By default the special ability bar is not replaced. -Ability to use mines on all vehicles, by default this option is disabled, and same as with nitro, it will only work on vehicles that have the relevant mod applied in the Vehicle mod menu. You can enable this option (vehicle options menu, page 2) All Vehicles have mines, and set the type of proximity mine, and now all vehicles will have mines. This option will be saved when save all settings is used. Might not work perfectly on all vehicles. -Have tried to get more usefull mod slot names in the Vehicle Mod menu from the game, this does not work all the time, in that case I display a default value for the mod slot. Changes from 9.5 -changed they way I display mod text labels in Vehicle Mod Menu and livery menu. -added proper names for the tattoos, also added a few missing tattoos. -added proper names for the T-shirt overlays. -the T-shirt overlays are also working for the three player characters. -ability to change the texture of objects, edit specific objects.   2. This is my attempt at making the game's vehicle handling as realistic as possible while still fit-in with the open-world game environment of GTA5. All road vehicles are modified to have realistic physics. I've beat the game at 100% with this mod installed so it does not break missions. This mod has been 2 years in the making. Main features: -Realistic COG. -Stop-watch timed 0-60mph. -Realistic top speed. -Realistic brake distance. -Realistic suspension upper and lower limit, spring rate and damping. -Realistic tire grip, for both acceleration / breaking and cornering. -Terrain's effect on grip is much more reasonable. Supercars can no longer climb hills like cable-cars. -Got rid of the stupid fLowSpeedTractionLossMult value, cars won't do burn-outs by just slightly touch the pedal. Burn-outs now happen when should. -Tires now act as a part of the suspension system(as they should!) and will absorb some bumps. Choosing wheels with low profile tire(sports, hi-end) or high profile tire(muscle, lowrider, turner, offroad) at Los Santos Customs will have different effect on ride quality. -Anti-lock brakes are now only available on cars with appropriate model year. Slam on the brakes when driving vintage and classic vehicles can cause the wheels to lock-up.     In October 12, 2018, someone by the nickname of "Ttokenblackguy" made a post on Reddit @ /r/GrandTheftAutoV, about a particular issue regarding prop spawns in GTA V. In his IMGUR/Reddit post he details that in Grand Theft Auto V, props that set to Low Priority in Map Definition files don't spawn. https://www.reddit.com/r/GrandTheftAutoV/comments/9nq5e5/project_san_andreas_enhanced/ This sparked in me a great curiosity to understand what could be possibly be happening so that these props did not spawn... (If you do not care about the explanation, feel free to skip to the comparisons and download part.) Thanks to the Python scripting language I was able to identify exactly which props were of Low Priority. (PRI_OPTIONAL_LOW) Thanks to that script it was also possible to process the YMAPs to change the priority of those props so they could spawn. Here is an example of a prop called prop_fountain1 that usually does not spawn at a fancy house in Rockford Hills: It's entry can be seen in bh1_30_strm_1.ymap However, even if you max all the Draw Distance and Density settings, it will not ever spawn. Along with many other props in the game... Thanks to CodeWalker by Dexyfex and my scripts, I was able to analyze and take dozens of screenshots all around Los Santos and Bone County. Amidst the journey, I discovered that certain props that are set to Low Priority do actually spawn. Which made me even more intrigued... One of them was prop_tree_stump_01: Which would spawn at bh1_45_critical_0.ymap. Here, have another comparison gif. Thinkering upon thinkering, I stumbled upon the Model Definition files (YTYPs)... I realized that there was a curious difference between those two props. v_trees.ytyp and v_garden.ytyp The fountain1 prop has a ParticleEffect extension and the stump_01 doesn't have any extensions at all. This also applied to other cases... Extensions, you may ask. What the hell are those? Model extensions define Particle, Audio and other sorts of effects that pertain to props/models that spawn in the game world. It was at this moment that I figured what was going on. Apparently, the RAGE engine has a feature (or a bug). That bug makes it so that props with extensions do not spawn IF they happen to be set to Low Priority in a Map Definition file. With this in mind, I wrote an extra Python script to pull from props YTYPs all models with extensions and make a list. This list made me pinpoint the exact props that wouldn't spawn. This pretty much confirmed what I had in mind... Props set to Low Priority that have extensions are in a certain way ignored by the game code. It could very well have been a feature to save resources on Last-Gen (Xbox 360 and PS3). However, it's more of a bug for Next-Gen (PC and Consoles) since these platforms have plenty of power and headroom for such tiny props. I must also mention that with those props restored, many scenarios were brought to life. Since some of them were dependent on the spawning of those props. I figured the best solution or workaround to this problem was to set all those props in the Map Definition (YMAPs) files from Low Priority to Required Priority. This would guarantee that all of those props would spawn even if the graphical settings were low. I also thought that because most of those props are pretty much details. The performance impact would be minimal. With a tremendous increase in quality and liveliness on the game. To better illustrate what's going on, I made a video with dozens of screenshot comparisons all over LS and Blaine County. (Rockstar Style :D) sigh IPB, I wanted this video to be centered... For now, I will be hosting the mod myself on Google Drive, but as soon as possible I will submit it to GTA5-Mods and the Drive link will become a mere mirror. Spider-Vice - For helping me out with tips, discussing the problem, digging files and sharing screenshots with me. There may be issues. I don't think I have encountered any weird props showing up in weird locations. However, I'd be please to know if there is anything that can be changed. I am aware that Ttokenblackguy is doing pretty much a similar mod than me, however, his mod adds extra props that were not originally placed by Rockstar's Environmental Artists. The props on my end are restored, they are not additions (well, one could say they are). I only processed the original files with a Python script. The folder structure inside the RPF is simple as to make modifications easier for me. Loading MP Maps gets rid of the props. I don't think I will support this. I've spent hours trying to get it to work and got streaming issues all around the map. Blame Rockstar for not making a decent patch system and duped files everywhere. CHANGELOG: v1.1 - Fixed an issue in which loading MP Maps would cause half of the world not to render.

    VisualV is a graphic overhaul modification for Grand Theft Auto V, bringing you a completely redone time cycle, edited timecycle modificators for areas/interiors, improved color correction to add some life to Los Santos and Blaine County as well as a fixed rendering code, so your playing experience will be more smooth and nicer. What was changed in VisualV? - All weathers rewritten from scratch, based on a hundreds of Los Angeles photos and movies. - Draw distance of lights was increased and they are more visible. - Moon movement is corrected (no more moonrise at west!). - Moon size was matched to the real world. - Volumetric fog effect was improved, now it's stunning as it should be. - Clouds colors, intensity and movement were built from scratch. - Shadows under vehicles are in higher quality, so they are no more not blocky. - Chromatic aberration and vignetting were removed from the normal gameplay. - Lens flares are all the same for three lead characters. - Dithering effect from the grass was removed for good, rainy weathers will make it great! - And many, many minor fixes. VisualV has own ReShade and ENB presets, with heat haze effect available only for VisualV. Hereby, I am releasing my first contribution to the Grand Theft Auto/RAGE modding ecosystem, based on the works of @Neodymium (known for, among other things, MetaTool) that have been left lying idle on his GitHub profile for over a year, a tool that does what the current modding hegemony does not even want you to believe is possible. Affix/ArchiveFix fixes your RPF archives. No more dealing with fake no-encryption using OpenIV.asi, no more anything, just clean RPF package files that can be loaded by any game copy. This is a research project Neodymium has worked on a while ago, and apparently actually works, if one finds the actual key data from the game executable code - a few minutes of generating (on a 4th generation Intel Core i5 processor) ~60MB of data, and one can repack headers of RPF archives to be like... nothing ever happened. It seems this same encryption scheme is used for a few other things too, I am currently investigating how to best leverage that. Also, in the near future, I will post an easy tutorial in the style of those recently posted by @The_GTA to help you liberate yourself from the anti-Western modding hegemony by using open source plugins to replicate the behavior of the mods/ folder that OpenIV offers, and maybe even allow re-encrypting sound files! Right now, the tool itself should guide itself, if you run it from a console or from the GUI, it'll tell you what to pass as parameters and how to set up the whole program, in a modern and wacky writing style poking fun at the entirety of the world. Basically, fetch keys from a running copy of GTA5 (or common modifications of GTA5), avoid the 'do not use really' command and just repack archives however you want by passing them as argument to 'fix' or dragging them to the executable! Download (temporary link, I do not know when these will expire...) Go get 'em! Some words of thanks...     This is my extended version of Alexander's Native Trainer, which I will slowly continue to develop until I get bored. It's open source, with a GitHub project. This is a mod that attempts to solve all the problems with them while going a little further and enhancing their spawns, the crime and witness system and lots more. ---FEATURES--- -Most crimes (or all of them if you're using the optional file) will now require people to have to call the police on you. This means stealth is now possible, stop them dialing 9-11 and you can kill without worry. -Stealth in general has been improved. Silencers will reduce the chance of people hearing your gunshots, people won't have super human hearing and sight and stealth melee kills are very under the radar. -Overhauled all enemy AI to be less accurate and skillful. Gunfights will be a lot more enjoyable without being too easy, enemy accuracy scales with the type of NPC. GANG/POLICE/SWAT/ARMY and whether they are in a helicopter, rolling, running or if their target is driving at high speed. -One star means one police patrol. It works that way in real life, they don't go all in at the drop of a phone call. -Female police, lots of new enforcement spawns including the police bike, buffalo, intruder, stanier, army mesas, barracks and crusaders, cargobob, savage and many many more. -Realistic and enhanced cop responses at each level with the progression [POLICE - POLICE - SWAT - FIB - ARMY] -No Army version with FIB at 5 stars [POLICE - POLICE - POLICE - SWAT - FIB] -Increases time at wanted levels. Takes more cop killings to go up a star. (Vanilla threshold version also available) -Reduces the time it takes to lose cops when hiding (Vanilla time version also available) -Stops animals reporting crime (Serious) -Better police weapon loadouts thanks to Yard1 -Police helicopters will now take two minutes (at least) to respawn after being destroyed -Police will no longer know where you are automatically and will only move towards your last seen position. All helicopters and the army will move towards where you are still but are not magicians, you can still hide. -NPCs will take longer to dial 9-11 -Police will prefer to take cover and flank rather than rush at you. SWAT, Army and Gang members will still rush your position. -Hidden evasion timers will now kick in even if the players vehicle is not moving. -Lots of optional files and options including: Police on street, less aggressive npcs, vanilla thresholds and evasion timers and more. -Police now require direct line of sight and will prefer to spawn near your last known position -Tweaks to vehicle speeds of enforcement to balance the above changes ---INSTALLATION--- 1. Navigate to "Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf" Make a backup of this whole file somewhere safe. 2. Using OpenIV, enable Edit Mode navigate to "update.rpf\common\data\ai" and drag and drop combatbehaviour.meta, pedaccuracy.meta, witnessinformation.meta, loadouts.meta, crimes.meta and crimeinformation.meta 3. Using OpenIV, navigate to "update.rpf\common\data\" Drag and drop dispatch.meta, navcapabilities.meta & pedperception.meta 4. Using OpenIV, navigate to "update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\". Drag and drop vehicles.meta 5. Using OpenIV, naviagate to "update.rpf\x64\data\tune" Drag and drop dispatchtuning.ymt, wantedtuning.ymt and generaltasks.ymt 6. See the readmes in some of the optional file folders for information on installing those. ---TROUBLESHOOTING / FAQ--- If you get "Corrupt Game Data" error on startup. Ensure you have OpenIV.asi installed, it will prompt you to install it when you enable edit mode. If you have it and still have the error, restore your backup of update.rpf and try again. If the mod isn't working. Check that everything is installed properly. Modified files will be shown as just "Compressed;" while untouched vanilla files are shown as "Compressed;Encrypted". Vanilla files that are restored from backups will be shown as just "Compressed;" however. If you're crashing, you have done something wrong. Restore your backup of update.rpf and try again. Also sometimes OpenIV can corrupt the archive in my experience. The files are not already present in update.rpf??!!!! Yes this is true, they are in other rpf archives. But guess what, update.rpf overwrites them and having them in this file is needed. Just add the new files. There's no tune folder!!??! You're in the wrong spot. It's a different data folder. Update.rpf\x64\data\tune. Its' there. Will it ruin my saves? Nope Why am I getting a wanted level in some missions for just shooting a weapon? A: I have no f*cking idea, ask Rockstar. For some reason enabling phone calls for crimes does this, so I can't fix it... Have a trainer installed and turn on never wanted temporarily to get around this. Can I go online without being banned? Nope.jpg ---ABOUT THE OPTIONAL FILES--- Overwrite the original files with your choice if it's a replacement/alternative version. See the readme.txt in the folders of files that need explanation Default version, found when you first open the file. It has Army, tweaked times at wanted levels, tweaked evasion times, proper stealth, crime and witness systems etc. No Army Version: Same as standard version but replaces Army with the FIB at 5 stars, Swat is moved to 4 star. Overwrite the main files with this. Vanilla Evasion Times: Same as standard version but with the vanilla hidden evasion times. Vanilla Wanted Thresholds: Same as standard version but wit the vanilla wanted thresholds (times per wanted level by chaos/cop killing etc). Less Aggressive People & Police: This file will allow you to stand near people for 20-35 seconds depending if you're in front of them or behind Police will also have a 25% chance of not being bothered by you and you stand a tiny bit closer to them. Loitering in vehicle will now take 30-35 seconds to get a reaction from police. Police on the streets: Adds police driving around an on foot. You have a higher chance of seeing them in poor and gang occupied neighborhoods. Make sure you increase the vehicle variety beyond max in your INI file. Explosions Must Be Reported: This file will make explosions and destroying vehicles/aircraft having to be reported for you to be wanted. In testing it was found that people don't usually call the police for these crimes, this is why it's optional. Homeless and Tramps won't have phones: This file should remove phones from homeless people and tramps, preventing them from dialing the police on you. It needs testing because I had to do some guessing with this one. ---ABOUT STORY MODE--- Some users have reported issues with police being alerted when you fire in the Civil Border Patrol S&F Mission. I'm not Rockstar, so I can't fix it sadly. You can still complete the mission by chasing them, but you won't be able to get gold. If you use a trainer, you can disable wanted levels temporarily to get around this. ---CONFLICTS--- -Conflicts with Refined Weapons and Gunplay's AI Changes "combatbehaviour.meta". Otherwise works fine, I recommend using mine over his with this mod due to it being balanced around my changes. -Works with PlasticTangerines Tank and Lazer spawning ASIs. If you his dispatch file you will just have regular police spawning up until 5 stars and not have the evasion timer tweaks etc. -Better Police Spawning, Army at 5 stars dispatch file. -Anything that edits the AI skills, loadouts, crime and witness information. -Cops on the beat mod. I have my own popcycle.dat included. Mine has less police. Use his if you want more police on the street and patrols in the country. -Better Gang Loadouts.     This script adds a full scale immunity system for Michael, Franklin and Trevor. Immunity affects special abilities of each of the characters: for example, having 100% immunity you will be able to use your special ability indefinitely. Should you not watch out for character's health and let immunity drop lower than 10%, special abilities will be unavailable. When immunity reaches zero, your character will start falling occasionally. Running, jumping, swimming in the water during sunny weather will raise the immunity. Having soaking wet clothes under the rain, staying in the vehicle for prolonged periods of time, hospital visits will lower your immunity. Mod Description: This mod is an alternative mod like Szabo's Persistance Mod, Allows you to save as many vehicles as you want wherever you want, and keep the last vehicles you entered from disappearing into thin air. Also respawn when you restart the game. Work with any vehicles, including add-on vehicles.     I've released ENBSeries 0.351 for GTA 5 by requests of users. Features implemented: Improved quality of antialising Unlimited deforming of vehicles Editable external post processing shaders Editable bloom and lens effects, including tweaks for game own Disabled fake character light and chromatic aberration Ambient occlusion and indirect lighting Skylighting effect (big range ambient occlusion, same as i did in GTA4) Adjusting of volumetric rays parameters, sky, clouds, lights of different kinds Adjusting of vehicle material properties and lights Compatibility: Frame scaling unsupported. If external shaders do not work and antialiasing (msaa) not visible when mod enabled, most likely you have NaturalVision installed (or something similar). To fix, do the following: Look at the "nextgen" and "first_NG" modifiers in timecycle_mods_1.xml file, replace line: <modifier name="nextgen" numMods="0" userFlags="0" /> by this code: <modifier name="nextgen" numMods="1" userFlags="0"> <lens_dist_coeff>-0.001 0.000</lens_dist_coeff> </modifier> Performance: Ssao_ssil and skylighting effects are the slowest features, so it's better to be careful with tweaking their quality parameters to find your own balance between performance and quality. Other features cost not much (except high quality MSAA, if you are running with high resolution or slow videocard). Here is screenshot with and without skylighting effect (no other effects): PS: Earlier ignored this game, because of no interest from users, most were satisfied with vanilla game graphics. Well, there are other mods of course, but as usual they lack features which ENBSeries have and good if used in conjunction. It's at: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/codewalker-gtav-interactive-3d-map It now allows entities to be placed and moved, also new and modified ymap files can be be saved.
