Banners pinned for some sections.

My suggestion is focused on providing banners in sub-topics or sub-sections important or more active, (not in all sections) for example:

When you enter the GTAO section, in the top banner always appears the most relevant or most active of the moment related to that topic, such as the weekly topic of Weekly Update.

 

 

It is true that some topics are already pinned, but sometimes it is confortable for navigation to go to the most relevant topic within each section/topic.
