GTA IV Graphics are near

hey guys , I hope you`re having a great day . I've been playing GTA IV since 2023

but anyway because of the different life situations I could not play it since last month anyway last night I was gonna play it but I got this error: your graphic setting are near !  I even made a Commandline.txt with the following content : 

-nomemrestrict

-norestrictions

-novblank

-percentvidmem

-availablevidmem 10

based on another topic of the site , but any way it wasn`t helpful . actually my game version is 1.0.7.0 and cracked because I was just looking for the vanilla edition not complete edition and it is cracked by razer 1911 and it was working 

please help me , I really need your support    

 

2 notes :  

1. my pc is weak , it has an i5-6th and a gt610 2gb and 16gb d4

2.GTA IV only detects 34MB of my graphics card
