Why Won't the GTAV.EXE File open

It Keeps Gaslighting me into thinking that its going to open

with loading circle on the cursor thing, i tried to change the

settings BC the scaling was terrible buildings kept

disappearing and appearing it looked so f*cking trash and i

changed the settings to make it look better, and now the Game won't even open

I also tried to change the settings in the setting.xml file but still no results 

 

Should i just uninstall the game cause I've had enough of this game's bullsh*t

(and yes if your wondering my copy is pirated but it was running perfectly fine before that's why i was running the exe file and not from the steam app)
