Is this obscure GTA 2 port Official?

Hello, A while back I found a video showing an obscure port of GTA 2 for Palm OS based on the equally obscure GBC port, but I was wondering if this port is really official, because besides the fact that Palm OS is not listed as one of the platforms for GTA 2 on the Internet (even the Gameboy Color is mentioned as one of the platforms but Palm OS is not), there is very little information about this port on the Internet, with LITERALLY only one video on Youtube and other little information on the Internet.

One thing I found interesting about this version is that the menu and the Wasted, Busted, etc... screens are in 16-bit unlike the GBC version, but the graphics of the game itself are still from the GBC version.

 

Is this port really official? Tell me what you think about it

Yes, it is. It was licensed by Rockstar. So was GTA1 on GBC.

Excuse me, are you talking about the GBC port of GTA 2 or the Palm OS port of it? I'm talking about the Palm OS port

I happened to find this thread while Googling because I also remember this port. It was indeed official. It was published by the now-defunct Global Star Software, which like Rockstar was a subsidiary of Take 2.
