    Fartenhate's Mediocre IV Ped Skins

    Yo, I'm Fahren - and welcome to my workshop for my complete trash. I'm mostly just making this incase anyone actually wants it, so here it is. I make ped skins. Mostly for IV. Hence the name. Use them whenever, however. No need to credit, though that would be nice. I won't confirm or deny whether I'll post stuff or not. I might. I'll post my download links via Mediafire in their respective areas. Ballas in LC Bloods are in New York. Ballas in Liberty. Only makes sense. Thanks to Pastry for the sweatpants textures. Link. Spanish Lords Overhaul These guys were a lil' weak, so I fine tuned them. Link. Liberty City Americans Hockey Team Mostly inspired by this post on a tumblr blog about fictional hockey teams. Good read. This replaces like two or three ped textures. Pretty subtle. Link. Ballas Snapbacks Balla snapbacks because they didn't quite feel complete. You can choose from 4 different combos: lo_1 gets a Swingers hat and a Hoops hat with a bandana. lo_2 gets the opposite. lo_1 gets a Hoops hat and a Swingers hat with a bandana. lo_2 gets the opposite. lo_1 gets both Swingers hats and lo_2 gets both Hoops hats. lo_1 gets both Hoops hats and lo_1 gets both Swingers hats.     GTA IV & EFLC: FusionFix

    Now it's a well known fact that the pc ports of Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes From Liberty City are not amongst the most praised pieces of technology out there. And it's a shame really, because these games are nothing short of fantastic, and they deserve some love. Hence FusionFix FusionFix is a collaboratory work from members of the modding community with the goal of making the pc ports of GTA IV and EFLC a bit less broken. Initial release features: Fixed recoil behavior that was different when playing with keyboard/mouse and gamepad Fixed forced "definition off" setting in cutscenes, now cutscenes will respect the menu setting Partially fixed emissivestrong shader bug that was broken after patch 6 - BAWSAQ building is still rendered incorrectly, but the rest of the lights are now present in the game (e.g. Rotterdam Tower, Comrades Bar area) Fixed DLC car lights in TBoGT Tree foliage casts dynamic shadows instead of static (also fixing the "vegetation shadow bug") Fixed handbrake camera behaving erratically when playing at high fps Check some before/after screenshots NOTE ABOUT OFFICIAL GAME PATCHES: This mod is being developed using patch 1.0.8.0 for GTA IV and patch 1.1.3.0 for EFLC as a reference. While it's not granted, it should also work on patch 1.0.7.0 and 1.1.2.0. As for older patches, it's basically trial and error.     Character Switch

    A character switch mod for TBoGT. This is more than your average character switch mod though, as it includes much more than just switching between the 3 characters. It includes the characters' models with every clothing item (also with hats and glasses for Niko), walkstyles, rifle and rpg walkstyles, voices, save/load system with all 3 characters, and individual wanted levels, timecycles, hud colors, health, cash, armor and weapons, clothes shops for all 3 characters, and all weapons from both episodes with working sounds, functional save beds and usable safehouse elevators. You can also enable AI for the other characters by pressing RCTRL + A then hire them as bodyguards by locking onto them and pressing G, dismiss with H. This mod REPLACES TBoGT and would probably screw up the story if it didn't, so back up your setup2.xml if you want to play the original game. Installation: Unpack everything into your EFLC folder.     Restored Beta Jacket

    Based on the jacket seen in this beta screenshot, I found most of the original geometry and textures on a random ped and adapted them to fit Niko once more. Includes two extra variants based on the ped textures. I'm calling this first release a preview because I'm sure there's some rigging errors and I think the smoothing could be improved a bit.     Download: on GitHub Warning: Alpha software. Notice: You can export files with a double click and open folders. You can't navigate back without closing the tool. You can't export the whole archive. This is just going to be another tool to extract RPF archives. Don't expect too much. It's going to be open source tho unlike some other mods. Currently I'm documenting RPF0 to learn the format from the ground up. I'm nearly finished, there's just one thing about the TOC related to directories that I'm unsure about, but that's just a matter of time and research. I am aware that RPF2 is already publicly documented here, but RPF0 is somewhat different and imho needs a proper doc and a proper tool. Maybe we'll be able to see table tennis characters in RDR2 at some point lol. RPF0 and RPF1 were used both in Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis. the first game based on RAGE. So here's my research: First of all the Wii and Xbox360 version differ, cause only the Xbox360 version seems to be using RAGE file formats - so the Wii version is kinda irrelevant for me. Header: TOC (after 2048 bytes): Structure for Directory: Structure for File: After the last filesystementry, so exactly after (2048+(Count of all contained objects - root ("/") is included in this!!! * 16) the filesystementry-name-section starts.     Two Player Mod (.sco)

    I once got the idea to make this but never released it. Now that I know much more about this game and how it works, I wrote it again but in a much more efficient and easier-to-use way. Controls: F8 to spawn player Numpad 8 to accelerate or move forward Numpad 2 to brake/reverse or go backwards Numpad 4 to turn left or go left Numpad 6 to turn right or go right Numpad 0 to jump Numpad 7 to shoot (weird, shoots at nearest player or nearest ped) Numpad 1 to move faster (hold) Numpad 5 to toggle duck Numpad Enter to enter nearest car (if player's car is nearest, enters into passenger seat) Recommended to use Joy2Key to bind these keys to the controller and x360ce to make IV not recognize the controller (unbind all buttons).   17. Since I couldn't find any radio wheel mods that worked on patch 8 & EFLC 3 (the only one is in V Style and that's .NET which doesn't work on those patches) I decided to make my own. I've been working on it for a few days and now I think it's ready for release. It has a functional radio wheel that shows up by pressing Q (and quickswitches radio if you tap Q) with the radio name, song name and song artist showing up in the center of it. It's mouse only for now (I don't have a controller yet) and the mouse controls are a bit wonky, but after some tweaking it's not too bad. It also supports mobile radio. (though it does conflict with Q for cover just like vanilla V does) I've included an .ini file with a lot of customization options (you can change the radio scale, radio texture scale, timescale when radio wheel is open (this gets disabled if you're in a multiplayer game with 2 or more players), song details font and x&y offset, amount of radios (the default .ini is set up for IV with Jinx's EFLC radio mod installed) and radio textures (I've added support for some predefined custom radio textures if anyone figures out how to add new radios to the game) I've also added a similarly styled weapon wheel with proper ammo and weapon name display. WARNING: MODIFY THE .INI AS IT'S MORE THAN LIKELY THAT YOUR RADIOS AREN'T SET UP EXACTLY LIKE MINE. Do not restart the game while modifying the .ini, it loads changes automatically.   21. Mafia Rage (Mafia 1 port to GTA IV and V) Mafia I to GTA IV and V (Or Lost Heaven in GTA IV and V) is an total conversion mod that ports the content from Mafia I to Grand Theft Auto IV (and V). It will contain the entire map (Lost Heaven, Countryside and the racetrack), vehicle, props*, interiors, objects*, peds and weapons. Also will feature (maybe as add-on) the game stlyle from Mafia 1 like the car handling* and GUI (HUD, Menu and Map style). In addition the mod will split in 2 playable options (will be featured into seperated option). The mod idea orginally came from the last LH to IV conversion by Alber2gt which was discontinued early by its slow progress.     Annihilator Closed-Slide doors The mod has been cancelled for now! Returning soon I have been working on something where I used this helicopter. It's not really made for full gameplay.. look at it as a movie vehicle. I have been working on a little something for quite some time now. I needed some vehicles for background stuff or scenes, where I came up with the idea to close the doors of the Annihilator. As it's made just for a scene and not for full gameplay, bugs may appear on the helicopter. Bugs like crashes will get fixed, although the seat placement for the rear passengers can and will not be fixed. The mod will be released in just one variant: -Annihilator Closed-Slide doors- *Read this!* This model won't be locked as it is still "Rockstar Games's" model. However this does NOT mean it's allowed to upload it anywhere else.
