.

Damn , eventhough I never watch Heat or Velocity , I hate the fact that tey are gonna stop showing them.

 

 

Raw 3 hours= VERY GOOD.

 

I hope we get to see some good wrestling and some classic moments.
