Somebody have GTA III JP Converter？

I want to enjoy different version of gta3，but the disc image file cannot work correctly on my computer（Windows10），so somebody can help？

Just get PS2 ISO and emulate it

What do you mean JP converter? Probably none of the disk versions will work under Windows 10 without no-cd patch.

could you tell me where to get the no-cd patch? I cannot find no-cd-patch of this version....

just like Japanese version of Vice City,  a program convert the game to the Japanese version
