Cluckin' Bell in Alderney

Grand Theft Auto IV - Alderney Cluckin' Bell

This interior mod implements a Cluckin' Bell into Berchem, Alderney as a functional restaurant where you can replenish health or cause chaos.

 

Along with this there is NPC activity, optional navmesh and a radio playing The Vibe 98.8

 

 

 

INSTALL:

GTA IV Base Game: Put files from 'common' & 'pc' into the equivalent folders with Open IV.


GTA IV Complete Edition: Put files from common, pc, TBoGT & TLAD into the equivalent folders with Open IV.

 

Fusion Overloader: Drop update folder into main IV directory.


If you want just the interior, with no restaurant activity, just install the nj_03.img content.

 

A new save is not needed

I'm featuring the removed roadworks for main screenshots although it is actually the alternative option.

There was an alternate Cluckin' Bell exterior here that didn't match the other locations at all. I feel the roadworks placed outside were possibly in part due to this inconsistency, though I have left that stuff in as it doesn't interfere with accessibility - But I have also included an option to remove it. I wanted the Cluckin' Bells to be consistent, and to have a functional restaurant here. On top of this, Alderney lacks interiors compared to the other islands, so I feel this is a welcome addition.

Hello! If you have a look in the main/non-overloader folder, I put compatibility files for Northwood in those directories. You can take those files and put them into the same places within the update folder. If you're not sure what I mean, I will update the download with an Overloader version of both.

Ha! Thanks for your compliment, I appreciate you. At some point I am going to finish up the Hove Beach Cluckin' Bell and give it an individual release, and then with the Cerveza Heights Burgershot, release it as part of an overall restored interiors mod, which would also include the Lower Easton Internet Cafe and these new Cluckin Bells. (The reason to not release some individually is because of so many file overlaps). I am not sure at this time when these projects will be finished though.

Hi. If you have a look inside the main/non overloader folders, I placed a merged game.dat16 file for both in there.

Yes 100% (The vendor for Northwood already existed in that script too).

Yes 100% (The vendor for Northwood already existed in that script too). 

I also wanted to ask about the foodserver.sco that comes with Drusillas. Is that compatible with the 2 CLucking bells or not?

Currently the drusillas file is only compatible with Northwood. When I have time I'll see if I can merge its changes with Alderneys foodserver.sco

Is it possible to  make game.dat16 compatibility with NORTHwood ( not this mod) and your other mods like libeerty alive? I guess it's the ambient emitter list_01 thats not playing well, although im not sure.

Hi Chunk does TBOGT crashes for you after installing the liberty alive mod?
