most powerful criminal orginization in Liberty..is it the Russians or the Commission?

really think the debate is between either the Russians or the Comission? Although I don't know if you can really say the Russians are as "unifed" as the Commission is. The Petrovics are the strongest Russians do they match or exceed the Gambetti's?

By 2008 the Russians and Italians are sort of tied when it comes to power, it all depends on the individual family. Gambettis are comparable to the Petrovics. But by 2009 the Triads make use of the power vacuum left behind by IV's protagonists and become the strongest before falling a bit by the end of CTW's narrative.

be interested to see the Russians in VI. they have real life presence in Miami i believe

The Russians are relatively new, meanwhile Gravelli is friend of senators and government agents (i.e ULP contact) so it's the commission who's more powerful in this case, the Gambettis to be more specific

the commission is 5 gangs. whereas the Russians are just one gang. so i think it's obvious that the commission are more powerful. they also have connection with the government like ulp guy. even if you combine Faustin's gang with Petrovics. i still doubt that they are more powerful than the commission.
