You're a year too early and the date is also wrong according to various sources on the Internet. Release was on October 24th, 2005. So the 20th anniversary would be on October 24th, 2025.

i think today is birthday gta lcs 20 years old this is my GOAT GTA game the only game i finished more than 30 times in all platforms ps2 , psp , ios and android 

here is this why this game imo is the GOAT  (i know GTA SA , GTA V , GTA VC , GTA IV are GOAT games ) but for me LCS

unique radio : radio del mundo is the only radio in all GTA universe have arabic  , indian ,pakistani musics and no other radios have it in any GTA universe

the first and last game ( i hope they bring back in GTA VI ) have ability to travel by yacht with your vehicle from portland to staduim island 

a lot of unique vehicles never back in any gta like phobos V8 , hellebanch GT , V8 Ghost , forelli exsess, deimos SP,sindacco argento,avenger (the bike not the plane in GTA online),ballot van , bickle 76 (the fastest taxi)

unique jobs you can do it only in the game :trashman , cardealer , bike dealer 

the most easiest game ever imo you can complete it in 1 day only to two days if you want 100% completion 

some unique missions are fun like you need to take out forellies with rc bandit
