Kill Frenzy reward doesn't appear in Bent Cop Blues.

When I complete all the kill frenzy in Bent Cop Blues, no text appear and when I go to Litte Dominica there is no reward.
In other save games ,the game crahes, but I've already changed the text in MISSION.INI, changing the number 3994 to 3536, this bug has been ocurring since then. What could be happening?

I'm using GTA1 MAX-Pack

1. You have to restart the chapter once you made this fix

2. Try playing English version instead

3. GTA Max is based on DosBox. Unfortunately multiple people confirmed that save/load states break some things in their game. Currently the only reliable way to save/load state is using the full virtual machine (like VMware) with e.g. Windows XP as a host.
