GTA IV Playboy X's Penthouse bug

I have a very frustrating problem with my GTA IV, cuz i wanted to walkthrough this game, but i don't want to play with this bug anymore. 

So if i rather want to choose Playboy in the The Holland Play mission and not the Dwayne to kill him, after when the Dwayne is call me the game doesn't give me the Playboy X's apartment and Dwayne doesn't write me an email.

Yes i want to choose Playboy definitely to get his beautiful house.

-I have the CD version and i patched to the latest version 1.0.8.0 (non Steam)

 

-I Reinstalled the game

 

-Niko's phone is not in sleep mode (Dwayne can call me everytime)

 

-I don't use mods anymore

 

-I don't use any cheat and bug

 

-i definitely don't want to restart the game, cuz i'm in the 87% percent of the game

Guys it probably seems i discover a new bug!

 

So i solved the problem and the problem is:

 

you can't do the "Holland play" mission after "That Special someone mission", because the game become so buggy after this mission.

 

At least i don't recommended to play the "Holland play" after this mission.
