Played three missions now and I hate flying missions (not flying itself) and diving (missions or not) so it has been a rough ride. I like the idea and generally more ambitious vibe in these missions but soloing these is pretty tiresome. still pretty cool to get this much stuff as the drip feed update.

I just completed the finale.

 

It is a pain in the rear to do it solo. My lord...

 

This is a "one and done" for me. I got the 500k, plus the 250k for first time completion and 100k for the Weekly Challenge.

I've done it a few times now and there are a couple of ways to make it more palatable solo. 

 

You can be the gunner in the same plane as Oscar, you have a 360 view and he follows the target well or you can fly the second Mogul to Zancudo and steal a Lazer.

 

Flying the second Mogul yourself is by far the most annoying option solo.

Is there something specific you have to do to get the Lazer to spawn? I was able to spawn it once, but doing the finale yesterday and the day before on PC and PS5 I wasn't able to get the jet to spawn at any of the spots where they normally are

If there is a specific method I'm unaware of it.

 

Both times I've gone for a Lazer I've got one. The first time one spawned in immediately and I parachuted down, the second time there wasn't one so I flew out of range, doubled back and one spawned.

For the first one, that is what I did because I thought it was kind of cool that they made Oscar the pilot. 

 

However, having my index finger mashed on the R1 (PS5) was tiring lmao. Also, his flying when you're past the river canyon, gets all erky-jerky and ot makes aiming a bit difficult.

 

Whoever programmed the torpedoes to spawn in all directions, I hope your free copy of GTA VI is damaged.

So, uhhhh...how do we launch the Guzman missions? I bought the hangar, but haven't been prompted to do Up and Running, and calling Oscar is locked behind that.

Tried that, there were ZERO aircraft at Fort Zancudo. Waste of time. I normally destroy the titan just passed the base anyways. So even if it worked, doesn't seem worth it.

Note the laptop in the office won't work if you're using Expanded Radar

in the new duster contact mission.. by accident, as soon as it said "press this key to release cargo", I pressed it and, to my surprise, it counted as a drop, even if I was nowhere near the sellers. Wut?

I think this is a location bug. I found a spot where it allowed me to drop while being nowhere near the location. Also, sometimes the game will make a really loud, obnoxious noise when dropping, which seems to be yet another bug.

PS. I'd post my speedrun guide here on how to easily beat the missions in under 60 mins, but a certain moderators loves suspended my account for a month or two when I do so.

Managed to finally launch the Enhanced edition on my grandpa Hulk Hogan (DX12 was the culprit) and will later post the guide! Rockstar Games should include the guide on the Rockstar Support website.

Does anyone else have issues with the final part of the Oscar Guzman mission, where when you need to destroy targets with the Titan, pressing F to exit firing mode also makes the character exit the plane?

Oh that's why my friend fell out of the plane twice :D. I've always had a different key attached to exit vehicle (J).

Well, today I finished my 30th(of a possible 33) Areas of Career Progress are completed through Tier 4, and i did NOT unlock the Mr. Right Outfit.

Soooo, dropping them a ticket, i guess

I even made them a video showing all 30 of my Tier 4 completions. So we'll see.

i've just gone back to playing gta online to play the new dlc, i did the first setup mission only to have the npc drivers go crazy (hitting me, cutting me off, etc).

who ever at rockstar who thought that was a good idea should have been fired.

the second setup mission was kinda hard (it was on normal settings, maybe it was because i haven't played in a few months).

i crashed the mogul on the first try but when i respawned i found out that you can drive to the targets and blow them up.

The drop off for the Duster was right next to the last weapons drop. That's incredibly convenient.

I want the damn outfit, 2mil wont help me achieve a damn thing *smh*

Didn't someone have a similar issue with an unlocked outfit, but after contacting Support, he got it AND 2 million?

i'm annoyed about how the titan 250d has one heck of a gunnery blind spot (with all the weapons on the left side of the plane and no weapons on the right side).

I imagine theyll be fixing it, ALOT of ppl are having the same issue.

 

They kinda did the same thing with the Bunker, they added 2 more resupply missions, but they don't count towards the 600 needed for the tattoo. Ofc they never fixed this.

Make sure to double check any of the business tabs under career progress. If you have moved any of your businesses, it will reset any career progress you’ve done, so for example, if you change your bunker location, you’ll lose any progress you’ve earned and it will reset. This happened with a friend that moved a biker business so even tho he actually completed it in the past he still had to go redo it so it would count again smh. I’m not saying that is the case with you, but I’d go and check if you have recently moved one of your businesses. If not then it could really be a bug. I’m at 29 of 30 so far so I hope this doesn’t happen to me haha
