I've tried to download your savefile but..

we are using https://gtasnp.com for savefile sharing.. you should also checkout this topic for how to request a mission completion..

If you think the "Learning to Fly" mission..i mean Flight School was just a liability and you just want to move on to Las Venturas without this f*cking school you can checkout my SigmaSCM and say goodbye to this mission. And off course you have to start a new game..
