We're pretty much all Bret fans on here. You're not? Please don't say you like Goldberg. Yes, I think Benoit is probably the best technical wrestler in WWE today except maybe Angle, but HHH is not far behind. I would rather Orton won at NYR and then have HHH win it back at the Rumble, but still WWE needs him holding the belt going into Mania. Frankly put, there is no other heel on the Raw roster with that kind of experience and skill except maybe Christian, and he's not a top draw yet either.

nah i reakon bret hart was selfish and he wined to much nah goldberg was an egotistical asshole benoit is a good technical wrestler but this is pro wrestling not ametuar wrestling so his abilities dont count for much HHH is a great heel but if they wanted another they could turn HBK back to his old self IMO WWE unfortunatly did what they had to do with the elimination chamber

Im not. There isnt anyone worthy of taking over right now to be quite honest. Benoit got his long run, Michaels shouldnt be allowed champion anymore, Edge sucks, Orton is way too questionable, Batista still sucks in the ring and on the mic.

 

Jericho is my only option and he doesnt get what he deserves....only once in a blue moon.

 

Btw this was the worst start to a page ever.

man u are realy a heel fan,look hbk is a grat performer and he is so eclectric ,he has a attitude that non of the other wreslers on the roster.benoit had his longrun ,but hhh has had more then one longrun,so a new champ is in order,edge needs some improvement but hes still a good contender for the belt.

how the hell is orton questionable he also has a cool attitude,he deserves the belt.

batista is GREAT on the mic,and GOOD in the ring.

y2j has been to the top of te mountain and then he fell down,but he deserves to be back at the top real soon.

What's with the Bret Hart hating? The guy is one of the best ever, and had more skill then anyone I've ever seen. You want to know why Benoit and Jericho are so damn good, because of Bret Hart, and his dad. Without Bret Hart, the WWE would probably be lacking a lot more talent right now then it is. HHH is a good wrestler, but in a pure skills matchup, Benoit beats him by a longshot. Benoit doesn't care about his body, he does anything to impress a crowd. He doesn't have mic skills, and I realize that. But I'd like to see someone else climb atop one of those chambers, and hop off head first. He's one the best performer's around today, and by no mean's is he "one step behind" everyone else.

Okay, first off, Batista is very, very, very sub-par on the mic and his wrestling skills are even worse. The man botches two moves(yes, we counted) last night with Orton, and he botched even more with Benoit. He's getting better, but he's still nowhere near a title shot. Batista should still be in the IC division, a division he shouldn't have skipped over.

 

Werelman, for the last time, read a f*cking dictionary. A thesaurus might actually help more since over half of your sentances don't make any sense.

 

Bret Hart....a whiner? Okay, now I seriously want to smash your face. Bret Hart was in the WWE for quite a long time, nineteen years I believe. He earned his way to the top, and when he got there he played the biggest fan favourite ever, then he played on of the biggest heels in WWE. It just goes to show you how much talent the man has. Not everyone can play both sides. *cough* Orton *cough*

 

 

Now that I mention Orton, the fact that he's questionable as champion is that all of this is coming out of the blue. He was a great champion before, just because he got booted out of Evolution. Now....they're adding people like Edge to the title picture? His opportunity was rushed and squashed. It should have happened later. He's not even getting many pops, the crowd is quite mixed for Orton, he needs to earn some face pops, and pull off some great promos before he has his name on that belt.

 

 

Benoit is definitely a suitable champion, he's one of the greatest technical wrestlers in the WWE, and yes, that matter tremendously. If you have no technique, you end up looking like another Luther Reigns. Technique benefits greatly!

 

werelman, you want to see another Snitsky vs. Kane match? You're the only person I know that wants that, if anything, they should never wrestle eachother again in their careers. Terrible...

 

In the end, Triple H and Chris Jericho are the only suitable champions at this time. I seriously hope that the WWE realizes this, Jericho gets great pops during matches...he's one of the only guys to get name chants anymore! He's a great face, and Triple H is a great heel, opposites attract. Y2J to win the rumble!

Tons of people have just as much charisma as Hbk on raw alone..

 

And I cant stand his stupid, goody-goody church attending persona. He used to be cool, like years and years ago. Now hes like the 'uncooll dad that wont go away'.

 

Edge is not a good contender in the belt. And if anyone in here actually says they would enjoy seeing Edge carry the world title, then all the power to you.. But buddy has one of the worst personalities in the buisness. Still great on the mic, and in the ring, but he plain tries to hard at everything. He is forever IC unless he changes his persona.

 

Orton is as questionable on the mic as you can get. He's good at times, and TERRIBLE at times....never great, never consistant. Im not blaming him for that, hes like f*cking 24 or 25 years old, he has plenty of time to work on that. He is the future so he'd better learn.

 

Having a cool attitude doesnt mean you should be awarded the title btw..

 

Batista is bad on the mic. Batista is bad or 'okay' at most in the ring. I dont know what show you are watching.. But we do botch counts for Batista's matches now. And I think im gonna start move counts, to see if he knows how to do more than a clothesline, a bulldog slam, or a spinebuster

 

Y2J didnt fall from the mountain, he was taking from it by writers. Eventually he will get it back, he always deserves it. Nobody gives more effort consistantly, and puts more people over the Chris Jericho.

 

HHH rules. Dont watch if you cant stand him. By all means.

HHH is awesome, I can admit it. He makes you hate him, and does a damn good job at it. I was screaming at my T.V. when he won the chamber, and I'm still pissed about it. I figured it would happen though, the WWE can't go a year without having HHH get a good long title run, while everyone else get's snubbed out. HHH is a great wrestler, but I can't stand him having that belt all the time. I really would rather have Orton as a champion more then HHH. I'd rather have Y2J more then Orton, but the writers have their heads so far up H's ass that he gets the belt all the damn time. You can flame me now, but its the god's honest truth. You know when your married to the bosses daughter, and have that kind of great in-ring talent, that everything is going to go your way.

For a good reason. Kane blows, on the mic and in the ring. He can't put on a great match if his life depended on it.

I like Kane more then anyone I've ever seen, but the guy's not WHC material. He's not good on the mic at all, and his character can't really be developed too much, because he has to stay as the monster type character. He might be good for a short IC title run, but really he's just one gigantic midcarder.

Bret won't come back because of Spazberg's mule kick of doom giving him a concussion that he never fully recovered from. He kept getting nauseous and dizzy during matches, and had to retire. On top of that he suffered a stroke during a bike accident that paralyzed him on the left side of his body, and he's still recovering from that.

 

Negotiations between Sting and WWE are off and on, he doesn't want to work as full a schedule as WWE wants him to.

Feel free to explain the fun in watching Gene Snitsky vs Kane for the 5th time?? It hasnt lived up to any of the story hype the first 4 times around..
