Steam EXE + 1.0 game

Hi,

As the title suggests I tried using the newsteam-r2 EXE with 1.0 game files (only replacing gta_sa.exe with gta-sa.exe). The game works fine, but I can't hear the cut songs, so could it be that they are removed from the exe (hardcoded) or I'm just unlucky?

From what I understand you have the game on steam and you used the 1.0 exe? And newsteam-r2 EXE is some downgrading sort of mod?

As for the radio songs, they are their own files in the audio folder as radio stations.

No, the other way around: 1.0 game files with steam exe

Update: It looks like the steam exe doesn't load them (I'd still be greatful if someone can verify this), however I've used a cracked RGL exe with 1.0 files and it plays all of the songs.
