Is This One Of The Changes Rockstar Made After 9/11?

I've been thinking about this for a while now, but I'm just sharing it now.

 

so you probably know that one of the 9/11 planes crashed in Shanksville in Pennsylvania, right? and you also probably know that the Cedar Grove neighborhood in the Beta version was called Swanksville, right? (If you look at the .GXT files with a text editor and look for the text label "SWANKS" you will see that this is the text label for the Cedar Grove zone) and both the names Swanksville and Shanksville are almost the same word with just one letter change, so did Rockstar change the name of Swanksville to Cedar Grove to avoid associations between the two names?

It's definitely an interesting theory, however I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't be the easiest to come in and get people to re-record lines last second (and all 9/11 changes were last second) to change "Swanksville" to Cedar Grove.

 

My evidence again this.... Chatterbox FM has "Jane from Cedar Grove" call in. Rockstar wouldn't bother having Lazlow come back to record one line, when it would have been easier to edit the audio to remove the location reference. Also, Lips 106 and Head Radio both contain audio markers that clearly show where the audio was taken out (most likely the removed commercials), Chatterbox has none. Meaning "Jane from Cedar Grove" had existed since Chatterbox was originally recorded, likely weeks or months before 9/11.

They prob meant “swank” in the sense that the houses there are swanky
