Online Gangsta's Looking for a competitive crew to play with when Xbox Live GTA V Online goes live? Well, look no further. Online Gangsta's is recruiting and for those who really want to prove themselves as one of the best, your chance is coming. Who do we want? Respectful, competitive, and dedicated players. What do we want from these players? Respect, competitiveness, and dedication. What will we be offering players? Respect, competitiveness, dedication, weekly and monthly tournaments, a structured and committed crew, a website to track active members, weekend events ranging from casual fun game types to competitive game types against other crews from around the internet and online communities / crews, a similar hierarchy to the social clubs (we've added a few ranks that have to do with our site), and much more. Why do we need you? As most of you already know, a community is only as strong as its weakest link and right now we only have two links. If you're willing to put in some work and would like to be apart of something that will turn out to be greatness in the long run, feel free to reply below or hit me up in a PM. Players will have the first three weeks after GTA V Online's release to improve their overall skill in-game and show the crew what they're made of through in-crew skirmishes. Crew hierarchy will then be determined and based on the ability to lead others in-game and on-site, in-game skill, and activity in-game and on-site. Will there be a Playstation Network (PSN) division? If there are players that would like to fly under our banner and represent us on the PSN, then you're more than welcome to join and orchestrate that yourselves. For now we will have an open recruitment going on, but after GTA V Online is released we will be having daily in-game in-crew skirmishes to weed out the weak and promote the strong. All members who join now will always have a home with us and will be members of Online Gangsta's. Those who show exceptional skill and believe they can handle the responsibilities will be promoted.
