    Cartooned Claude (BETA)

    i decided to make a more cartoony version of Claude.This mod goes perfect with the BETA mod and the BETA cars mod.this took several weeks and MANY MANY edits with this version i fixed a ton more things he looks a little bit Asian but that's not a problem.originally there were so many bugs with the Texture i wasn't planning to ever release it. What were the bugs i'm talking about? -There was a texture glitch were the back of his ear was the color of his hair. this was the biggest problem by far -His jacket was glitchy especially the top the yellow zipper.it had to be deleted due to it simply not looking right. -His sideburns were a huge problem too.before yesterday,his sideburns took up half of the side of his face. -The mod made him look way older.originally the mod had every last face detail.which made claude look 55. -Due to glitches this mod had to be seriously toned down. there were way more wrinkles on claudes jacket and pants especially the back.most had to deleted Originally claude had no hair texture this was a final touch. Claude doesn't necessarily have a shoe texture but the bottom of his shoes are white which is actually more realistic If claudes eyes look squinty now you should've seen them 3 days ago it was almost as if he had none at all. The mod is pretty okay i enjoyed making it.I can't send a link to the mod until the admins at GTAinside approve it. I also made a Cartooned Vercetti Skin (it looks 1000% better than this trust me)

    Claude From SA to lll

    This is a modification for Grand Theft auto 3 which replaces the in-game model with Claude from San Andreas.Personally i liked how Claude looked in SA rather than lll. To make it is pretty simple i used Claude from San Andreas and split his body into parts to fit the GTA lll model.The main problem with that is the jacket placement is off. The mod works for the most part but i still need to edit a lot before i even think about releasing it.As of right now i've only finished the upper body i'll be working on the lower body soon.     GTA3: First Builds

    After being in development since late 2012, I'm excited to announce what I've been working on (and what I still am). I am working on a project, whose goal is to bring the GTA3 alpha-ish experience to everybody, who ever wanted to try it. By experience, I don't mean that I'm working on yet another beta mod that will include everything. That's being done by a team that I admire and support, the GTA3D Team. I'm talking about the experience, the feeling, the atmosphere of Liberty City from year 2000. The project is called GTA3: First Builds, because as you can see in screenshots and the trailer, i'm recovering the graphical experience that we've all seen in early screenshots from Gouranga and some magazines. This means, I'm recreating buildings, some based on screenshots and some based on my creativity. This also applies to all the vehicles (except the School Bus, subject to change), which were enriched by the cartoonish design. Last, but not least, I have borrowed the School Bus and a few buildings in Chinatown from Alex, with his permission of course. Currently, I'm pretty close to finish and release First Builds. What I need to finish is, a few buildings in Saint Marks District, Red Light District and last few buildings in Chinatown. And then, there are less than 5 vehicles that I need to finish and fix. Finally, I'm looking for a SCM scripter, who is be able to create a pretty simple mission script. This mod doesn't use SweetFX, which makes it fully compatible with Mac. To be released for PC and Mac. The OS X version is being tested on OS X 10.10.4 Yosemite. I can confirm 100% compatibility with the Steam version. Mac App Store version was not tested yet. The game requires Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard or newer to run. A whole installation manual for this version will be released here together with the download link.   7. Grand Theft Auto Advance is a PC remake of original GTA Advance (2004, GameboyAdvance). Its a sequel to LCS, while being a prequel to GTAIII. Its taking place in the year 2000, only 2 years after LCS (98) and 1 year before GTA3 (2001). And while doing this, never causing / creating any continuity errors between GTAIII and LCS, and always comparing mod screens to the original game. Further notice; GTA Advance has a bigger LC map than GTAIII's, but that is only a cover up to the fact that GBA version didnt have any slopes, mountains or higher levels. So i will not re-crate GBA LC on PC, i will create the year 2000 LC on the PC version of the city. This will include/require some continuity links between LCS and GTAIII, such as; * Toni Cipriani's house still hasn't blown up (my vision/addition for continuity) * Billboards, stores or cars from LCS are still there in LC, but after 2 years, not all of them ofc (my vision/addition for continuity) * Tunnels are under construction (original GTA Advance feature) * Callahan bridge is near completion until Portland missions are over (original GTA Advance feature) * Shoreside Vale ~ Upstate tunnels are still open, just like LCS (original GTA Advance feature) * Fort Staunton construction site for the skyscrapers already started (original GTA Advance feature) Ofcourse, some of the original GTAIII places will change like "AM Petrol Station", as it was own by "Gas'n Go" company in 2000. As for changes like this, you might think "doesn't that create a continuity error?" well no. We all know in real life, places/stores always change owners, and some times, they change it back to whatever it was before. Just like that, Mama's Restourante is now dark-bluish, but it will go back to its yellow-beige color in 2001. So this kind of changes are fine, but i will limit them only to the official Advance ones. While creating the new places that only existed in GTA Advance map, i was really careful and chose the places / buildings that are suitable for this. For Jonnie's Bar in Red Light, i chose the empty building next to Pay'nSpray building. I had to use State of Emergency textures for the roads, as its the best and (semi) official source for the blue-ish roads by R*. About the cars and weapons; Advance only features 23 GTA series cars (while 4 new unique ones, so the number is 27) and GTAIII already has these 23 cars. Ofcourse this 23 cars will require editing, such as, Yakuza Stinger now having 3 paint jobs, just like Diablo Stallion. Their name now shorten to only "Yakuza" and "Diablo" (original GTA Advance feature) As for the weapons, apart from Katana and Minigun, they are the same. Missions; There are 41 story missions and they are really similar to GTAIII's, so i'm hoping i will quickly re-make a lot of them only editing the existing ones. You can watch them in here:

    Grand Theft Auto III - Spellcheck

    So 8 years ago, a user called Master-of-GTA released a mod called GTA3 Spellcheck. He basically corrected some of the grammatical errors that Rockstar North left within the american.gxt file of GTA3. Unfortunately he was banned from GTANet sometime back, and only got as far as correcting the missions up to 'Luigi's Girls'. I basically took a text editor, went through every single line of text within american.gxt, spellchecked the ones that had errors, and now I believe I have something suitable for people who like to play GTA3 with subtitles but didn't appreciate the errors Rockstar left. So in this mod, I have: -Fixed the infamous King Courtney missions, which were known to not match the dialogue at all, as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHtQ1kq0DeM -Fixed Asuka's speech from "Under Survelliance" where she said new dialogue recorded for the PC & Xbox but with subtitles ripped straight from the PlayStation 2 version of the game, as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U_4J7nq2c6s - And corrected a bunch of others. There's some that I didn't post above, like Phil's subtitles in the mission "Arms Shortage", or Miguel's pleas for help at the end of "Grand Theft Aero". To install, simply go to your GTA3 folder, then to TEXT, and replace american.gxt. PLEASE Note that this only works with the 1.1 exe. I will probably do a version for 1.0 in the future.     GTA 3:Staunton Stories

    Gta 3 Staunton Stories is a modification for GTA lll which is supposed to add new characters new missions and new activities into the game This is an extremely early BETA so the final version will obviously look different (Things I’ve added so far) -Changed the triads color from blue to black -Made a new protagonist (still haven’t decided a name for him yet) -remade a few weapons (Things I want made) -The ability to take rides in cabs like in gta iv -give the main protagonist a voice (glitches) -when turning in cars the animation is slightly buggy (easiest to see in the stallion) -(shown in screenshots) the hands are smaller and less detailed on this model compared to claude so weapons are too far from the characters hand -in cutscenes he still has claude’s head I need some scripters modelers another texture editor and a voice actor.
