Grand Theft Auto: Greater Torrentin Area heads to the Greater Torrentin Area, a growing metropolitan area with many towns, farms, rivers, lakes, and parks, complemented by the city of Torrentin. The Greater Torrentin Area (alternatively known as “the GTA,”) is located along the northwestern shore of Lake Scintillia in the fictitious Canadian province of Scintillia. The game's story centers around best friends Andrea Yong and Iann Walker as they come face to face with modern life challenges. Both characters serve as the playable protagonists in this installment.

 

Andrea and Iann have been good friends for six years. After moving out of their parents' homes, they moved into the ground-floor apartment of a home in the town of Angerona. Iann took a job at a bakery minutes away from home while Andrea insists she's creative enough to become a social media influencer.

 

In the early Spring of 2025, Andrea and Iann face eviction. They barely have enough money to pay their rent and Iann is being manhandled by the Calabrian Mafia. The two do their best to make money while facing their pasts and getting roped into absurd situations.

 

Andrea Yong is a 24-year-old woman with a drive to protect her friends and become widely known/admired. She sees herself as a normal individual, despite her extreme excuses for corner-cutting to get what she needs (and wants:) thieving, murdering the guilty, and destroying other people's property.

 

Andrea is modeled after Tzuyu from the K-Pop girl group, TWICE.

 

Iann Walker is a 23-year-old man with the same mindset as Andrea: believing the criminal life is necessary to get what is needed. He, too, believes everyone has an inner criminal. Unlike Andrea, Iann prefers theft and vandalism over murder. He also has the tendency to give the benefit of the doubt.

 

Iann is modeled after American Actor, Noah Beck.

 

 

 

 

Torrentin

 

 

 

 

Torrentin is a large city located along the shore of Lake Scintillia, to the south of Cambridge Region, east of Gore Region, and west of Sussex Region. The city serves as the economic center of Canada, as well as “Canada's America.” It's home to many different businesses, immigrants, and a handful of celebrities. The city is known for its social diversity, along with the CC Tower, but also for its high housing prices, growing poverty, and cracked freeway.

 

Adobi - A primarily suburban area along Torrentin's west end. The only commercial communities are located in the northwest and southwest areas of the community. The community includes the Abus River with its biking trail and walking trail and Adobi Park, which features a piece of the aforementioned biking and walking trails, a baseball diamond, a golf course, as well as a fishing pond. There's also a racetrack for horse racing in the northern part of the area, not too far north of Adobi Park, as well as the Torrentin Crest International Airport in the west end of the area.

 

Taranto - A primarily suburban area taking up Torrentin's central and central-north area. The commercial communities are located in the west end, central and southeast. The area includes Cityview Park in the southwest, which features a beautiful lake, a forest, a go-kart rink, indoor basketball, a walking trail, as well as a biking trail. The area also includes a hiking trail + forest, located in the east. Then there's yet another lake in the northwest, which comes with a small park that includes a bike trail. The area is home to Tack Path, an upper-class neighborhood home to various celebrities. The area is also known for Saltare, a Latin-centric restaurant and mini nightclub.

 

Old Torrentin - The economic and entertainment center of Torrentin, around 50% made up of commercial communities. The area includes the iconic CC Tower, a needle-shaped free-standing tower with an observation pod featuring a rotating restaurant, a glass floor, and great views in all directions. Take part in the Sky Walk, where you can walk along the edge of the observation pod’s roof. To the west of the tower is the Taylor Center, a world-class baseball stadium with a retractable roof. Tickets are required to get in, and the player can buy some on Taylorcenter.ca, or use a helicopter… if they want to interrupt a game. Right beside the CC Tower, to the southeast, is Slabward Aquarium, where you can look at a variety of sea creatures. To the east of the CC Tower is the Brunsbank Arena, a multi-purpose arena for concerts and Hockey games. Hockey games take place on Monday and Thursday nights, concerts every other night. Tickets are required to get inside, and they can be bought on Brunsbankarena.ca. Not too far east of there is the Winery District, a gentrified neighborhood featuring Victorian Era buildings that are now small businesses or art galleries, statues such as the Drunk Boy (a clear white statue of… a drunk man,) and the 3Pod (a homage to the popular Victorian-era alien invasion novel, Conflicts Between Worlds. It has the same design as the 3Pod graffitied onto a wall in GTA IV,) along with erotic paintings and statues of Queen Victoria.

 

The area is also home to FINIS Night Club and BF Night Club, two unique nightclubs that are both open every night from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM. You can also find two adult entertainment clubs, Champagne & Shake, a female strip club, and Gentlemen Club, a male strip club.

 

Located just northeast of downtown Torrentin is Torrentin Square, a public square featuring a splash pad that's frozen over and turned into an ice skating rink in December - February, a neon sign of the city's name, the old city hall, as well as the current city hall. A block to the east is Smith Square, an entertainment center featuring buildings with large LED billboards, reminiscent of Star Junction in Liberty City. Here, the player can shop at high-end stores and eat at four-star restaurants. The Timothy Center is located in the western portion of the square. It's known for being the busiest shopping mall in North America, and includes the majority of the high-end stores and restaurants in the square.

 

Over in the center of Old Torrentin is the Majestic Scintillia Museum, where the player can look at the greatest historical pieces of art, cultural artifacts, and natural artifacts from around the world. In the southwest part of the area is Hill Park, which features forests, walking trails, biking trails, an iconic maple-leaf-shaped flower display, a zoo, along with a fishing pond.

 

Then there's the Torrentin Islands... a group of islands south of Torrentin and west of Torrentin harbor. West Island, the largest of the islands, is mainly made up of forests, with biking trails, walking trails, beaches, a maze, three Torrentin skyline viewpoints, and Avery Regional Airport. Deux Islands includes a marina and parks with more biking and walking trails. Deux Islands West includes the Majestic Canadian Yacht Club on the west-most island and Manhattan Park, along with a small residential area, on the east-most island.

 

The Torrentin Islands sit on the edge of Torrentin Harbor, specifically the Inner Harbor. The Inner Harbor is an entertainment space featuring bars, condos, a marina, the Torrentin Harbor Hotel, as well as the Gilbert Ferry Terminal. 

 

To the west of the Torrentin Islands is Torrentin Harbor's Outer Harbor. Along the north shore are piers. The northern pier is mainly made up of a park, but also features entertainment venues such as Revolution Nightclub. The southern pier is mainly industrial, but has a beach, soccer field, and small marina along its southern shore. The west end of the harbor has a power plant and a water treatment facility, with a marina neighboring it to the west and a beach neighboring the marina to the west. A trail in-between the power and water treatment plants leads to, and extends through, a peninsula directly east of Torrentin Islands. The peninsula includes Daryl Duncan Park, which features forests, biking trails, walking trails, and its own marina.

 

East Torrentin - A small, primarily suburban area with a commercial community in its northwest. Riverside Park runs through the center of the area, featuring walking trails, biking trails, woods, a baseball diamond, a tennis court, as well as an archery range. To the north of Riverside Park is Brightlook Park, a wider area featuring forests, walking trails, and biking trails.

 

Skarthi - A primarily suburban and commercial area taking up the eastern third of T. The area includes the Skarthi Bluffs, a rock formation doubling as a park with lengthy walking trails, beaches, and the Skarthi Bluffs Yacht Club. The area also features Dawn Park, a lengthy area of forest and biking trails. You’ll also find the Torrentin Zoo, where many species of animals are put on display for your viewing pleasure.

 

Cambridge

 

 

 

 

Cambridge is a regional municipality located to the north of Torrentin.

 

West Millbury - A municipality located at the northwest end of the GTA, to the north of Duchess, partly north of Huron, and west of East Millbury. The area mainly consists of rural farmland and forests. One small town, Holland, is located at the municipal limits with Duchess to the south. It's also directly northwest of Huron. The town is home to people who wanted homes cheaper than the ones in Huron. The northern end of The Marsh, a wetland consisting of organic fertile soil, is located in this township.

 

Duchess - A municipality located to the south of West Millbury, to the east of Huron, Angerona, and Lawton Hill, as well as north of Torrentin. The area mainly consists of forests and farmland. Duchess City, a small town located not too far to the north of Torrentin, is the biggest town in the township. It's home to Duchess's municipal offices, is the most common filming location when it comes to small towns in the GTA, and is the location of the GTA's weather station. The municipality is also known for its high Italian demographic.

 

Berczy - A large town located to the south of Duchess, north of Torrentin, and west of Lawton Hill. The town is known for its high crime rate, with its biggest criminal event being an illegal gambling ring operated by the most powerful wing of Ta Agória, an Italian Mafia-type group known for arms trafficking, extortion, racketeering, and influencing national Italian politics. The wing known as the Macrì Group operates in Italy, Canada, the US, and Australia, and is known for drug trafficking, money laundering, and extortion through threats of arson. An illegal gambling ring of theirs was busted in 2019 by the Cambridge Regional Police, in collaboration with the Italian State Police. The town's biggest demographic is Italian-Canadians.

 

East Millbury - A municipality located to the east of West Millbury, and north of Huron and Armstrong. The area consists of mostly forests, with a bit of farmland bordering northeast Huron and northwest Armstrong. This township consists of three towns. Asiago, a small coastal town, Marshside, a small town in-between Holland and Hope, as well as the just-mentioned Hope, a smaller town east of Holland and north of Huron. Marshside and Hope both have the cheapest housing in the GTA. Hope in particular is home to West Millbury's municipal offices, the Dusty Drive-in Theatre, and the Junk Club Nudist Resort.

 

Huron - A medium-sized town located to the south of southwest West Millbury and East Millbury, east of Duchess, west of Armstrong, and north of Angerona. The town is known for Pixie Lake, a reservoir and park along the Elizabeth River. The town is also home to the headquarters for the RCMP and Cambridge Regional Police.

 

Angerona - A medium-sized town located to the south of Huron, north of Lawton Hill, east of Duchess, and west of Armstrong. The town is known for its history in Theatre, being home to a performing arts center. The town is home to Cambridge Region's regional facilities.

 

Lawton Hill - A large town located to the north of Torrentin, south of Angerona, east of Berczy, and west of Shelburne. The town has noticeably less light pollution, as a result of light pollution laws put in place to allow the Lawton Hill Observatory, the largest telescope in Canada, to function. The town is known for its high Chinese and Iranian demographic.

 

Armstrong - A municipality located to the east of Huron and Angerona, south of East Millbury, and north of Shelburne. The area mainly consists of farmland, but has one small town, Armstrong.

 

Shelburne - A large town located to the north of Torrentin, east of Lawton Hill, and south of Armstrong. The town is known for its high East Asian demographic, mostly Chinese in particular.

 

Gore

 

 

 

 

Gore is a regional municipality located to the west of Suilla Region.

 

Branton - A municipality located to the north of Powell and Chisville. The area mainly consists of farmland, with one small town, Branton Hills, in the center. The town is lower-class, but doesn't have even a moderate homeless population. The Hennepin Escarpment runs along the eastern edge of the township, mainly featuring forests, but is also home to some farmland. The municipality also has a high Indian demographic.

 

Powell - A small town to the south of Branton, to the west of Miswesauga, and along the shore of Lake Scintillia. The town is mainly residential, with at least a few mid-rise apartment complexes, but also has a commercial/industrial center.

 

Suilla

 

 

 

 

Suilla is a regional municipality located to the west of Cambridge Region, with Torrentin to the west of Miswesauga.

 

Ellis - A municipality consisting almost entirely of farmland and forests. One very small town, Ellis Village, is located along a highway in the northern part of the area. The area is known for the Red Argilla Badlands, an area of exposed and eroded red Queenston Shale resembling clay.

 

Cumberland - A large town located to the south of Ellis and north of Miswesauga. The town is mainly suburban, with only its main road having any commercial buildings and there being two industrial areas. One in the northwestern part of the town and another in the southeastern part. The town has a high Indian demographic.

 

Miswesauga - A small city located south of Cumberland and along the shore of Lake Scintillia. The city is known for its parks, Culham Park (featuring a forest, a photography area, and a toboggan hill) on the city's west side and Miswesauga Valley Park (featuring a forest, a biking trail, a walking trail, a baseball diamond, and a tennis court) in the city center. The city is also known for Bottoms Up mini-nightclub, its high Indian demographic, along with the Twisty Towers, two tall rotated condominium towers that make up the Definitive World complex.

 

Sussex

Sussex is a regional municipality located to the east of Cambridge Region, with Torrentin to the west of Leander.

 

Wixan - A municipality to the north of Leander and along the southwest of Sigaog. The area is mainly farmland and forests, with one small town, Wixan, known for Wixan Park and Wixan Dam Conservation Park. The town is located in the central-east part of the area. The municipality has an extremely high European demographic.

 

Leander - A municipality located to the south of Wixan, west of White, and along the shore of Lake Scintillia. The area is half farmland/forests and half the medium-sized town of Leander. The town is known for its beachfront and waterfront biking/walking nature parks: Leander Park and Duffins Park respectively. The area is also home to Leander Nuclear Generating Station, located between the two parks, and Cocktail Bar & Lounge, a small nightclub in the center of the main town. On the northwest corner of the municipality is Manere, a ghost town that once served as an average small Canadian town.

 

Sigaog - A municipality to the east of Wixan and north of White and Nonquon. The area is mainly farmland and forests, with two small towns, Port Brandy along Lake Sigaog, and Mooseville along the map's northern shore. The municipality has an extremely high European demographic.

 

White - A municipality to the east of Leander, south of Sigaog, west of Nonquon, and along the shore of Lake Scintillia. The area is mainly made up of the medium-sized town of White, located along the lakeshore. The town is known for White Harbor and its surrounding biking/walking parks.

 

Nonquon - A municipality to the east of White, south of Sigaog, and along the shore of Lake Scintillia. The area is mainly made up of farms and forests, with two towns: Nonquon, which sits on the lakeshore and is known for its lakeshore park and marsh, and Darlington, located close to the lakeshore.

A social media app the player can use to post pictures. Post pictures taken with the Camera app and watch the like count rise. The more chaotic your pictures are, the more likes they will get. The likes will translate to followers the more you post. Every million likes earns you $1.

 

ShortSnap

 

A social media app the player can use to post short-form video content. Post videos taken by the Camera app and watch the like count rise. The more chaotic, strange, and/or silly your videos are, the more likes they will get. The likes will translate to followers the more you post. Every million likes earns you $1.

A streaming app the player can use to listen to music and podcasts on foot or in a vehicle.

1. Point out every little incorrect detail. Fiction needs to be written like non-fiction. A car model from 1969 in a story set in 1968 makes the entire story fall apart and the author a terrible writer. This one applies heavily for music videos and song lyrics too.

 

2. Assume all inspiration and fun is copying and piggybacking for attention and money. Be the pessimist nobody likes. It's good to be different. This goes for story writing, lyric writing, and music videos.

 

3. Don't be specific in your criticism. State something is terrible without giving any ideas on how it could've been done better. Your job is to be pessimistic and different, not helpful. Let people figure out which of the 15 things about their work you COULD be talking about and not the one thing you're actually talking about. Make them give in to their irrational worries and butcher their own work.

 

4. Make it sound as if the entire work is bad. If the author/creator forgot to have a character express their love for a topic one time, pretend the character was cold and uncaring throughout the entire story, despite the expressions of love the writer remembered to write. The writer needs to be driven crazy, thinking they aren't writing feelings well enough.

 

5. All kids are annoying. Realism is important, but if a kid acts like a kid, be as unempathetic and mean as possible about it. Nobody has patience for kids. Why do you think there are so many neglectful parents out there? I don't want to be a parent, so stop it with the hate mail accusing me of enabling abuse. It's like you believe the people who hate kids like this shouldn't be around kids…

 

6. Let your subjective opinion live with your objective one. For example, if you're a music critic listening to a song made to be background advertisement music, and you don't personally enjoy it, despite it being good at being what it's supposed to be, you can use that as grounds for your objective critique. Whether you're critiquing music, novels, short stories… if you don't subjectively enjoy something, don't let the writer or creator get away with it. Call the work weird, call the work odd, make an excuse like this: “this is what people come up with when they've run out of ideas” or “Terrible, please improve” without going into detail. Push your subjective opinion onto the author, disguising it as objective critique, as if they're obligated to agree.

NPCs post short clips of their ElectricTit videos to Snapmatic Shorts and ShortSnap, and they bleet about their views on movies, the political climate in the US, food, along with their personal lives. If you’re causing explosions or attracting police attention with a wanted level higher than three stars, they will post about having heard or seen the commotion… sometimes they'll post a video of them filming their own face as they talk and sometimes they'll post a photo in which they comment on the commotion with white text over a black background. Police accounts will talk about anything you've done as long as it gave you a 4-star wanted level at the least.

The leftmost slot is for health packs, the upper slot is for weapons, the lower slot is for food that replenishes health, and the rightmost slot is for items that are meant to be given to other characters throughout the game. The weapon slot has the capacity for all weapons from any one class, bringing back the replacement feature.

Yes, Canada has gun laws. That won't affect gameplay too much.

 

There are no Ammunations in Canada. Instead, there are hunting gear shops (Sniper Rifles only) and black market gun bunkers.

Andrea calls the police to report the man, then she takes Iann to the doctor across town while cursing out the robber for punching him.   Iann: That sh*t… reminded me of a time a few years ago… I got shot at by a random man for some unknown reason and the bullet… missed me and hit a young person… I don't want to specify the age… in the head. I don't like guns.   Andrea: I’m still looking for that f*cker on police computers. I will show him what happens when you do sh*t like that. Nobody hurts my friends or any other innocent person.   After the hospital visit, Andrea drives Iann back to the house. 2	Pay Our Share	Andrea finds a notice informing her and Iann they must pay their rent in 14 days, or else they must leave the unit they live in. Iann and her talk about high rent prices and them not being able to make enough to pay rent. Iann goes outside to call his “boss,” a 58-year-old man named Francesco Tappari, who is actually also a member of the Italian Mafia, telling him he'd do anything for a raise. Tappari tells him to steal a Stretch from a man who's overdue in paying his debt, then hands him an Immobilizer Bypass.   Iann goes to the Stretch parked in a driveway at a house in the southern end of town. She so far has 200 followers.   After posting, Alison calls to tell her about a bad breakup. Alison's boyfriend revealed he cheated on her with 20 women in the past month, and Alison wants revenge. She asks Andrea to help her destroy his car. Andrea agrees to it, stating she can't stand bastards like him.   Andrea goes to Alison's house, where Alison is ready to do the job. Andrea takes Alison's ex's car, then drives Alison to the middle of a field in Duchess. There, Alison and Andrea hop out of the car. Alison keys the car, laughing defiantely as she goes on. 7	Throw It In The Bin	Alison calls Andrea, telling her she tried to convince her ex his car was stolen, but said ex isn't letting her leave the house until the police can figure out who the thief is. 10	Bakery Blowout	Iann goes on a night walk, during which he talks to himself about becoming friends with his ex-girlfriend, Ariana Hamilton. He calls her, but she doesn't answer. Tears start running down his face. Seconds later, he gets punched out by a man walking in the opposite direction.   Iann wakes up in a shed, where he's confronted by a 29-year-old man named Manny DeMarco, who speaks about having his house burnt down by one of Francesco Tappari's associates back in 2017 and has always wanted to track down any one of his associates so he could torture them and take everything they have. Iann tells him he's just as much of a victim, threatened with just as much arson and beatings. Manny tells Iann to kill Francesco and split the money, but insists on taking Francesco's Tack Path mansion. Iann, hyperventilating, agrees to do the task. Manny tells Iann to get some weapons at an underground shop, and that he'll be coming along to make sure there's no flakery.   Iann goes to the gun bunker in Duchess to buy weapons. (Only the pistol and molotovs are available.)   Iann goes to Francesco's bakery, then threatens him with a pistol. He's shaking, but shoots him, then takes his wallet. He grabs his phone too, then calls Andrea.   Andrea goes to the bakery to find Iann. She takes the gun from him, then threatens Manny, who drives away. Andrea chases him, shooting at him in hopes he's killed. She kills him, then loses the police.   Iann gets a call from Francesco's number. It's a man who Introduces himself as Arseino, the new boss stepping into Francesco's place. Andrea chases after the dealer, but loses him. However, he's being threatened by a group of four conspiracy theorists who tell him he'll be killed if he doesn't give up a substance they call “P Juice,” short for “Punjabi Juice,” which they claim is being used by the government to turn kids transgender. They hang out at a basketball court in Berczy. Andrea agrees to deal with them. She goes to their hang-out spot. When she arrives, she sees them playing, then shoots each of them. She outruns the police, then calls Manvir to tell him the racists are gone. Manvir thanks her.	$300 (Andrea)   Manvir as a contact.
13	A Grand Conspiracy	Iann announces to Andrea he just met a hitchhiker named Frank Davenport, a 26-year-old man he befriended over a couple beers. He brings Frank inside to meet her. Frank's eyes widen at the sight of her, then he happily exchanges a hello with her. Frank tells Iann he needs to get back to his apartment, and that he's got something interesting there.   Iann drives Frank back to his apartment in Huron. There, Frank shows Iann his Eyefind Document filled with images of Avon Hertz and Jay Norris, along with quotes relating to the idea they're still alive. Frank tells Iann he believes Hertz and Norris are still alive, living in a bunker underneath Torrentin, and are working on a doomsday bunker made only for pedophiles. Frank calls himself the King of the Galaxy again, but in a more serious tone.   Iann calls the idea outlandish, so Frank tells him if he wants a second friend, and to not be executed, he needs to hear him out. Iann lets him talk, then is told about a male barber in Holland who may know the bunker's location. He doesn't want any more police attention than he's already had, so he tells Iann to threaten the barber and record their response. Iann agrees to do it, then tells himself the regular hangouts will be worth the crazy baloney.   Iann travels to Holland, locates the barber, then threatens him with a gun. The barber tells him the bunker is located under some high-class neighborhood in Miswesauga. Iann asks him if he's serious. The barber tells him the entire industry is run by an extraterrestrial shadow organization located in a suburban mom's basement in Torrentin, so it has to be true.   Iann exits the barber shop, but has the police called on him by the barber. Please don't shoot me!   Iann: Let me take a photo of your contacts and their phone numbers.   The cashier, shaking, hands her phone to Iann. 16	Kidnap	Dave opens up to Andrea about wanting a better life. One where he can live a stable life and not be on drugs. He then tells her he recently saw the drug dealer who ran off, outside a home across town. He took note of the address, which he gives to Andrea, then tells her to kidnap the dealer and force him to give up the drugs.   Andrea and Dave go to the home. After knocking on the front door, a tall man with brown hair answers. Andrea and Dave both recognize him from the deal, so Andrea takes out a baseball bat and strikes him in the head. She then ties him up, then puts him in the back of her car. The police have been called, so she loses them, then goes back to Dave's. There, Dave is waiting for her in the parking lot. He gets into the car, then tells Andrea to drive somewhere secluded.   Once somewhere secluded, Andrea and Dave get out of the car and wake the dealer up. They threaten him, then he tells them the drugs were given to a man in Torrentin he isn't allowed to name. Andrea grabs the dealer's phone, then intimidates him into giving up the password. The man also tells her the Torrentin man's name is Lucy Robertson, a man who knows high profile people. Dave tells Andrea to shoot the dealer, but Andrea insists nobody has to die over drugs. This man could be cared for by many. On the other hand, he could run to the police or one of his associates. The man lives in Lawton Hill, and probably knows about microchips being used in medicine and perhaps has info on the underground bunker. Iann is instructed to raid his house for information.   Iann travels to the man's house. On his way there, Andrea calls to tell him if anyone tries to hurt him emotionally or physically, she'll shoot them. After the call ends, Iann talks to himself.   “Lying that Frank is a perfect guy won't be too bad.”   At the man's house, Iann sneaks in through the bedroom window. In the room, he spots a laptop. He takes it, then stuffs it in the backpack. The front door swings open, startling Iann, who hops out the window. On the ground, Iann meets the man, who tells him the police are coming. Iann beats him, then runs as the police near his location. 18	Ex-Friend	Dave tells Andrea about an old ex-friend, Cole, who robbed him in 2015. Cole retaliated by taking most of his drugs, then reporting him to the police. Cole was put in jail for 10 years, and was let out in the last few hours. There's a chance he might've found peace, but there's just as much of a chance he might be vengeful. Andrea is instructed to watch the parking lot for a bit.   While watching the lot, Dave texts her, telling her the call was bad. Cole still hates him and will be checking for him at the complex that night. Dave gives Andrea a description of Cole, then tells her to prepare to ice him.   Andrea prepares to kill Cole, then returns to the parking lot at 9 PM. Upon spotting Cole, she threatens him. Cole tells Andrea that Dave used to push drugs onto kids. 20	Snow Angel	Andrea is kidnapped by associates of a gang called The Tack Path Regulators, a group of drug dealers who provide drugs to famous Torrentin rapper, Fokai. When their most efficient dealer was killed, the killer had to be found and forced to do some work. Andrea is told by a 27-year-old man, named Reggy, that her friends will be murdered if she refuses. Andrea asks Reggy for proof his gang has ties to Fokai. The gang takes Andrea upstairs, where Fokai is sitting on the couch. Fokai asks the gang, in a fake Mexican accent, what's going on.   Fokai: What's going on with her?   Reggy: We're proving our ties to you. She's going to get your drugs back, isn't she?   Fokai: She better. Those were my drugs! Force her into it if you need to.   Andrea obliges, then is tasked to hand over the drugs.   She calls Cole to tell him what happened, but Cole tells her the drugs won't be handed over to anyone. He needs something to get by while he helps former drug addicts. Andrea tells herself she can't kill Cole, so she decides to steal the drugs with help from Iann. She calls Iann, telling him about the situation. Iann expresses concern at her being in a dangerous situation, then expresses excitement at the fact she met Fokai, his favourite rapper. Andrea asks him how he feels about Fokai threatening her.   Iann: It was probably a double being used as a bluff. There's no way Fokai would threaten people.   Andrea calls Cole to arrange a hangout at his apartment. They argue a bit, with Cole insisting to visit Andrea at her home, but Andrea gets him to accept the idea of inviting her over to his place, which he reveals is in Berczy.   That night, Andrea is hanging with Cole. She gets him to take a shower, then searches for his drugs. She finds them in his bedroom closet, then opens the nearby window. She tosses the drugs out to Iann, who gives her a spoof kidnap note she places on Cole’s bed. She hops out of the window, jumps into the car, then speeds away. She brings the drugs back to Fokai’s mansion. Fokai’s main man, Reggy, takes the drugs, then thanks her. Iann runs up to Reggy, begging to meet Fokai. Any kids?   Andrea: No?   Frank: Are you single?   Andrea sighs. “I'm not answering that.”   Iann calls Andrea, telling her she needs to let him meet Fokai.    Andrea: Fokai is creepy. There's video of him flirting with old women and snooping around a nudist center.   Iann: Fokai was curious about the nudists and was just joking around with those old women! People are coming up with rumors out of thin air!   Meanwhile, Iann is at Torrentin Square with Frank, who's using an old radio to attempt to pick up signals from the supposed pedo bunker. Iann follows him as he scans and audibly repeats the word “beep.” By the road, the detector slips out of his hands and shatters on the pavement. Frank, frustrated, picks up some of the pieces. Iann suggests they go to a restaurant to hang out instead. Frank admits he's hungry, then suggests a hot dog stand, as there's no government-installed snakes in those.   After eating at a nearby hot dog stand, Frank points out how the CC Tower is secretly being used as a device to speak to extraterrestrials. Iann changes the subject by talking about the Sky Walk, where people in harnesses walk along the roof of the observation deck. 23	15 Minute Madness	Frank tells Iann about the idea of the 15-minute-city. Iann tells Frank the idea sounds efficient, but Frank claims it's all a facade. “The government is planning on burning serial numbers into people's skin, giving people poisoned essentials, and banning masturbation! There's a plan to create one in Torrentin! We need to shut the idea down!”   There's a protest at the new city hall. Iann is dragged to the protest, made up of five people, and asks himself if he can fix Frank.   He drives back home, then surfs the web for answers. He comes across a website called Pretender.com, where you can reach out for help when someone you loved becomes a conspiracy theorist. He takes a quiz, then calls Frank to ask him if there are other ways to deal with his feelings about the doomsday bunker. Because killing is becoming a weight. Frank argues violence is the best way to deal with people, then tells Iann not to criticize old methods down. Saving the world is going to come at a price. He then threatens to kill Iann if he expresses doubt again.   At home, Andrea finds out Frank is a conspiracy theorist. Iann claims he's not Epsilon crazy, but still kinda crazy. Andrea asks Iann why he can't make friends with normal people. Iann tells her he didn't know Frank was crazy until an hour into the friendship. Andrea suggests cutting him off for abuse, but Iann claims he can be changed.   Iann: I can change him!   Andrea: You mean you can enable him? I’m going over there right now.   Andrea goes to Frank's apartment to threaten him. While threatened, Frank accuses Andrea of being part of the underground bunker predator crew. Andrea shoots each of his limbs, then knocks him unconscious. She ties him up to a chair. When he wakes up, Andrea tells him she's going to ruin him. She kicks his conspiracy bulletin board, tears up his printed photos of celebrities, then scratches up his DVD copy of “The Government's Lies” and Avon Hertz's limited edition rap CD from 2017.   Andrea intimidates Frank into giving up the password to his Stillprophecizing.net account. She logs into the account, then troll posts until the account is banned. 26	Waterfront Tower	Reggy tells Andrea about a new condo development by the CC Tower, to the south of the Tonks Expressway. Going by the name, Waterfront Tower, the tower is mixed-use, including a movie theater, a 20-storey hotel, condo units, and a huge suite just for its developer… Yusuf Amir. It's a third of the way constructed and will be the tallest building in the city, in Canada, and the tallest condo in the world. It's the best out of the five current condo development projects in the city. It's being sold to someone, but it won't be received by the buyer now that it's going to be taken.   Iann takes the car, then takes it to Rick’s lockup in Chisville. Iann goes online to answer an ad for the latest iFruit phone, then drives to the location in Holland.    At the home, Iann meets the seller. As soon as the seller let's him hold the phone case, he runs away with it. 30	Collecting The Evidence	A 28-year-old female singer named Fauna, who's under the same label as Fokai, calls Andrea to complain about being forced to give up masters and weed to her manager and management team, along with not being able to get most of her songs on streaming services. The singer asks Andrea to get to a home in Cumberland, where a group of music industry insiders will meet to discuss bringing down the abusers within the industry. Andrea obliges, wanting to make such an impact and hoping she does get big on social media.   At the meet-up spot, the basement of a two-storey home, Andrea meets producer, Kylie Chappelle, lawyer, Eddie Sanderson, and Fauna herself. The group discusses their plan to secure their comfort within the industry. Andrea thinks, quickly realizing she could bring Iann along to search for evidence against Fokai, and that might mean he'll realize Fokai is a clown. She tells him she'll invite him to meet Fokai if the opportunity shows itself.   Iann drives to Fokai's mansion to record a video of the premises, hoping to catch a glimpse of the rapper. 35	Collecting The Evidence Attempt II	In a second attempt to dig up incriminating evidence on Fokai, Andrea texts Fokai, offering a friendly hangout. The rapper excitedly agrees, scheduling the hangout for that night. That night, Andrea meets Fokai at his mansion, where they drink, Fokai sings in a Jamaican accent, and Reggy looks on suspiciously. Andrea gets Fokai to take a shower, then she looks through his bedroom. She finds a secret compartment in his closet, featuring a can of brown paint and outfits with cultural artifacts. There's an outfit for each culture: Jamaican, Mexican, British, Spanish, and Canadian. Reggy enters the room and asks her why she's suddenly okay with hanging out with Fokai. Andrea tells him she's going to get his pay increased.   Andrea hears Fokai stepping out of the shower. She tells Reggy to tell Fokai she needed to leave early for an emergency.   On her way back home, she's texted by Fauna, who promises to post the images of Fokai’s costumes to the web, then claim the images were taken at the label party. He usually does the cocaine in his limousine on joy trips.   Andrea: We could kill him.   Fauna: This is serious. And I don't want blood on my hands.   Andrea is tasked with getting the evidence, then anonymously sending it to MORE TV.   Andrea calls Iann, telling him she needs help. She picks Iann up, then they purchase face masks to hide their identity. Then they go to downtown Miswesauga to find the limousine. Andrea searches for the limousine, eventually finding it by the Twisted Towers. She stops in front of it, blocking its path, then shoots the driver. Iann steals the limo while Andrea climbs into the back and threatens Dawn with an UZI while taking pictures of him and his cocaine. Iann stops the limo on a road extending through a mini forest within rural farmland northwest of Branton. 38	Meet Sylvester	Tired of Iann's constant requests to meet Fokai, Andrea drives Iann to Fokai’s mansion. Fokai instructs Andrea and Iann to pick up a girl from Leander then bring her back to the mansion. Andrea drives to the location, a bar, and picks the girl up. She's a dark-haired 23-year-old latin woman who introduces herself as Roberta.   On the drive back, Andrea asks Roberta incriminating questions about Fokai… “What do you think about what leaked?”   Roberta: “Ugh, AI is too advanced. Don't believe those lying f*ckers. Daddy Fokai is the best person alive.”   Andrea: “Do you care that he fondles old women?”   Roberta: “Oh my god, he was joking! Are you one of those haters who spread misinformation?”   Andrea: No, but what do you think about him pretending to be from the hood when he's been rich his entire life?   Roberta: Are you crazy, white boy?   Iann: She's just fallen victim to misinformation. Fokai probably doesn't actually wear that stuff. And yes, he was joking with that girl on stage.   Andrea: Do you guys listen to good people?   Roberta: How do you know the artists you like aren't good people? You don't know them! Separate the music from the artist, because everyone's done something bad.   Andrea: So you admit Fokai is terrible?   Roberta: Most people have done something bad. If you don't separate the art, you might as well stop listening to a lot of the music you listen to.   Andrea: That's true, but Fokai is too icky for me to feel comfortable listening to his music. When the cashier says Fokai is weird for the old people thing and that he's never understood why anybody would like his music, Iann grows agitated. Not wanting to be scolded by Andrea for killing who she might say are innocent people, he runs to a store to buy a face mask, then comes back to beat the cashier. He then asks the costumers if they like Fokai. Shaking, they all say yes. He then goes out to a parking lot, asking people if they like Fokai. He shoots whoever says no, and high fives whoever says yes. He then runs out into the street and stops cars to do the same to the drivers/passengers.   The police come after him, but he manages to get away. 40	Stan Hunt	After hearing the news of the masked superfan, Andrea is reminded of an incident where a man shot a singer dead out of envy. Gritting her teeth, she tells Iann she's going to find him and shoot him. Iann grows anxious.    Andrea goes to the parking lot the shooter began his rampage at, then patrols the area. She gets a call from Kelcey, who invites her to a video shoot happening that day. Andrea declines, asking Kelcey to move it a day. After hanging up, she posts a video to her followers, talking about the masked superfan and giving tips on helping police locate him.   During a conversation with a police officer named Officer Hennepin, Andrea is told there are two suspects: One of the dude's on Fokai's team, and a police officer who's a die-hard Fokai fanatic. The man on Fokai's team is more likely to be prosecuted, since police officers aren't prosecuted for acts of violence. Andrea raises her right brow, then asks him why. The officer tells her the police force is corrupt. If an undercover cop can get away with giving an out of the loop citizen an injury, there's no way any officer would get flack for giving an injury to anyone. It's the same all over the world.   Andrea recalls a fit she had in her living room after news broke of an incident in Shelburne, the one the officer referenced. She pulls out her phone, then records a video talking about the incident and the things Officer Hennepin told her, with him there to back her up.   After posting, she drives home. She looks up the name of the corrupt officer (Edward Folley) then tells Iann she's going to do some confronting, and maybe some extra work afterwards.   Andrea fetches a police car, then searches the police computer for Folley's TPD profile. Once she finds it, she finds out the officer lives in Shelburne. She heads over to his house. Once there, she reminds Folley of his crime, then calls him a piece of sh*t. Before Folley can speak, Andrea shoots him in both his shoulders, then threatens to do away with all corrupt individuals. Folley calls her overconfident, to which she responds by claiming she'll be fine so long as she trusts facts. 41	Bicycle Imbecile	After a night of heavy drinking following his rampage, Iann hangs out with Alison. He vaguely tells her he did something he regrets, and wants to do something Andrea would do to cleanse his soul. Alison tells him about a man named Brad Binsley, who cycles around Torrentin's red light district with a body cam and films prostitutes, then uploads the footage to ElectricTit with titles like “I want to beat them.” Since he started out, there have been more attacks on the prostitutes in the area. She instructs Iann to drive down to the district, wait until 4:00 PM for him to arrive, then tell him there will be trouble if he returns. She then tells Iann he can shoot him if he wants to.   Iann drives to the district. When Brad appears, the girls turn around and act unaware. Brad calls one of them his favourite girls as he passes by, then Iann runs up to him and beats him to death. The girls tell Iann he didn't need to get violent, no matter how much damage Brad has done.   Iann: That didn't help me, though. Damn, I thought I’d feel better. I knew there was no use in killing. 42	Fearing For My Life	At Alison's house, Iann asks Alison why she doesn't beat or kill people herself.   Andrea: It's not in my moral code. After that CEO was shot, I was ecstatic. Not because someone died, but because it was refreshing. The greedy people at the top are okay with hurting others and things are rarely done about it. If those at the top could be shaken by the people they hurt, they'd change. I just can't see myself being part of the revolution. I really don't know how you and Andrea do it. It's like… how can you be liberal, but also criminals?   Iann: Andrea tells me it's about defense - for herself and others. On some level, I get it. If you don't have any other choice… go ahead. But killing makes me shudder sometimes.   Iann tells Alison he wants to stop killing and stick to selling goods for a profit, but always unintentionally falls into hitman jobs. Alison assures him he won't have to do any more kills. Iann thanks her, then gets a call from Andrea. Andrea tells him the people who’ve hurt him and others, directly and indirectly, have to go. Some more Mafia bosses, abusive regulars, and Avon Hertz's robot… Audio_interference_1… but not Jock Cranley, as that would be too difficult. Iann tells her he's not going to do jobs anymore, as he wants out of killing. Andrea tells him it wouldn't be safe to go at killing mob bosses and Audio_interference_1 alone. Iann tells her to get different people on the job and that she's not going to get close to Audio_interference_1, and it doesn't matter that Avon is dead. Andrea realizes she shouldn't force him into jobs and wishes him luck before hanging up.   Andrea jumps into a car she's willing to dispose of, then gets a police car to chase her into a field in Nonquon. She shoots both officers, then takes one of their outfits and puts it on.   She drags both bodies into the car she arrived in, then sets them on fire. She gets onto the police computer, then spends an hour searching for the man who shot at Iann. She finds a close match based on Iann's description years ago. She drives the police car to the man's home in Armstrong. There, she knocks on the door. When the man answers, Andrea interrogates him. Eventually, he confesses, but insists he changed. Andrea insists he's still a monster, claims she's fearing for her life, then beats the man to death.   Andrea spends another hour searching the police database, this time for the attempted car thief who beat Iann.   him there's been a report of illegal drugs on his property and she needs to investigate. She enters the home, finds the dude's bedroom closet, then stuffs it with drugs. She asks the cousin to take a look at what was discovered. When he sees the drugs, he's confused. He walks over to the pile. As he walks by Andrea, she shouts “I'm fearing for my life,” then beats the cousin. She tells him to keep quiet about the beating, or else there will be problems.   Andrea calls Iann:   Andrea: I did it. I killed the douche who tried to shoot you and the dude who tried to steal our car.   Iann: What do you mean? How did you even find them?   Andrea: I finally found them through police files. They're dead. One of them claimed they changed. f*cking monster. Monsters don't change.   Iann: Uh… some monsters can change.   Andrea: They can't. I'm not doing this.   Iann: It's possible… maybe I… never mind.   Andrea: You'd never kill anyone without reason. I know so. I'd need concrete evidence to prove otherwise.   Iann: And if you did have evidence?   Andrea: I'd kill you.   Iann: Right, well, thank you very much. The escort is made up of four black Rancher Xl’s and eight motorcycles. Not having nearly enough places to take cover in, she follows the convoy… but not too close.   Once she finds a good place to take cover, Andrea stops and shoots at Audio_interference_1. The guards fire back at her. Once Audio_ and his guards are dead, Andrea flees the area, then loses the cops.	Unlocks “No Cell” (Andrea)   Unlocks all Sniper Rifles at all gun shops.	Canadian National News: Billionaire and artificial intelligence, Audio_interference_1, was killed in Torrentin. Videos taken by security cameras show a female suspect fleeing the scene. Torrentin Police chief, Brendon Gomez, had this to say: “The Torrentin Police Department is shocked and appalled at the deed committed by this currently unknown individual. Once there, he hopes Fokai answers the door and kisses him. Reggy answers, so Iann tells him he needs to investigate a rumor to ensure Fokai's innocence. Reggy lets him in. Iann sees Fokai smoking weed on his couch, then tells Reggy he happens to be a big fan. Reggy explains everything to Fokai, who then stands up and gives Iann a hello. 45	No Cell	Andrea is reported to the authorities while eating at a sub restaurant. The employee who reported her is excited to climb out of poverty with the $100,000 reward. Police enter the restaurant, walk over to Andrea, then ask her for her ID. She gives the officer a fake ID. The officer runs it through a scanner, which tells him the ID doesn't exist. The officer arrests Andrea, who is taken to Torrentin Detention Center.   Andrea is held in a cell for an hour until an officer walks in to escort her to a room with only a tall middle-aged man in a suit sitting at a table. Andrea sits down across from the man as he tells her she has a huge profile.    TDC: “Taking down a mob boss, working with the most troublesome gang in Canada… although that one doesn't say much… and assassinating the richest person in the world next to Abdul Amir.”   Andrea: “How long am I going to be in for?”   TDC: “You won't be behind anything so long as you help us with one of our causes.”   Andrea: “Prison riots?”   Andrea: “No. I'm talking about a bigger cause. The IAA down in the states has noticed an alarming rise in fascism worldwide, including right here in Canada. They need someone to… do away with Canadian fascists so that America's neighbor to the north doesn't become a haven for Russia and China. If you don't agree, you'll be given the full prison experience complete with terrorism charges and potentially the death penalty… because it's only okay when the government kills people. Are you in?”   Andrea: “I can only agree to do the job. I'm in.”   Andrea is told of Tu Chung, a man who's running for Prime Minister, who's also suspected of working for the Chinese government in spreading pro-Beijing rhetoric. Andrea is instructed to visit Tu's home, steal their phone, then bring it to a nearby van.   That night, Andrea drives to Chung’s home in White. She sneaks into the home, then remains as quiet as possible as she searches for the phone. Once she finds it, she sneaks back out, then takes the phone to the parked van a block away.   After a few minutes, an agent in the van determines there's enough evidence Tu is working for the Chinese. He instructs Andrea to kill him. After doing the job, she gets a call from the Torrentin Detention Contact, congratulating her for completing the mission and bringing the IAA one step closer to being able to solely deal with the “Nazis in the White House… and Congress… which includes not only Republicans, but Democratic party leaders and strategists who think sitting back and letting the Nazis trample everyone is the way to go. Godspeed progressive Democrats. 46	5:15 Train	The Torrentin Detention Center contact tasks Andrea with eliminating Samuel Kirst, a Torrentin mayoral candidate who's in Tu Chung's contact list and has been suspected of helping China interfere in municipal elections. Samuel will be boarding a train, on his way to a rally, at 5:15 PM.   Andrea goes to the Bleached Mall in Huron to wait for the 5:15 train. On her way, the Torrentin Detention contact sends her an image of Samuel's face. Once at the station, Andrea looks for a man who resembles the one in the photo. Once she finds one, then shoots him. If he gets on the train, Andrea must follow the train, then shoot him before he gets to the debate.   A moment later, Andrea gets a call from the Torrentin Detention Contact, who congratulates her for completing the mission and expressing hope that he will soon no longer have to write prayers to Jesus in every email he sends to his American employees.	$15,000   Unlocks "10 out of 10” (Andrea)   Unlocks “Regulated” (Andrea and Iann)   Unlocks Torrentin Detention Contact side missions. 47	10 out of 10	The Torrentin Detention Center contact informs Andrea of a growing white supremacist and anti-semitic organization called the Grundgesetz Reform Party of Canada. The group has been posting racial propaganda on social media and it's leader, who had his name legally changed to Jock Hertz, has run for Mayor of Torrentin four times… and got twice as many votes in 2024 than he did in 2022. He's been jailed three times for willful promotion of hatred, and is being funded by far-right groups who have been involved in hate-fuelled terrorism and have drawn plans to overthrow governments in favor of anti-Democratic regimes. All 10 members of the party must be assassinated.   Andrea is given the locations of the members: A Benson in Leander, a Cavalcade in Shelburne, in the backyard of a one-storey white home in Sigaog, three in a 24/7 in White, two playing shoot the bottle in a forest in Wixan, one in an apartment on the 20th floor of a complex in Torrentin, and Jock Hertz himself lives in a trailer home in East Millbury. She is told to use whatever means necessary to make each death look like an accident, and is recommended the Molotovs for the members on foot.    Andrea goes and kills each of them. She had to wait for Hertz to arrive at his trailer, but she got to kill him too.   She is congratulated for bringing the IAA one step closer to no longer having to draw angelic pictures of their fascist president. Then she's told she can give one request for anything she wants or needs. She asks for physical and mental protection for her and her friends. The contact tells her prolonged requests require extended employment. Andrea agrees to do more jobs in exchange for the fulfillment of her request.	$20,000 (Andrea)
48	Regulated	Andrea is informed of an invitation to RealReactionzLS's stream. She declines on account of him not calling out his racist friends. He then asks her if she'd like to move cocaine, to which she says no.   SteroidMachine gives out the next invite, only for Andrea to turn it down due to his recklessness in front of/around kids. He then asks her if she'd like to move cocaine, to which she says no.   She then gets an invite by Playground Critical, which she accepts. Playground Critical agrees to fly to Torrentin for the stream. Once he arrives, he tells Andrea he's staying at the Islandview Hotel, then gives her the number of his hotel room.   During the stream, the two play Righteous Slaughter 7 and dance along to “tv off” by Kendrick Lamar.   Reggy calls Andrea, asking her to wipe all anti-Fokai posts off her social media or there will be problems. Andrea tells him she has high protection that can wipe him out. He laughs, announces he's kidnapped Iann, then threatens to kill him if the anti-Fokai posts aren't removed. Andrea tells herself she might as well get rid of them… the Tack Path Regulators, now that she has good money and a good reason.   Andrea buys a face mask, then drives to Fokai's mansion. There, she shoots out one of the windows, then climbs in. She kills a gang member in the kitchen and living room, along with the security guards, then checks each room for Iann. After checking every room to no avail, Andrea checks the basement. There she gets into a shootout with the remaining guards and the third gang member. She kills them all, then unties Iann. She asks him if he knows where Reggy is. Iann tells her he left in case she'd arrive and somehow win a gunfight against the so-called most dangerous gang in Torrentin.   A man proclaiming to be a backup for the main gang runs into the basement. Andrea takes cover, then shoots them all as they run down the stairs.   After killing the backup gang members, Andrea takes Iann into Fokai's garage, where a Progen T21 (based on the McLaren 675 Longtail) and a Pegassi Vacca (based on the 2008 - 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo and McLaren MP4-120) are stored. They each take a car using Immobilizer Bypasses, apply Tracker Jammers, then speed out of the garage. Momentarily, they lose the cops.   Iann insists on taking the cars to Rick's lockup. After they drop the cars off, they steal a police car, then search for Reggy's whereabouts. They are given his address, a basement apartment in Taronto, Torrentin. Once there, they find no one's around. They camp out in his apartment. Andrea smashes some lamps and spills random things all over the furniture while Iann smashes dishes and breaks chairs. Once Reggy arrives, Andrea threatens him and asks for all the info on the gang. Reggy explains the gang has been incinerated, aside from himself. 49	Collecting The Evidence… Against The Gang	Andrea gets a call from Yusuf Amir, who asks her about the attack on his Waterfront Tower construction site in Torrentin. Andrea explains, but Yusuf demands proof. He tells Andrea to go into the mansion and take security footage.   Andrea gets her police uniform on, then heads on over to Fokai's mansion. There, she finds out the police presence is bigger than she thought it would be, with two helicopters as opposed to one and an MCPF van. She walks by the barriers, then into the home. She needs to look for a computer containing security footage from March 24th, the day she was told by Reggy to vandalize the Waterfront Tower construction site. But she needs to do so before police realize she's unaccounted for and is faking being an officer.   She finds the computer in Fokai's bedroom. On it, she locates the footage from March 24th, uses a USB to store the footage, then gets out of the mansion.   Back home, she sends the footage to Yusuf. A moment later, Yusuf calls her to thank her for clearing up the mess, and that if she wants to, she can help him steal from billionaires, promising each job would pay six figures.	$25,000 (Andrea)   Unlocks “The Death of the Tappari's” (Andrea)   Unlocks heists for Yusuf Amir.
50	The Death of the Tapparis	Arsenio Tappari calls Andrea and Iann to tell her there's going to be repercussions for the murder of Francesco. That they're both going to be whacked.   After the phone call ends, Andrea and Iann see a black Cavalcade pull up in front of the house. Four men with Pistols exit the car. Andrea runs into her bedroom, grabs an SMG, then tosses it to Iann, who lets out a sigh. Andrea opens the front door, then starts firing at the men. Iann helps. After the four men are killed, another two trucks arrive with more men. After they're taken out, Andrea takes Iann to Arseino's mansion in Tack Path. On the way, Andrea calls the Torrentin Detention Contact. She's left on voicemail, so she explains she's in self-defense mode and wants to confront Arseino Tappari.   At Tappari's mansion, a gunfight ensues with the guards. Andrea and Iann bust into the mansion, then kill all the guards that get in their way. Iann starts leaving explosives in each of the rooms when Tappari takes off in a helicopter. Andrea speeds outside, then chases after the chopper. Iann stays back to plant the explosives. When he's done, he speeds out of the mansion, then detonates the bombs. Every room is incinerated. Andrea follows the helicopter to Shelburne, taking out mobsters pursuing her in cars. She gets a call from Tappari, who chastises her. She tells him she wants to confront him in person, to which he laughs.   Another moment of chasing later, the Torrentin Detention Center contact calls Andrea to tell her he's called the members of the Tappari family and reached a deal in which the Tappari family is paid to help the agencies fight organized crime so long as they leave her and her friends alone… but Tappari is melting down and defecting, claiming the government is lying and will throw the family in prison. Considering Tappari’s serious ties to Calabria, he either works with the agencies or is taken out. He isn't responding to any calls, so he must be taken out. Iann has been ordered to provide at least some assistance.   Andrea: Hey, monsters will always be monsters.   TDC: Barr personal changes.   Andrea: No. You can't change.   TDC: When I was at a lower security clearance, I organized a …   Andrea: Oh my… god. I shouldn't have… f*ck. You're right, then. People can change. I need to tell Iann.   Andrea calls Iann:   Andrea: Iann?   Iann: I'm on my way. I'm in Sigaog right now.   Andrea: Iann, I just learned something important and now I feel like sh*t. Monsters can change. They can become good people. That man I killed? I shouldn't have killed him. I should stick to killing the people who don't want to change.   Iann: Thank god! Yes! Uh, anyway, I should be close to you.   Andrea: We both need to realize we're not normal. We're criminals. Most people just want monsters to leave. They're not up for killing them or anyone. Maybe they would if they had no other choice, like if their life was being threatened, but other than that… yeah.   Iann: And please make sure you only kill people when you have evidence of them being monsters.   Andrea: I will.   Andrea and Iann are chasing, and shooting, Tappari's helicopter in Wixan when it lands behind some buildings. TDC calls to inform them both that Tappari has ditched the chopper and was last spotted on a Square X convenience store security camera.    Once they arrive, they are told Tappari was also caught by the nearby BTO bank security camera. There, they are given the heads up that Tappari stole a blue Roccoto, with IMBLU22 as the license plate, from the parking space beside Seeya Photography. Once they find it, they chase after it and shoot at Arseino. Iann eventually kills him. Andrea is instructed to take a photo of the body for evidence. As she sends the photo to TDC, Iann tells her he's realized something about self defense. “At first, I thought using weapons was nonsense, but maybe I'll be needing them for self-defense. A somewhat good guy with a gun.”   Andrea: “Always be level with your enemy. Self defense is important.”   Andrea and Iann walk to the nearest car.	$500,000 (Andrea)   $500,000 (Iann)   Unlocks all heavy weapons/explosives at all gun shops.	The next time each protagonist plays the lottery, they will each win $50,000,000.

Place a threatening note in DavidDoessh*t's backpack, then flee. Detonate the bombs.   Andrea finds out DavidDoessh*t is doing a pop up meet-and-greet. At the time of the pop up, Andrea parachutes off the CC Tower, which wows the Electrictitwad and his fans. Andrea asks David to be on his reality show, to which he says yes. They exchange contact information.   Andrea infiltrates Fort Simcoe, successfully stealing 9 bombs.   Andrea gets a text inviting her to the filming site of David's show. There, she signs an NDA, then is shown around the site. Afterwards, David takes a bathroom break, during which Andrea plants the bombs and letter. She flees, then detonates the bombs. Each building goes up in fire and smoke. DavidDoessh*t comes out of the bathroom, shocked. He looks in his backpack, where he finds the note. In order to deploy the bots, Andrea must go to the bot farm located underneath the prison and set up a different social media site on each computer. ElectricTit, Y, Snapmatic, and ShortSnap are the options. Andrea is warned not to give in to any offensive comments, as well as dog whistle comments she may not be aware are dog whistles.   “Also watch out for dog whistles. Lies fascists say to secretly push their hateful agenda. Ignore all comments about racial or gender or LGBT pandering. Ignore all comments claiming we shouldn't complain about the results of elections. If you see any comment trashing the work of a woman or person of colour or any other minority, don't trust it if it's not detailed and factual. 90% of the time nowadays, these are dog whistles. They want you to be less inclusive. Bottom line is, if a critical comment is void of detail and facts, don't trust it.”	$50,000
2	Russian Sponsorship	The Torrentin Detention Contact informs Andrea that Dansmash, the Torrentin influencer, is part of a Russian government operation to get Russia-backed influencers popular and spread Pro-Russia rhetoric in the States and Canada. Taxi driving - Drive passengers to their destinations within any region. This can be done in a Taxi or an Unter. Completing 50 fares will earn you a $50,000 bonus.

 

Firefighter - Extinguish house and vehicle fires within any region. Extinguishing 50 fires will earn you a fireproof suit, but will not make either protagonist fireproof.

 

Vigilante - Eliminate car thieves, bank robbers, home robbers, and street thieves within any region. Eliminating 50 criminals will earn you a bulletproof vest, but will not make either protagonist bulletproof.

 

Volunteer Security Guard - Stop obsessive fans from attempting to get into sporting events or concerts without tickets. Stopping 25 stans will earn the player a $25,000 bonus.

 

Unter Eating - Deliver food to hungry customers who are ordering takeout within the region you're in. Delivering 25 pizzas will give the player a $25,000 bonus. The same reward is given for delivering 25 Jodidamente Sabroso Mexican Food, 25 Chinese food orders, 25 Burger Shot orders, 25 BITE orders, and 25 Cluckin’ Bell orders.

 

Flight School - Learn to fly a plane at any Flight School in the GTA. You can find a Flight School landing strip north of Powell, Torrentin, and at the northern end of Nonquon.

 

Bus Driver - Drive passengers to bus stops around the GTA. Completing 50 stops will reward the player with free bus rides and a $50,000 bonus.

 

Train Conductor - Drive the GS train around the GTA. Completing 25 stops will reward the player with a $25,000 bonus.

 

UFO Photography - After completing Eddy Morin's Strangers and Freaks mission, the player's task is to photograph 25 black orb UFOs. Each one will spawn randomly within the rural areas of the map, including small towns, during the 6:00 PM hour. This mission is available for both protagonists to do individually, so each protagonist must take 25 photos of the UFO, adding up to 50 total photos. Completing this mission each of the two times will give the player a $50,000 bonus.

 

Vehicle Import/Export (Iann) - After completing “Red Rocoto” for Rick, Iann must steal 20 cars… muscle and sports specifically, for Rick. Each delivery will give Iann $10,000 - $15,000. Delivering all 20 cars will unlock the classic Yellow Gold paint job, for all vehicles, at body shops.

 

Tech Import/Export (Iann) - After completing “Red Rocoto” for Rick, Iann must steal 20 tech items… iFruit phones, iFruit tablets, and iFruit laptops specifically, for Rick. Each delivery will give Iann $1000 - $3000. Delivering all 20 tech items will unlock the Chrome and Yellow Gold phone cases, for all smartphones, on Sahara.com.

 

Food Import/Export (Iann) - After completing “Red Rocoto” for Rick, Iann must steal 50 food items… any item from any grocery or convenience store, for Rick. Each delivery will give Iann $1000 - $2000. After delivering all 50 food items, the player will be given a $50,000 bonus.

 

Far-Right Assassinations - After completing “Russian Sponsorship” for Torrentin Detention, the Torrentin Detention Contact will give both Andrea and Iann assassination missions. Iann will scout locations for targets, then Andrea will take them out. There are 10 missions. Each one rewards each protagonist with $10,000.

 

Revenge (Car Scratching) (Andrea) - After completing “Meet The Servicos” for Brianna, Andrea is tasked with multiple side missions, one of them being keying/scratching the cars of exes Brianna and her friends have had. There are 25 cars to key/scratch. Andrea will be rewarded $1000 per car she scratches up. Scratching all 25 cars will reward Andrea with a $25,000 bonus.

 

Revenge (Car Beating) (Andrea) - After completing “Meet The Servicos” for Brianna, Andrea is tasked with multiple side missions, one of them being smashing up the cars owned by the exes of Brianna's cousins and their friends. There are 40 cars to smash up. Andrea will be rewarded $1000 per car she smashes up. Smashing all 40 cars will reward her with a $40,000 bonus.

 

Revenge (Car Explosion) (Andrea) - After completing “Meet The Servicos” for Brianna, Andrea is tasked with multiple side missions, one of them being blowing up the cars owned by the exes of Brianna's psychologists and their friends. There are 40 cars to blow up. Andrea will be rewarded $1000 per car she blows up. Blowing up all 40 cars will reward her with a $40,000 bonus.

 

Scenic Shots - Andrea must take 10 sunset photos, 10 sunrise photos, 10 stormy weather photos, 10 Torrentin skyline photos, and 10 Miswesauga skyline photos. Taking all 50 photos will give Andrea a $50,000 bonus and 10,000 more followers on each social media platform.

 

Dildo Collector (Iann) - After completing “Drive Alison For Her” for Alison, Iann must find 100 dildos for Alison. After collecting all 100 dildos, Iann will receive a $100,000 bonus and the golden dildo will be available for purchase on Sahara.com.

 

Tram Driver - Drive the TBT tram around Torrentin. Completing 25 stops will reward the player with a $25,000 bonus.

 

Water Taxi Driving - Sail the Water Taxi to and from the Torrentin Islands. Completing 40 stops will reward the player with a $40,000 bonus.

Eddy Morin: A 45-year-old man in Wixan who instructs the player to take one picture of a black orb-shaped UFO that appears above his farm every Saturday from 6:00-6:05 PM. Reward: $1000 and the UFO photography side mission is unlocked.

 

Darryl Brown: 26-year-old Torrentin man who only wears boxer shorts so as to show off his upper-body muscles. He claims muscles and rejecting women first are the only thing keeping him masculine, then instructs the player to compliment his muscles. After that, he asks for a ride to the nearest gym to keep his big dick energy flowing through his veins. Reward: $20

 

Duncan Park: A 56-year-old man who stands at the door of a Cumberland Burger Shot during the hours at which the restaurant is closed, and complains about the restaurant being closed. “Why are you closed?? Let the people eat!” He instructs the player to break into the restaurant and make a hamburger, then drive him home. Reward: $100

 

Republican Space Ranger Bible Reader: A man in Washington Square who reads from the Holy Bible while wearing a Republican Space Rangers costume. He instructs the player to take him to his next destination, then listen to him speak. Reward: $25

 

Wendy Tremblay: A 30-year-old woman in Brightlook Park who's taking pictures while calling out for a furry creature. The player is instructed to follow her as she explains a creature she calls the Brightlook Monster… 10-foot-tall red furry beast who is said to shoo away those who find it. After a couple moments of walking, a red furry beast pops out of a bush. Wendy stomps on its head, promising it'll be taken to a zoo. However, it grabs its own head, then pulls it off… revealing Rapper, Kardinal Offishall, who explains he just wanted to do something funny. Reward: $20
