The mod is great, but in my opinion all the sounds of the vehicles from Vice City should be restored, especially when I ride the PCJ-600 motorbike, the original sound from GTA4 sounds weird next to this motorbike.

download this and normally you just drag & drop the files into your VCNG game folder, but make sure you make backup of the folder first just in case
after you've done that press F7 in game and you will have all kinds of options that you will be able to navigate with numpad

Simply use the Rocket Launcher on the Hunter, that's it. You can find a Rocket Launcher in the pool at Hooker Inn in Viceport.

it's not a bug, it's also in GTA IV as well.

the hunter isn't an issue? the mission just crashed randomly at a given point

According to the latest VK post, a certain Entertainment Software Association contacted the team and demanded the removal of copyright-infringing content from the VK page. This entity represents the legal rights of several companies in Russia, including T2's. Revolution Team promised to release a patch anonymously but that's where their journey ultimately ends. The painful takeaway from this is that the idea that T2 can't get to people in Russia is nothing but a myth. This in essence is yet another massive blow to the Rockstar modding community, regardless of what you think about the mod in question.

I guess Take Two really went too far, by the way. From what i've heard, Western companies would get lawsuits if they sued a team from countries like Russia. Hope this is true so it's good to see that Take Two will get some karmas.

The opposite happened here. This sets a precedent that Russians aren't safe either. Sure, ESA didn't file a lawsuit but they would have, hadn't the team complied. And who exactly would be suing these Western companies anyway?

The precedent has already been set.

 

I don't think T2 or their representative would ever win this case in Russia, especially now.  T2's chances to win this will soon be 0%.

However VK would not risk this and simply delete Revteam account. That's why the team decided to go underground and release updates as some anonymous group of enthusiasts.

When did i ever say its me who made it? I simply re-uploaded for an easier download access. not everyone is using discord to download a dat file. Same for telegram. countless mods are reuploaded there too for easier access. If it makes you feel better, yes, all credits to DayL, the creator of the mod. Happy?

No, I'm not happy. It's disrespectful to just upload someone else's work without asking. Firstly, you could have asked me for permission and secondly, you could have at least mentioned that I created the mod. I would like you to please delete the links. My timecyc mod for VC NGE is still unfinished/wip and therefore there will be some updates, which is easier to handle on Discord. If someone doesn't have Discord, feel free to ask me and I'm more than willing to offer an alternative download source.

Maybe it was not uploaded to an official page like Nexus or GTAINSIDE because the mod is not even ready  to be showcased in such a way?

 

You could have given credit in the video at least.
