Is there any methode to decrease drive, bike, cycle skills?

While I was playing around with ar_stats.dat file, I accidentally played with my main save and didn't realize that I had it saved with all my skills maxed out.

 

Is there any way to decrease it?

I know that all the driving skill cannot be reduced in vanilla.

 

When I tried to reduce it by adding the - symbol to the number where the stats is increasing, it didn't work.

Maybe by using a save editor?

Save editor works, although I recall once I was using the flying cars cheat and crashed very hard into the cliff of Mt. Chillia and the game displays the driving skill bar at the top lift with a red block, indicating reduction like girlfriend progress, fat, musucle, etc. Not sure if it was a bug tho.
