Silent Patch mouse issue Aiming all over the place (Mouse incompatibility) & Cops doesn t react to any crime

Hello Great ones!

 

I´ve been trying to use the silent patch in order to fix minor issues in the game using the guide from TJGM youtube channel and to have a smooth experienced with the game but every time I intall the silent patch my mouse behave a little funny, when I aim to the right it goes up and when aim to the left it goes down besides that the silent patch works perfectly fine during the test I was doing, Is there any solution in order to fix the mouse behavior into normal again keeping the silent patch intact ?

 

Also, Is there any clues about why the cops ignores every crime I commit with CJ, Its like the cops behave as civilians no wanted level appears, I have 2 mods which improved the cops abilities 1 - Bullet Proof cops for more resistance and 2 - faster cops which allow them to climb walls and run faster, both mods created by Artem.

 

Besides that I have two additional mods that alters the peds in the game, 1 - Combat improvement v4.5 & 2 - Ped Skills, maybe the problem might come from one of this, I tried to take out all mods and in  regards of that game file nothing change (no wanted lv appears even if I enter area 69 or security bay area in San Fierro), I tried to start a new game and in the new file the cops work perfectly fine so it seems to be that it is a script problem when I save teh game previously in the game file that Im using with the mod, Is there any instruction to fine a solution for both of this problems:

 

-Silent Patch mouse incompatibility.

-Cops doesn't respond to any crime I commit with CJ.

 

The version of GTA San Andreas I'm using is V1.0 for Windows 10 PC
