Flyers and numbers

well..i'm new at these boards and i love GTA (I've got all the saga,thx)

 

before all,here's my pc specs:

 

Pentium 3 733mhz,128RAM,19HD,ATI MagnumXpert (or radeon,dunno).

 

I'm goin' to update it in 2 or 3 weeks to this:

 

Pentium 4 2.4GHZ,256 RAM,40HD,same graphics target.

 

the problems are:

 

1.At "Walker Ranger Texas" guy (I don't remember the name) asks me to make fly an RC Helicopter to a building to destroy it..Only controls i know are W/S to fly up/down,A/D lean left/right,Q/E turning....BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE f*cking (sorry) PLANE GO FORWARD!!! (I'm always "Dodging").

 

2.all the time i play the game in my P3 appears strange things on screen....numbers and words with the game's font (Includin' missions,subtitles...).Is there something to put that SH*T out?(one of my friends in spain has a P4 2.5ghz,1GBRAM (Beast!) and 40HD and dunno graphic target and goes f*ckin' fast!!!!!!,and i tested it for 2 hours).

 

Somebody HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!,and could this error still happen when i update my pc???,HELP!!!!!!
