Game crashes when turning on TV with zolika trainer outside safehouse

Hello, I have currently made my own TV channel from the "movies" folder with some tv shows, which works. However when i try to use the Zolika trainer to have the TV turned on when im not sitting (similar to GTA V) and selecting the "weazel" channel i modded, the game crashes whenever I Leave the safehouse at a distance. This also happens when i am outside of the safehouse at a far distance and use the trainer to turn on the TV with My modded channel selected. This does not happen when i select CNT (because its unmodded), is there a fix?
