[GTA SA] Is there a mod that spawn modified vehicles on the street?

I am looking for a mod that spawns modified vehicles on the street, modified vehicles like cars that we modified in Transfender with spoilers, scoops , etc for example, to be able to spawn on streets . Is there any relatable mods?

NPC Tuned cars adds tuned cars to the road

Other than that you have to add your models to the vehicle group or something like that
