Well, I am not too sure, but in the Ps2 version, when you saved at the Ice Cream place, the game would automaticially crash and be unable to load that saved game. It's kinda boring to continue the game and know that savegames won't work. I discovered this after "cop land" but the problem had obviously occured one mission before...
