My inspiration was the never released Icenhancer C by Icelaglace. I spent about 350 hours to make this mod. This mod was developed for GTA IV patch but later I decided to add compatibility to patch and also to EFLC. A lot of thanks to BisonSales and Icelaglace who helped me with some issues I had. Also thanks to Icelaglace again for his great Icenhancer 3.0 graphic mod. Without his mod this modified Icenhancer 3.0 version wouldn't be possible obviously. Big thanks goes to donnits who helped me to make iCEnhancer 3.0 compatible for patch and EFLC. About and EFLC version: It's not same as polished and beautiful like the version but it works fine which was my only goal here so please don't complain when your game doesn't look same as good as on my shown screenshots. Foggy and lighting weather are both different in visuals compared to the version but other weathers are almost identical. I still strongly recommend to use the version if you want the best visuals. If you've noticed, some of Niko's suit & pants textures (as well as Luis default outfit) seem a bit greenish, and artifacted even (both due to the textures themselves being bad as well as DXT1 compression which mostly affects darker colors). With some simple desaturation work and importing the textures in PNG format with A8R8G8B8 compression settings, greenishness and artifacting has been completely eliminated. Current status: Niko: 2 suits and 2 pants fixed (although the pants are duplicates for whatever reason) Luis: Default outfit fixed Will do more if I find any other oddities.     Unified Lore

    Unified Lore Description Released again due to popular demand. Now includes DLC support, merged weapons and working APC and Buzzard in all games. Certain weapons will have unique properties depending on the game (like the Grenade Launcher in TBoGT). Only supports patch 7 with merged DLCs as in Tomas' tutorial, but this mod will be dead in the water until CE is supported by all script mods. Once that happens, the mod might or might not work on older patches. No, I won't rerelease the radio mod. Use Tomasak's downgrader and tinker yourself with the right files. The old mod is bugged in certain missions and has no scripted speech. Make sure to install FLA and ZolikaPatch first. Police Enhancement This script aims to improve some cops related spawning issues, like if you use vehicles other than police2, police, pstockade, fbi, noose, polpatriot, nstockade in cargrp.dat, then blank empty cars would spawn and no cops inside. You can use more cops/vehicles for making a better law for game. There are many options to edit: Weapons - Give whatever guns to cops. Models - There are 35 total slots for cops which are differentiated like [LCPD Cops, NOoSE, FiB, Army]. Vehicles Models - Here you can set which cop model to spawn with which law vehicle. Eg: [m_y_swat(NOoSE Units) can spawn with noose(Vapid NOoSE Cruiser). Even you can set amount of peds you want inside the car(Max peds is 4 if it's a 4-Door Car, 2-Door if Sports car/Truck). Now whenever you have wanted level 4 and above and you are piloting/Boating (Driving Helicopter/Boat) then helicopter will join the pursuit and try to Give you headshots. When you reach 5 Stars of wanted level then an additional helicopter (total of 3 helicopter) will join the pursuit. When 6 stars then total 4 helicopters and police will become aggressive and they will shoot you. Everything is customisable. And note: In the game, every thing except peds/vehicles have been given some IDs you need to use them for assigning weapons to cops. Eg: 0 is used for Unarmed 1 is used for Baseball Bat . . . 57 is Used for AnyWeapon so 58 is used as AddOnWeapon_1 (which is a increased limit in ZolikaPatch) 59 as AddOnWeapon_2 and so on. Thanks.     The purpose of this mod is to enhance the overall atmosphere of Liberty City and give it a clearer and smoother vision, with properly increased saturation and far clip, as well as more realistic colors of sunlight and shadows for the overworld. All while still maintaining the charming atmosphere and gritty tone of the game. DOWNLOAD: Dropbox, Google Drive So, here's the summary of the done enhancements: The world's overall vision is now far clearer and smoother than in the default game, including every hour of every weather. Not to mention that it's now consistent between all hours and every weather. Far Clip has been increased in all weathers. Sunlight and shadows are no longer overly saturated, which applies to all weathers. Wind and fog have been noticeably increased in every hour of weathers Windy and Foggy, respectively. Fog has been reduced in the night hours of weather Extra Sunny. Recolored the blue sky of the sunsets of weather Extra Sunny to orange. Recolored the orange sky of the sunsets of weather Sunny to blue. Rainy nights are now black. Drizzly and Stormy nights are now blue. Instead of showing only in Extra Sunny and Windy like in default, the moon now shows in every night hour of every weather, starting from 21 (9 PM) instead of 22 (10 PM). The sky now has more realistic colors and lighting in all hours of every weather. The sun now has more realistic colors in all hours of every weather. Clouds now generally have more realistic colors and lighting in every hour of weathers Extra Sunny, Sunny, Windy, Cloudy and Foggy, as well as the night hours of Rainy, Drizzly and Stormy. Clouds have been slightly reduced in weathers Extra Sunny, Sunny and Windy. Clouds have been slightly brightened in certain day hours of weather Cloudy. The values of the water's color, reflection and transparency have been balanced in every hour of each weather. Temperature degrees have been enhanced to be slightly more realistic.     ChaosIV Twitch Edition ChaosIV Twitch Edition is an extended version of the original ChaosIV Mod by lempamo. In this version, your twitch viewers can control the chaos by voting for any of the 4 given effects. The effects will always be random except for the fourth one, which is always a "Random" option. This option automatically adapts the text to the current screen resolution so you dont have to type in the values manually if you dont have a 1920x1080 monitor. You can use those 2 values: TextPosX and TextPosY as an offset for the text (Only works if you set "UseAutoPosition" to true.). If you set "UseAutoPosition" to false, those 2 values become the position of the text. UseAutoPosition is set to true by default. Added support for Zolika's Menu V Radar(s)! "AutoEnableWhenZMenuIsInstalled" added. This option will check if you have the ZolikaMenu installed. If you have it installed, the text will change its position to fit the V Radar.     GTAIVHook is a open source plugin for GTA IV which adds a ImGui based menu to the game, accessible at any time with the F1 (currently not configureable) key press. I've made this plugin mostly because I couldn't find anything reliable/modern to spawn stuff for CE version of GTA IV. Features Car Spawner Weapon Spawner Teleporter Installation GTAIVHook requires Ultimate ASI Loader. Place GTAIVHook.asi in any place where UAL can read it (root folder, scripts/plugins). Downloads from releases sections have UAL bundled. GTAIVHook was developed and tested only with the latest Steam version of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition ( Issues - Changing resolution crashes in-game, the setting is saved though. - Alt-tabbing will be glitchy.   21. Since the main reason for an alarmingly high amount of people for not downgrading to a better version of IV is that it'd break steam achievements, I ported them over. Just extract the files into your game dir (including the contents of the for GFWL users folder if you don't have xliveless), make sure you kept steam_api.dll from the steam version and launch through steam (it won't work if you directly launch it via the .exe) Made to be used with this downgrade guide.   22. Video Games Friend Activity Niko should originally be able to play video games with his friends. This feature was cut but, there are still some voice lines left from Niko, Roman, Brucie and Dwayne. So i decided to bring this feature back. In GTA IV, when you go to your safe house and stand in front of the TV, if you are not in a hangout, you can press "G" to play single player video games. When you are in a hangout, you can press "E" to play some video games with your hangout. If your hangout is Roman, Brucie or Dwayne, then they will also react to the game you are about to play.     Beta Silenced Pistol + extras

    Old Man Jeansowaty here, with a new mod! A friend of mine who doesn't mod GTA and neither does he use GTAForums, modelled the beta Beretta-based Silenced Pistol for me to rig for GTA IV. This one. We reused the texture and the magazine that was left over in the cspistol.wdr file. And well, here it is! As a bonus, I also included an unsilenced version of said pistol, and a handmade silenced original Glock pistol (silencer taken from the P90 from TBOGT).
