Cesar Vialpando Crash

I'm encountering crashing right when I walk into the red marker for the "Cesar Vialpando" mission and the cutscene begins. I've disabled all of my mods (I'm using a lot) and tried but still got a crash. If some kind soul would like to do a Save n Play that would be much appreciated, or help me troubleshoot the issue. I've seen others have fixed the issue by uninstalling Ryosuke's normal maps, but I don't have that mod so I'm not sure what it could be.

Could it be that your mods have already damaged the save? Download a random Cesar Vialpando save and try to do the mission in an unmodded GTA SA.

It def could be, but I made a brand new clean install yesterday and installed my mods. This isn't exactly my first few times downloading stuff, so I am pretty confident that my installation was fine. It's weird though because this is the only mission its happened on so far
