GTA SA crashes when interacting with lowrider cars

Hi, I'm sorry if I didn't post this correcly or I broke any rule, I just hope maybe someone better than me at coding/modding could help me.

 

I reached the Cesar Vialpando mission, and every time I reach the garage to pick up the lowrider, my game would crash. After I experimented in-game a little I found that every time I interacted with a lowrider my game would crash (trying to get in in, or trying to mod it with hydraulics).

 

In my attempt to try to see what causes this I installed CrashInfo. It gave me this:

The only thing I can comprehend from this log file is that silentpatch maybe did somthing to the hydraulic option in lowrider cars and the game goes crazy.

 

I have a mostly clean SA install (moslty fixes and paches) v1.0

I already tried to run the gamw without some of these mods, new save file, etc, nothing worked.

It's either vehicle handling, or save.
Do not use trainers and make a save, it'll bug missions
