Skynet307 0 Posted July 18, 2003 Share Posted July 18, 2003 well i got my new pc and when i try to install vice city it tells me to insert the disk or directory were the data3.cab is located....and as everyone knows there is no such file..so i tried creating a data3.cab file just to see if it would skip it but nooooooo it wants data4.cab...n e one know why it thinks there is such a file? How about reinstalling EVERYTHING on it and then install Vice and nothing else! It'll also run a lot smoother that way. Link to post Share on other sites
Skynet307 0 Posted July 20, 2003 Author Share Posted July 20, 2003 (edited) well it seems as if my data2.cab is corrupt...because when trying to copy all of the files on the install cd everything goes good except if I try to move the data2.cab it says it cant read from source. if someone wouldnt mind sending me the data2.cab i could see if thats the prob and go get a new cd.
