I mean you should probably buy Switch 2 mainly for Nintendo exclusives.

 

Steam Deck that can play RDR2 just fine is 3 years old, there's also ROG Ally, Legion GO and others.

 

It's still powerful enough for new games.

Steam Deck Verified is confirmation a game will run and play on the SteamDeck, it aint confirmation it'll run well.

Because what people consider to be "well" is highly subjective from a 3 year old handheld hardware.

 

It probably runs at least at stable 30 fps if they give it marketing.

 

The game did not release for PS4, and Steam Deck has a similar GPU power to that of a PS4, that alone is impressive it can run on the Deck.

No. A Steam Deck Verified game can run at an unstable frame rate with stutters and dips and all sorts of issues. It does not mean it runs at a stable 30fps on low settings.

 

The "Verified" tag unfortunately is not really what it's meant to be at the moment.

It's a vehicle that has tracks, the game is asking you to steal it as part of a mission, there's nothing out of the ordinary about this.

In fact Switch 1 was announced on October 20th 2016, the same day Rockstar announced RDR2. And that was already 3 years after GTA V came out on PS3 and Xbox 360.

Possible, but the characters are using placeholder textures like tattoos from gta v so I doubt they’re story characters. I could be wrong tho. But there’s scenes showing off loads of other characters as well.

We are still playing GTA 5 in 2025, it's like we are still playing Vice City in 2014, GTA 3 in 2013........ unbelievable can't wait to move on.

Exactly, it's not that I won't play GTA7 once it releases in 2040+, of course I will, I just won't wait for it.

Something I learned with this wait for VI period is that the only thing we get with this constant search for information is getting frustrated by it, the company announces the game and goes missing for more than a year, the so called "content creators" becomes more and more clickbaity, making up insane theories which couldn't be more wrong, etc...

 

So when it's time for GTA7 I'll simply wait for its release, play the game and see what it has for myself, a 100% not spoiled by fake bullsh*t experience.

Something got on my head recently that rockstar in the final mission of GTA 6, they use GTA 1 song as tribute for the GTA Series.

Damn, I only jumped in the VI hype train when Rockstar first mentioned it that day... February 4 2022 I think it was, and even I am feeling exhausted by this news drought already.

 

Now imagine someone who is waiting for it for a entire decade already like you.
