    AI Enhanced PC/PS2 Claude Skin

    Here is a 1024x1024 AI enhanced Claude for anyone who wants it. I threw in my own herbs and spices in Photoshop to further detail his facial hair and clothing materials. This is for the default PC/PS2 model, for those (like myself) who prefer the look of this over the higher poly Xbox one. Installation is as you'd expect.     2001 Washington

    When browsing files from the GTA III Mobile Version, I found an unused model, called mysteriously "continen". Upon importing the model into 3dsMax, I came to the conclusion that it's an early Alpha model of the Vice City Washington!!! Jokes aside, after some heavy thinking one night I came to the conclusion that the Kuruma was replaced by the Washington in Vice City. Why? Both share the same engine noise, the same ID, both have an FBI variant and the Washington had the same rear lights texture as the Kuruma in the Beta of GTA VC. Later on, I had this idea to make a custom car based on the original VC Washington. I took the III Kuruma and started remodelling and remodelling and remodelling... until I was sorta satisfied with the result. I also took inspiration from the SA Washington to make it seem like it's been progressing over the years... Then @MrFinger joined me on this and co-created it with me. He also did the Xbox textures.     Enhanced Vehicle Extras This modification is too simple and just aims to add extras to some vehicles from GTA3 and GTA Vice City. _______ Extras present on GTA Vice City has been backported and adapted to some vehicles from GTA3, since just a few has extras in that game. I did some custom extras, and some others comes from GTA Liberty City Stories.     An open-source GTA III modification Now available at ModDB: A Day in Liberty is a mod that aims to re-create the atmosphere of GTA1 and GTA2 in Grand Theft Auto III's environment. The goal of the mod is to earn enough money to buy Catalina's house in Shoreside Vale. In the current version you can buy property which will generate revenue up to specific point. In 0.9 five rampages are availalbe for you to complete. Mission difficulty range from Easy to HARD. Small F.A.Q Q: How many missions? A: There are currently 14 missions.     If we compare III Xbox vehicles to VC Xbox (which are totally broken) vehicles then we can easily say that III ones are perfect, but that "perfection" is on first glace, still, some vehicles have some noticeable issues that this mod tries to fix and overall improve them.     Converts the warehouse interior from LCS for use in GTA III, with a special back entrance and some extra tweaks. Also comes with an alternate version if you want the front garage door open. Should be compatible with both the PS2 and Xbox map, but I haven't tested. Requires Mod Loader. Known issues: - Shadows/lights act strange due to the model being very close to the ground outside. I tried to fix this as best as I could but I didn't want this mod to be too intrusive. - It rains inside and police helis can fly in. Just pretend it's a very leaky roof! DOWNLOAD

  16. SA & LCS Vehicle Camera Hi! I've ported the San Andreas vehicle camera to III... I don't think I need any further explanation to write here. Mods confirmed to be compatible ClassicAXIS (if you turn off vehicle camera from .ini file) First Person Mod by GeniuSZ III Aircraft (you can enjoy exact same SA camera while flying aircrafts!) GInput Controls Exact same as SA; except the binding(generally RMB) that disables mouse steering/flying and enables mouse to move camera for a moment. I'm open to suggestions for which key I should use for that. Is it really exact same SA camera, technically? Except collision detecting, yes. (There is also one more case for III, it doesn't have zoom values per vehicle types, so I emulated the VC / SA / LCS system.) SA collision detecting was incompatible with III / VC, so I've used the one from LCS. Also I've fixed the LCS bug that makes you see the inside of car if you really want it. It detects whether you use Re:LCS and changes things according to that. That's why I changed the title to SA & LCS car camera. All these times I've thought zoom values wasn't for III/VC camera system, so I had adjusted them. But it turned out some crappy mod on my SA was manipulating how I see the things (specifically FOV on 4:3 and 16:9 was same). Now I've corrected the zoom values, which will make the view zoomed out a bit on widescreen. But you can correct it via debug menu. (This is also how it's been on PS2/PSP, since their FOV is untouched unlike our games with widescreen fixes.) I've added debug menu support, there are 5 options but I won't tell them here hehe. Fixed: Camera was clipping through bike model when you're on bike. Fixed for LCSCarCam: Alpha angle(up-down) was restricted on firetruck unlike LCS. Fixed: Original SA/LCS bug, you could still move camera up-down in drive-by (and it was buggy).     Quality Content is a collection of high quality UI textures mainly useful for 16:9 monitors. Background, Menu and a bunch of other stuff have been completely REMADE or simply remastered (where possible).     Want blue cones like in the mobile version? Here you go! This mod changes the old, red, texture for the traffic cone to a blue one similar to the Mobile version (it's not from the Mobile, just preety close, if you want the closest just download Version 2) This took me a lot thought, lol. Because i couldn't find the perfect color. Yes, this works for San Andreas too, you need to extract redwhite_stripe with Magic.TXD and put it in the dyncones.txd (thanks to KKJJ for finding this) So, here's how it looks like!   25. The Empire State Building in GTA III is extremely ugly, does not look anything like its real or HD Universe counterparts. Also, it has an incomplete collision and a terrible LOD model. I decided to improve it without changing the game original atmosphere. Almost all the textures are from the original model. In addition, I've put time controlled objects for night lights on the windows and decorative lights on the highest floors and antenna. Modloader and Limit Adjuster required.
