That's because some cases have vents on the upper part of the case that leads below and comes out the front on the bottom. Doesn't look like your case supports that though So, I would flip it over. Atomic Posted December 10, 2004 Share Posted December 10, 2004 Ive never seen one with the fan facing upwards...it just doesnt make sense. I think they did it in the picture so you could see that it was indeed dual fans. Its suppose to draw hot air away from the CPU, it being on top isnt doing much good. I would still flip it around.
