Good nights, day, evening, morning and all

I think ive have made a topic not some a long time ago about some Gta San andreas animations

So im back, with a small wish and its help from zero, i would't say totally a begginer, The thing is its that i want to create mods for Gta San andreas, What type? Im not totaly sure, For Modloader, Cleo scripts, if im honest i  don't know how they difference or how they work, My wish is that cuz since i discover mods my whole life i have been enjoying modding Gta and playing it, So it would mean a lot to me to create own mods, About my experience: i would say im not too good yet i do know how to read, from simple put modloader mods, and for me the only complex thing xd; modificate ifp animations of the game, using Gta Animation manager etc, also clothes retexturation and those basic stuffs, so i would say im very new but i do can understand fast, Im aware create mods, scripts or however they can come to be usually uses as bases codes and programation, shamely i have no studies in that area, yet like i said i learn fast, if someone is willing to help me ill happily read any comment!, maybe guides, small tips, or even what kind of small projects i can do for start, for add: Sadly my pc isn't too good, it runs old decent games, and the Gta Sa with some at least 20-21 mods it runs at some nice 50 fps, so that to be in count too, Thank you so much
