Windows 11 Skimmer plane bug ?

Hi guys

 

So i have a problem with the Skimmer plane, it doesnt show, i dont unde mods, the game is clear, bought on steam, downloaded from other websites, still not showing up.

I play sa:mp, i spawned on some server this plane, some server have the opportunity to spawn direct in vehicle, some not. So when i get spawned in vehicle, i can fly the Skimmer, yea it shows, BUT only under the MAP. if i fly above the sea, the game crashes.

I tried to start/install game as administrator, downloaded lots on .net framework, directx 9,10,11, i tried absolutly everything possible, even lowering FPS, still not showing up.

I tried to change texture for skimmer, still not showing up.

I installed the game even on my Gf's laptop, same windows 11, still not showing up, on my other laptop, i have windows 10, there is ok, it works.

First, i tought thers a problem in SA:MP server, bad scripting, or something else, but it isnt.

Guys please help me with this problem, im getting depressed because i dont know why i cant see on windows 11 the plane..

 

And yes, tried on single player mode also, searched all spawn locations, but of course, not showing up.

 

 

EDIT: Problem solved, the windows 11 24h2 version caused the problem.

Getting this issue as well, and I'm also on Windows 11 24H2. Happens regardless of if the game is modded or not.
