    Guns: No More Pick-ups?

I was talking to a friend about the guns and customization options in GTA V and he brought up a good point that I dont think has been mentioned. It has been confirmed that we never lose our guns, whether we are killed, or arrested. Presumably this would mean we need to buy ammunition and attachments but only the actual weapons once. So if we never lose our guns does that mean guns are not dropped when you are killed in GTAOnline, therefore you cannot pick up a weapon from another online player? Do Single Player enemies still drop weapons that can be picked up? Or are we restricted to only the weapons we buy and "Find", and no longer able to pick up weapons from enemies. The big reason I ask is because we will be able to customize weapons with different attachments and colors. So does that mean we will be able to steal other players custom weapons after we kill them, much like COD? What do you guys think?
