Hey guys I'm a newbie PC gamer, can I run this?

My specs:

5800x, 3070, 32gb RAM, NVMe SSD, 3440x1440 monitor, Sennheiser headphones, Razer Deathadder Pro, Ducky One2 mini and an Equate Plus mousepad.

Not sure if my mousepad is good enough, can anyone confirm?

Eh, maybe. Should be alright for 1080p30fps if you turn down some settings and settle for 0.8x resolution scaling. :kekw:

You need an RGB Multifunctional Gaming Chair, otherwise it will be capped to 30 FPS 🥸

I wonder if it'll run on a PS4 slim without blowing it up.

It should run fine, system requirements ain't that high, even my bucket-ass PC can handle the Remasters, but I'm gonna purchase for PS4 Slim too.

Man, you should definitely consider upgrading specs for getting good results if you want to run the game @ 1080, 60FPS.

The Specs are so low, that doesn't sound very promising. But it's weird it needs Windows 10.

GTA V's System Requirements for comparison.

Minimum System Requirements:

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz

Memory: 4GB

Video Card: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)

Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible

HDD Space: 65GB

Recommended System Requirements:

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1

Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)

Memory: 8GB

Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB

Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible

HDD Space: 65GB

Im 100% sure i will have my maxed out framerate of 120 FPS permanently @2160p with my rig. 5950x, RTX 3080, 32 GB Ram etc. but yeah it's just weird it NEEDS Windows 10. I guess it's because of the Unreal Engine.

I don't know if anyone mentioned, but i5 2700k doesn't exist. They probably meant i7 2700k.

But still i7 2700k is faster x1.5 than FX 6300, also Ryzen 5 2600 is x2 faster than i5 6600k, and R9 280 is 10% faster than GTX 760, only GTX 970 and RX 570 performance is almost same.

Yeah i thought so too, but GTX 760 only has "Microsoft DirectX 12 API (feature level 11_0) Support" so it's no real DX12. Well i can't even remember what DX my GTX 780's had, had a SLI Rig back then lol. :D

Well i guess it's enough for Windows 10 then, it's been such a long time i installed Win10, i upgraded to Win11 a few days ago.

I really can't remember if i had 10 back then already. :D

Edit: Windows 7 does support DX12, there was a Update that brought that functionality, so there is no real reason to have Win10 as requirement. It's just weird it's needed for such "old games".

Hmm maybe it's just laziness, or because of security reasons because 7 is not supported anymore, who knows.

@Kirsty Wouldn't it be better to have one topic for requirements in one section and in remaining ones link to it? Right now we have three different topics about the very same thing.

Normally yes we’d do that, but all this is kind of unprecedented with 3 games being released at once. It’s going to result in some duplicate topics for a while until people are set talking about each game while playing them. We’ll just play it by ear and see how it goes / merge if necessary.

i5 2500

8gb ram

gtx1650 4gb

A bit weak on the CPU side, might get bottlenecked.

CIRI?

RX550? That GPU is pretty weak. Might have to turn down a couple settings, but 4GB will at least allow for decent textures.

The i5 should be fine.

Adminsaredicks

I have this laptop boi for 3 years.

I5 7300HQ, 1050 4 GB , 8 GB dual channel

I know for sure that it will run, my boi never let me down :D .

Even with RDR2 I managed stable 30 FPS at any situation and really decent look. I use same settings like in this video.
