Well, the only different thing they've done is announcing the game and going silent for 16 months. It's hard to say if that's a good or bad thing because as I mentioned, they can do 5-6 months or even 4 if they wanted to. Their reputation alone is good enough to pull that off. With that being said, a delay is still possible as well given their track record and the extended silence. I'm not saying it won't arrive this year, just stating that we can't say that Rockstar are following what Sony did because nothing necessarily indicates that for certain.

As far as I know, in February, after the financial call, in which the release in the fall of 2025 was confirmed for the fourth time, the shares also immediately rose by 20+ dollars per 1 share. Now, 2 weeks before the May financial call, the stock has risen by $20+ again, that is, even before the call.

 

Apparently, many shareholders/investors are confident that GTA 6 will not be delayed in the next 2.5 weeks and Strauss Zelnik will confirm the release for the fifth time in the fall of 2025 (and in the best case, we may even get something from Rockstar themselves), and therefore they began to buy more shares.

 

I hope that's the case. I can't wait to see May 15th.

 

not every take two stock change is due to gta 6. But yeah i think a lot of people are taking the risk and predict there is no delay

Of course we cant say that, but it looks more and more likely that they are going down the same route. Most of the time the things we got with previous titles were delay announcements, except for GTA V when they were pumping out a lot of information. 
 

I guess they just thought it didn’t really make sense to show things off from the game that far out.

 

but you could be right and the game could very well be delayed, but like I said, I’d wait till the 15th before making any assumptions

Not really as much as seen on TV, but of course people exaggerated everything like the apocalypse was about to be here  Supermarkets, running on generator power, were absolutely full to the brim.

The 3 most recent times this happened here in my city one was in 2023, another one was last year (2024) when that guy committed suicide in the power plant and the most recent one, curiously enough, last week.

Needless (I think...) to say we get normal power outages in Europe too lmao. Lightning, storms, local issues... something like this is exceedingly rare and unprecedented in this part of Europe.

Back in the day this sort of stuff used to happen way more often here, I almost lost a Xbox One to power outages back in 2020-2021 I think it was, I went to a videogame store and paid for a repair, but I already sold it before I got my PS5, so... all water under the bridge now.

 

Now it happens like once or twice per year, but it comes back quick, usually it lasts 10-30 minutes.

Where I live, the light always goes out and comes back on. At night, it's almost the same, except that sometimes it doesn't come back until dawn, and the heat is unbearable.

My PS4 needed a reballing because of power outages here... But i moved and it's better now, 2 years without any problems thank god.

Been playing some watchdogs 2 cuz I didn’t have anything better to do. I love the map and the overall vibe/atmosphere of the game, but the game feels so convoluted and confusing. As a GTA fan, it falls short on the fun factor, as the hacking gimmick gets old pretty fast. I know I’m not supposed to play it like a gta game because it’s not supposed to be GTA, but maybe trying to be too different worked at odds with it instead of in favor. Oakland and San Francisco feel wasted on this game. Never played watch dogs one or watch dogs legion tho.

Never played the Watch Dogs games. Have you ever played Sleeping Dogs? The combat in that game was really fun
