Help Needed: Stuck on Hyman Memorial Stadium Event Missions in Vice City

There are three Hyman Memorial Stadium Event Missions in Vice City, but while playing the game on PC, I keep encountering the same mission no matter how long I wait. The game never seems to switch to the other two missions (I'm sure I've met all the requirements to unlock the other two tasks, including completing the first task in first place), which is driving me crazy and leaving me frustrated, especially since I'm so close to achieving 100% completion. I’ve only modified or enhanced a few downloaded game mods for my PC version, and everything seemed fine until I discovered this bug. Before using these mods, I didn't have this problem. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this, or if I need to re-edit or overwrite any game configuration files? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thats very strange,it usually starts with Dirtring then hotring and then the derby and they spawn from 20:00-00:00,so it should be a glitch or there is a mod that is conflicting with the files,Try to play without mods and see if it works.Or try reloading an old save and complete the first event again and see if the others spawn
