  3. INTRODUCTION: 6 years ago, when I first started converting cars there were no competent converters and high quality conversions. Now in 2020 there is still only 2-3 converters who can provide vehicles that match the GTA:SA atmosphere, have no bugs and do not cause opcodes in SA-MP/MTA. Majority of the converters active right now are incapable of converting the cars in their original sizes, causing bizarre visual effects where a small compact is taller than a person standing next to it; incapable of applying reflections that also look good without any 3rd party graphics modification and no reflections on parts that are not supposed to reflect; incapable of making cars tunable; incapable of creating damaged parts for cars. The incompetence of other modders has motivated me to learn the art of converting and start supplying the community. INFORMATION: The first version (1.0) of the modpack replaces over 100 vehicles out of 212. The cars to be replaced are chosen based on their resemblance to the original vehicle rather than the name or class. The pack only features Improved Vehicles Features version of the cars If the SA style version of car is preferred, the user must individually download the cars on their own. Please be aware that the SA Style version cars have not received any retrospective updates unlike IVF Style. The pack contains of modifications from different authors: @_F_, @Ndukong, @M4k3, @unopieceo, @Zeneric and @DK22Pac. Full list of which vehicle has been created by which author is enclosed in an excel sheet "List" which also details about: which model is replaced by which car, IDs, plans for future conversions. Note: some vehicles in the current pack are just placeholders and WIPs until the real one is finished. Latest version of Improved Vehicles Features by @DK22Pac for the convenience of the user. Even before I knew mods I was already modding GTA San Andreas, in 2010. In February of 2011 I had internet access, I started to dig deeper into GTA mods, created a blog (MixMods.com.br) and the following month I had 500 views a day. Currently having 1 million monthly. I'm game modder, indie game developer, music producer, designer, and something like that... Lover of technology, sciences, music etc. About mods for GTA San Andreas, I create really anything - but not organic modeling (skins/peds/clothes). I've always liked to modify and create new things since I was a child... so I really like what I do. The Workshop Before, I never bothered to divulge my mods in different countries. Sorry for almost everything post is written in portuguese, but Google Translator does a good job in portuguese-english. There's a translator widget in my blog. And now I always include a readme file also in english. I'm always open for new mod ideas, but try to say just simple and really creative things, remember that I always have big projects to do so I can't stop them to dedicate to something new. Savanna is shown on the map by the Lowrider car icon.(fastman92 limit adjuster needed read fastman92 limit adjuster needed.txt but if you don't use, change RADAR_ICON= 55 in Personal Vehicle.ini File. When you get in Savanna, the icon disappears. It is shown again when you get off. Colors, paintjob and tunings save. If you have just installed the mod and have passed the Cesar Vialpando mission, Savanna will be yours with the default settings. You can change the settings in Personal Vehicle.ini File. If you have not saved the game near your home(yours) you will be there wherever you left Savanna. (If you just installed it, it will be near main houses.) If you have passed the Green Sabre mission, you will lose Savanna. But after your Home Coming mission, it will be yours again. (I added you don't lose Savanna version.) Savanna's plate is CJ101. (In Saint's Marks Bistro mission, CJ introduced himself as CJ101.) TOWE: If Savanna is not defined, it will be impounded. If you die or are arrested and you are close to Savanna, it will be impounded. Savanna will be in the nearest Impounded garage. (Los Santos, San Fierro, Las Venturas) You have to pay $ 500 to get the car back. But if Barbara is your girlfriend, it's free. If you have wanted level,the Take process deactivated. It becomes active you don't have wanted level. If you don't have enough money, you can't get Savanna back. If you steal Savanna from the Impound garage, the cops will chase you. REPAIR: If Savanna is destroyed, you have to have it repaired in the nearest lowrider garage. (Loco Low Co and Doherty Garage) You have to pay a sum of money to get the car repaired. But if you have passed the Wear Flowers in Your Hair mission, it's free. If you have passed the Wear Flowers in Your Hair mission, You will be able to get Savanna repaired in the Doherty garage. In the Loco Low Co garage, you will have Savanna repaired by Wmymech, and in the Doherty garage you will have Savanna repaired by Jethro. If you don't have enough money, you can't get Savanna repaired. If the mechanic dies, fears and is damaged by the player, the Repair process becomes deactivated.   8. "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories PC Edition" is a Total Conversion Modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, attempting to bring you a port that Rockstar never gave you. In this modification we will be converting the map, characters, vehicles and weapons from the ORIGINAL game files and remastering content where applicable as well as porting the games weather system and atmosphere. In this modification will also be a set amount of storyline missions and side missions which will increase with each mainline BETA release, other things will also be available such as a redesigned menu, new neon lights, HUD, radio stations, etc as well as an attempt to look through the history of the game and bring back some BETA designs as a special bonus for you. The last mainline public release is BETA3, code-named "Blue Hesper" and the latest WIP build is E3 2018, so be sure to give that a download and check it out! We hope you enjoy the mod and we will do our best to keep working on it.     BETA Mulholland Safehouse

    A mod of which is a remake of the Mulholland Safehouse in its BETA stage of San Andreas (with my own little touches). A lot is improvised (purely guess work) as most of the house has never been seen. However, a lot of it is based off of the Stahl House's interior (which the house's exterior is based off of).   12. San Andreas 2-Player Mode Enhancements WHAT IS THIS: This is a pack of native PS2 two-player 'missions' that were cut from PC version. Those scripts are re-implemented like they were in vanilla game, but as standalone CLEO scripts. Also there are some scripts that were written to extend native PS2 cooperative experience on PC. MAIN FEATURES: - Second player now has an armor, if the main player has it at mode start. - Second player now has SF fight school melle attacks, instead of default. - Second player now has a white marker and it shows on radar*. - Distance between players is set to it's maximal value. - Ability to toggle 'Deathmatch mode' ingame to make players able to target each other. - Ability to toggle vehicle entering modes - players can sit to the same car or to different cars. - New amazing comfortable camera view when driving separate vehicles! Now it's fully playable**. - A player on the passenger seat doesn't perform a drive-by by default. Now it's a hotkey to toggle drive-by! - Adjusted text box when starting pool game, added a line that asks to press Start on second controller to play 2 player pool. All included modes are fully untouched, except the fact that they are now CLEO scripts. * - There's a known bug ingame, even in PS2 version - second player doesn't have a marker. Actually it appears, but it's tied to first player. There's no ability to create a directional marker by using default opcodes without memory hacking. Unfortunatly I'm not so skilled in this, so I'll be grateful if someone helps me with this. Default square marker is a temporary solution for now. ** - This camera mode is the same as onfoot - topdown with ability to focus on eash player's car by pressing <select> button. Now you finally can do some racing, flying two helicopters, and even planes! HOW TO INSTALL: Copy all contents of this archive to your CLEO directory in GTA San Andreas folder. ATTENTION: there are two additional language files included - English (tplaye.fxt) and 'Wasted'Russian (tplayr.fxt). You should take only one of these fxt files to your CLEO\CLEO_TEXT\ folder. Almost every feature is a different module (script) so if you don't want any of them - just remove it from CLEO folder: 2pl_dm - Toggle 'Deathmatch mode'. Press Dpad Left + Right Stick while player is on-foot. Both gamepads supported, or ] on the keyboard, when at least one player is on-foot. 2pl_drivers - Toggle vehicle entering modes. Press Dpad Right + Right Stick while player is on-foot. Both gamepads supported, or [ on the keyboard, when at least one player is on-foot. 2pl_drvb_ctrl - Enhanced drive-by features. Press Right Stick while on passenger seat to toggle drive-by. Both gamepads supported, or Sub-mission key on the keyboard. 2pl_enh - Distance, marker and armor control. 2pl_help - Help text box. Shows ingame notifications about useful functions. Basically, the same that was described a few lines earlier. 2pl_veh_cam - Improved separate vehicles camera. Enabled by default and no way to disable it ingame. Special version of "2pl_enh" script included with 2-player distance hack by skatefilter5. It disables distance limit between two players. ATTENTION: second player will fall through the ground when further than generic objects draw distance - 300 units by default! If you want to use this optional script with maximal distance hack - place 2pl_enh.cs file from the Distance Hack directory to CLEO folder. DEPENDENCIES: To use this mod you have to install CLEO 4.3 (http://cleo.li) To make the game work with second player controls you have to use Silent's GInput plugin (http://gtaforums.com/topic/562765-ginput) I recommend you to use Widescreen fix by ThirteenAG and Wesser (http://gtaforums.com/topic/547841-gtanfsmpother-widescreen-fixes-pack/) even if you don't use widescreen monitor. Also despite the mod is compatible with keyboard shortcuts and GInput gives an ability to use keyboard+pad, I highly recommend you to use two Xinput-compatible gamepads (Xbox 360 Controllers) Actually you can use these enhancement scripts with every other custom coop modes, but be careful, they were tested only with default coop missions. KNOWN ISSUES: - When driving two separate vehicles - you will hear the engine sound only from the last obtained one. Nothing to do with this - game engine bug. - When entering a vehicle as a passenger - you will see the drive-by animation for a moment.     Tuning Mod

    TMv3 is a sandbox tuning cleo mod where the limit is your creativity. This is my current biggest project, something I started in 2012 and became the world's biggest cleo mod. You can literally add any model in any vehicle! Any game object; any weapon; you can download or create new parts; you can even use parts of one car in another! It's possible to position the part anywhere, being able to rotate, stretch, resize, reverse, mirror and even deform! With all the convenience: undo commands, save / load position, different command modes, quick wheel changes and pre-adapted parts for functions and assistance. There are even CTRL+C / CTRL+V commands. Remember the famous Autosculpt from Need For Speed games? There is something similar (in some ways, even more advanced). The number of parts is unlimited and can be placed anywhere on the vehicle (doors, wheels, propellers etc). You can manage all parts with a hierarchical view similar to modeling programs. There you can hide, delete, rename and apply functions to your parts. You can paint the parts in RGB using a GUI interface (with mouse). And how about choosing the headlight color? You can set model features, install scissor doors (which open upwards), change handling, engine sound and even plate text! Do you want to change the driver's and exhaust smoke position?     What is it? Mod Loader is a plugin for Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City and San Andreas that adds an easy and user-friendly way to install and uninstall modifications into the game, as if the game had official modding support. No changes are ever made to the original game files, everything is injected on the fly, at runtime! The usage is as simple as inserting the mod files into the modloader/ directory. Uninstalling is as easy as that too, delete the mod files and you are done. Hot swapping mods while the game is running? By using Mod Loader you can! Still not sure? Check out this nice video from Ivey. Features: Do not replace any original file, all the mods are installed by injection on the fly. Instant mod swapping, you can refresh mods on the go without closing the game. Game menu for configurations, providing an even easier management of mods. Bug-free audio modding. When installing sound mods with Mod Loader, you'll no longer encounter this bug. Mod Loader will automatically read data lines from readme (.txt) files. If you have several of the same .dat files, Mod Loader will merge them together for you. Allows you to link mods to profiles, which is very useful for installing total conversions, isolating them completely from the rest of your mods.   23. Rainbomizer A Randomizer for GTA: San Andreas Rainbomizer is a mod for GTA San Andreas that randomizes many aspects of the game. It allows for a replay of the game in a new, fun way. The mod randomizes everything from traffic, car colours, handling, mission vehicles, weapons, cutscenes, colours and even the missions! The mod was designed to be played on the original game, and hence might conflict with any other mods installed. All the randomizers currently present in the mod are listed below: Traffic Randomizer Randomizes cars that spawn on traffic including law enforcement vehicles. Parked Car Randomizer Randomizes cars which are found parked around the map including airplanes at airports with entirely random spawns. Script Vehicle Randomizer Randomizes the vehicles you are given in missions. The randomizer makes sure that you get vehicles that are usable for the mission. (NEW) Colour Randomizer Randomizes the colours of various in-game elements, including cars, the HUD, and fades. Includes 128 colours hue cycle. Configuration rainbomizer/config.toml contains the configuration options for Rainbomizer. It will be automatically created by the ASI File upon launching the game.     BANK MOD by Irsis Hi everyone. I got bored playing SA and wondering why the bank interior only used on a mission? Then i created this. There are 5 location of the bank, use Atm mod by Msv(inside my folder) to know the location. Peds, employee and securities roam inside it. You are not allowed to hold weapons inside it, if you do the the alarm will start and you got 2 stars. You can rob the bank by throwing satchel on Atm, but be careful, securities are equipped with desert eagle. After you get the cash, the atms will take some time to appear again to avoid easy money. I also include my edit of bussines mod by fastman92, use it if you want some bank transaction inside the building(press TAB to open business menu when youre near teller) And my edit of Atm mod by MSV if you want to have bank icon and Atms scattered in map(Go near atm to open the menu).
